Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. (2) Analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. (3) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment which is moderated by leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. The population and population used in this study were all employees of the Ponorogo Regency BPPKAD, amounting to 96 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has passed the test of validity and reliability. The regression requirements test uses the classic assumption test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with absolute difference test and hypothesis testing is done through t test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. So the hypothesis that states is significant. 2) The leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. So the hypothesis that states is significant. 3) Leadership style is not able / not proven to moderate the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) The financial performance of the Surakarta city government fiscal year period 2014 - 2018, (2) efficiency of the expenditure of Surakarta city government in the management of its resources year budget 2014 - 2018. The population in this research is the realization report of the Government of Surakarta. The samples studied were the realization report of the Government of Surakarta APBD year budget from 2014 to 2018. Sample editing using the Purposive sampling method. The source of the research data is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive. The conclusion of the research: hypotheses that declare the financial performance of the Surakarta city government year period budget 2014 - 2018 views from (1) fiscal decentralization degree ratio is sufficient, is true, (2) PAD effectiveness ratio is effective, is true and (3) ratio effectiveness of PAD is effective, is true. Hypotheses that state Surakarta's government spending efficiency in its resource management year 2014 - 2018 budget is an efficient view of the (1) ineffective efficiency ratio, which is not true, (2) ineffective shopping efficiency ratio, So it is not true, (3) large operating spending ratio, so it is not true and (4) small capital expenditure ratio, so it is not true.

Abstract

The population used in this study were 45 Civil Servants at Ponorogo Regency Tourism office. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire that has passed the test of validity and reliability. The regression requirements test used the classic assumption test. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis with absolute difference test and hypothesis testing is done through t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work ability significantly influences the performance of Civil Servants at Ponorogo Regency Tourism office. This is evidenced from the calculation of the t test which produces a probability value (0,000) < 0.05. Thus this hypothesis is proven true. (2) Compensation has no significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at Ponorogo Regency Tourism office. This is evidenced from the calculation of t test that produces a probability value (0,603)> 0,05. Thus this hypothesis is proven true. (3) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at Ponorogo Regency Tourism office. This is evidenced from the calculation of the value of t test which results in a probability value (0,000) < 0,05. Thus this hypothesis is proven true. (4) Work motivation does not moderate the effect of work ability on performance on Civil Servants at Ponorogo Regency Tourism office. This is evidenced from the calculation of the absolute difference value 1 test which produces a probability value (0,437) > 0,05. Thus this hypothesis is proven true. (5) Work motivation does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance on Civil Servants at Ponorogo Regency Tourism office. This is proven by the results of compensation regression analysis that does not significantly influence the performance of the State Civil Service of the Tourism Agency of Ponorogo Regency. Thus to improve the performance of the State Civil Service Agency of the Tourism Office of Ponorogo Regency is not supported by compensation, although work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Service of the Tourism Office of the Regency of Ponorogo

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significancy between: (1) Workload to the Work motivation; (2) Job stress to the Work motivation; (3) Workload to the productivity; (4) Job stress to the wards productivity; (5) Work motivation to the productivity; (6) Workload to the productivity with Work motivation as an intervening variable; (7) Job stress to the productivity with Work motivation as an intervening variable in the Polytechnic of the Kemenkes Surakarta Department of Prosthetic Orthotics. The population is the employee of the Polytechnic of the Kemenkes Surakarta Department of Prosthetic Orthotics 2019 as many as 32 persons. Samples were taken by total sampling of 32 people. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The conclusion of the research; (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on Work motivation. (2) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on Work motivation. (3) Workload has a negative and significant effect on productivity. (4) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on productivity. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on productivity. (6) Work motivation mediates the effect of workload on productivity. (7) Work motivation mediates the effect of work stress on productivity.

Abstract

PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PD. BPR BKK BOYOLALI Sindika Galuh Candra Olivia 1) Y Djoko Suseno 2) Untung Sriwidodo 3) 1,2,3)Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. e mail: 1)olivia@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dilaksanakan di PD BPR BKK Boyolali dengan Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PD. BPR BKK di Kabupaten Boyolali sebanyak 194 orang, adapun berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh 140 karyawan PD. BPR BKK di Kabupaten Boyolali. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster sampling (area sampling). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, adapun pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. Pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. Pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Kata kunci: pengembangan karir, kompensasi, turnover intention, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect restaurant image and location on customer satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of restaurant image, location and satisfaction on consumer loyalty and analyze the significance effect of restaurant image and location on customer loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variables. This type of research is survey. The population of this research is consumer Go Martabak Kafe in Solo with a sample of 97 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used a questionnaire and literature. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the restaurant image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The restaurant image has a significant effect on loyalty consumer. Location has a significant effect on the customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of restaurant image on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of location on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The general purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, and organizational commitment on performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable ASN at the Environmental Agency of Ponorogo Regency. Specific objectives are to test and analyze: (1) the influence of leadership style on work motivation, (2) the influence of organizational commitment on work motivation, (3) the influence of leadership style on performance, (4) the effect of commitment on performance, (5) influence of motivation work on performance, (6) the influence of leadership style on performance with work motivation as a mediating variable, and (7) the effect of organizational commitment on performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all ASN Ponorogo Regency Environmental Services as many as 89 people. In this study using the census method. This research data is primary data by filling out the questionnaire by respondents. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of the validity test and the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Then F test, R2 test, hypothesis test are performed. Analysis techniques using linear regression, path analysis, and multiple tests. The results showed that (1) leadership style no significant effect on work motivation, (2) the influence of positive and significant organizational commitment on work motivation, (3) leadership style no significant effect on performance, (4) the effect of positive and significant commitment to performance, (5) the effect of positive and significant work motivation on performance, (6) the effect of positive and significant leadership style on performance with work motivation as a mediating variable, and (7) organizational commitment no significant effect on performance mediated by work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, stress, leadership gays and work environment on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of motivation, stress, leadership style and working environment factors on the performance of the state civil service. To analyze employee performance in reflecting influence of motivation, stress, leadership style an working environment factors on the performance of the state civil service. This study uses survey methods, the type of data used is quantitative, using approach aimed at testing hypotheses, the source of the data used are primary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of population and Civil Registration in Ponorogo Regency amounting to 64 people, the number of samples used was 50 employees, because the number of objects is less than 100 people so this research study is population study. This research was conducted by question. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test. The conclusion of the study is: (1) hypothesis which states that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance is not proven true, (2) hypothesis which states that work stress has a significant effect on employees is not proven true, (3) hypothesis which states that the leadership style has a significant effect on employees is proven to be true, (4) hypothesis which states that work environment has a significant effect on employees is not proven true.

Abstract

Play Group (KB) is an initial education level that prepares students for higher education levels such as TK / RA, SD / MI. The success of the Play Group (KB) education will contribute greatly to the development of students in the future. Of the 50 educators in the Play Group, there is a large majority (62%) educators in the Play Group in Babadan Sub district, Ponorogo Regency in teaching are not equipped with a daily work plan (RKH) in advance so that it will have an impact on the implementation of unplanned teaching and learning interactions and tends to ignore the assessment student achievement. The attention of most managers to educators such as internal communication has not been carried out to the fullest due to the rush of other tasks. This type of research is quantitative conducted on 21 Play Groups (KB) in Babadan District, Ponorogo Regency. The population and sample are all educators in the Play Group (KB) in the Babadan Sub district of Ponorogo Regency, amounting to 50 people. The independent variable is situational leadership and internal communication. The dependent variable is teacher performance. Data Quality Test with validity and reliability. Data analysis with Multiple Linear Regression, t test, F test and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that all educators were female, 46% were aged 20-30 years, most (64%) had an undergraduate education and most (58%) had less than 5 years of service. Situational Leadership has positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance, Internal Communication has positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in Babadan Subdistrict, Ponorogo District. It is recommended that managers improve situational leadership so that a harmonious working atmosphere will be created.
