Abstract

Abstrak Banyaknya spare part menyebabkan rendahnya nilai inventory turnover, selain itu banyaknya sparepart cadang membebani biaya persediaan khususnya biaya simpan dan perawatan, dalam hal iniperusahaan menggunakan metode min-max dalam melakukan pengendalian persediaan. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mendapatkan kebijakan persediaan dengan nilai inventory turnover yang lebih baikdan biaya persediaan minimum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Periodic review danContinuous review untuk memperoleh kebijakan persediaan optimal untuk PT Konimex yang kemudiandibandingkan dengan sistem persediaan perusahaan. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalahdata sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan pada 10 spare part level A dengan pembelian terbanyak. Hasil daripengolahan data menggunakan periodic review dan continuous review jika dibandingkan dengansistem persediaan saat ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai inventory turnover terbaik adalah denganmenggunakan kebijakan periodic review dengan nilai rata-rata 1.3 dan lebih baik jika dibandingkandengan kondisi eksisting perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk biaya persediaan optimal terdapat padaContinuous review. Hasil perbandingan total biaya persediaan antara continuous review dengan sistempersediaan perusahaan mengindikasi adanya penghematan sebesar 23%.Kata kunci: Continuous review; Inventory Turnover; Persediaan; Periodic review Abstract The number of spare parts causes the low inventory turnover value, in addition to the many spare partsburdening the cost of inventory especially the cost of storage and maintenance, in this case the companyuses min-max method in controlling the inventory. This study aims to obtain inventory policy with betterinventory turnover value and minimum inventory cost. This study uses the Periodic review andContinuous review approach to obtain the most optimal inventory policy for PT Konimex which is thencompared with company inventory system. The data used for this research is secondary data. The studywas conducted on 10 spare part A level with the most purhases. The results of data processing usingperiodic review and continuous review when compared with the current inventory system shows thatthe best inventory turnover value is to use the policy periodic review with an average value is 1.3 andgreater when compared with the existing condition of the company, associated with that Continuousreview is a policy with a minimum total inventory cost. The equilibrium ratio of total inventory costbetween the continuous review and the company’s inventory system indicates a significant savings intotal inventory cost, which is 23%.Keywords: Continuous review; Inventory Turnover; Supply; Periodic review.

Abstract

AbstrakPT XYZ adalah perusahaan penyedia solusi otomasi, informasi, dan pengukuran untuk industri terkemuka yang menggabungkan teknologi unggul dengan layanan teknik, manajemen proyek, konsultasi, dan pemeliharaan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Dengan cakupan dan jumlah pelanggan yang cukup banyak, PT XYZ berusaha untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan dalam memantau bagaimana kontribusi dari pelanggan terhadap bisnis perusahaan. Namun terdapat berbagai tantangan untuk pengimplentasiannya, yang salah satunya adalah banyaknya jumlah jenis produk yang disediakan oleh perusahaan sehingga menambah kompleksitas dalam pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah kerangka acuan yang tepat dalam pengembangannya, seperti Business Intelligence. Dengan mengaplikasikan cakupan dari Business Intelligence yaitu Data Mining yang dapat mengubah data menjadi informasi yang berharga bagi perusahaan, melalui salah satu teknik Data Mining yaitu K Means Clustering perusahaan dapat mengelompokkan pelanggan berdasarkan suatu kriteria terterntu. Kriteria yang dipilih adalah Model RFM yang terkenal mampu mendeskripsikan nilai dari suatu pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan excel sebagai platformnya dan python sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya, rancangan sistem informasi business intelligence ini didapatkan efektif membantu perusahaan dalam memahami kontribusi dari pelanggan.Kata kunci: business intelligence, data mining, k means clustering, model rfm, sistem informasiAbstractPT XYZ is a leading industrial automation, information, and measurement solution provider that combines superior technology with engineering, project management, consulting, and maintenance services throughout Indonesia. With very high coverage and the number of customers, PT XYZ strives to create an information system that can make it easier to monitor how customers contribute to the company's business. However, there are various challenges for its implementation, one of which is a large number of types of products provided by the company, thus adding to the complexity of its development. Therefore we need a correct framework for the development, such as Business Intelligence. By applying the scope of Business Intelligence namely Data Mining, which can turn data into valuable information for the company, and through one of the Data Mining techniques namely K Means Clustering, companies can group customers based on certain criteria. The criteria chosen is the famous RFM Model which is able to describe the value of a customer. By using excel as the platform and python as the programming language, the design of this business intelligence information system was found to be effective in helping companies understand contributions from customers.Keywords: business intelligence, data mining, information system, k means clustering, rfm model

Abstract

Abstrak Mempertimbangkan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah, PT Pertamina selalumelakukan pengujian terhadap masing-masing produknya. Namun, pada beberapa kali pengujian,terdapat parameter yang keluar batas spesifikasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kualitas danmenjaga standar produk, akan dilakukan analisis terhadap kapabilitas proses penyaluran produkyang dihasilkan khususnya Biosolar menggunakan metode Statistical Process Control. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kualitas Biosolar, mengidentifikasi nilai kapabilitas proses,mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan permasalahan, serta memberikan saran perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas proses penyaluran Biosolar. Berdasarkan perhitungan kapabilitas proses,didapatkan parameter Distilasi 90% dan Flash Point yang dinilai belum cukup kapabel dalammenyalurkan produk Biosolar sesuai spesifikasinya. Penyebabnya kemudian dianalisis menggunakandiagram fishbone dan failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), di antaranya kualitas produk yangditerima tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi, serta mobil tangki dan awak mobil tangki tidak melakukanpengecekan. Saran perbaikan yang dapat diberikan, yaitu memastikan produk yang dikirimkan sesuaidengan spesifikasi sebelum dilakukan pengiriman, memberikan sistem reward dan punishment, sertamelakukan pelatihan untuk refreshment SOP dan meningkatkan skill.Kata Kunci: Biosolar; Statistical Process Control; Kapabilitas Proses; fishbone; FMEAAbstract [Title: Process Capability Analysis of Biosolar Product Distribution Using Statistical ProcessControl Method at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang] Taking into accountthe specifications set by the government, PT Pertamina always tests each of its products. However, atseveral times of testing, there are parameters that are out of specification limits. Therefore, to improvequality and maintain product standards, an analysis will be carried out on the capability of theproduct distribution process, especially Biosolar, using the Statistical Process Control method. Thisstudy aims to identify the quality of Biosolar, identify the value of process capability, identify factorsthat cause problems, and provide suggestions for improvements to improve the capability of theBiosolar distribution process. Based on process capability calculations, were obtained Distillation 90% and Flash Point parameters which were considered not capable enough to distribute Biosolarproducts according to specifications. The causes were then analyzed using a fishbone diagram andfailure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), including the quality of the products received did not meetthe qualifications, and the tanker and tanker crew did not check the equipments. Suggestions forimprovement that can be given are ensuring that the products delivered are in accordance withspecifications prior to delivery, providing a reward and punishment system, as well as conductingtraining for SOP refreshment and improving skills.Kata Kunci: Biosolar; Statistical Process Control; Process Capability; fishbone; FMEA

Abstract

Semarang faces congestion issues in land transportation, prompting the city government to introduce feeder buses connecting lower-demand areas to major transit hubs. The preliminary survey found that the number of passengers increased steadily. However, the increase in this number was accompanied by an increase in the number of passengers’ complaints. Thus, this study attempts to measure passenger satisfaction using the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and evaluates operational performance with the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The literature review identified 14 aspects to measure passenger satisfaction, covering 28 attributes. Aspects needing improvement in quadrant I of the IPA analysis include vehicle condition, driver competency, and promptness of service providers in addressing complaints. Recommendations for improvement include adjusting departure intervals during peak and off-peak hours, implementing driver evaluation programs, conducting regular fleet inspections, and fostering customer engagement through forums.
