Trammel net di daerah Pemalang banyak digunakan untuk menangkap ikan kembung, udang, dan ikan-ikan pelagis kecil lainnya. Trammel net merupakan alat tangkap yang pasif. Umumnya pada alat tangkap pasif seperti bubu diberi umpan sebagai atraktor agar fish target tertarik untuk masuk ke dalam bubu. Umpan tersebut akan mengeluarkan bau yang akan menarik perhatian dari ikan yang hendak ditangkap. Oleh sebab itu penambahan umpan pada alat tangkap pasif lain selain bubu diharapkan mampu menambah hasil tangkapan dari alat tangkap trammel net itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dan hasil tangkapan penggunaan umpan pada alat tangkap trammel net. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2017 di Perairan Pemalang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental fishing dengan penambahan umpan berupa udang windu. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode observatif dengan mengamati jumlah dan hasil tangkapan pada alat tangkap yang diberi umpan dan tanpa umpan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji t untuk pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwaÂ trammel net dengan umpan mendapatkan hasil dengan berat 170,5 kg, sedangkan untuk trammel net tanpa umpan sebesar 160 kg. HasilÂ uji t yang didapat adalah nilai sig 0,96 yang berarti Ho diterima sehingga penggunaan umpan dalam trammel net dan tanpa tidak ada perbedaan hasil (berat dan jumlah) tangkapan.

The position of consumers in general is still weak in the fields of economy, education and bargaining power, therefore it is very necessary to have laws that protect consumer interests. To be able to provide guarantees for the implementation of consumer protection, the government pours consumer protection into a legal product. This is important because only the law has the power to compel business actors to obey it, and also the law has strict sanctions. This research was conducted at the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency domiciled in Karawang Regency using normative juridical types and approaches. The author reviews the legal literature on consumer dispute resolution and legal certainty over the Karawang Regency Consumer Dispute Settlement decision which is then collected and classified with detailed, systematic and directed records regarding documents/literature. Furthermore, the author conducts a descriptive data analysis, so that a comprehensive picture of the problems surrounding consumer dispute resolution and legal certainty is obtained for the Karawang Regency Consumer Dispute Settlement decision. The results of the research that the author conducted suggest that consumer settlement in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection can be pursued by 3 (three) methods / methods, namely, conciliation, mediation and arbitration on the basis of the choice and agreement of the parties to the dispute. The form of award by the method of conciliation and mediation shall be final and binding, without having to be asked for fiat execution to the local District Court, while the form of award taken by the method of arbitration must be requested by fiat execution to the local District Court so that the arbitral award has executory force.

Guidance is a series of law enforcement in the community which is carried out through efforts to restore the unity of life, life and livelihood of correctional clients so that they can realize their mistakes, improve themselves and not repeat criminal acts and can be accepted again by the community environment. Guidance to correctional clients is carried out by improving the quality, devotion to God Almighty, intellectual, attitudes and behaviors, professional, physical and spiritual health of correctional clients. However, this mentoring process has not been implemented optimally, resulting in re-violations of the law committed by correctional clients. That is what prompted the author to compile this scientific paper with the title Analysis of the Implementation of Correctional Client Guidance at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Palembang. This study has a formulation of problems in the form of: How is the correctional client guidance system at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Palembang?, as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors that affect the implementation of the correctional client guidance system at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Palembang?. AbstrakUsaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan Usaha industri rumah tangga daur ulang aluminium barang bekas, hadir untuk memberikan pengetahuan, wawasan dan peluang bisnis yang sangat potensial dikembangkan, karena bahan bakunya murah dan mudah diperoleh. Adapun arahaan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membentuk wirausaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas Alumunium agar masyarakat setempatdapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan berkreasi, berkarya dan berdaya juang untuk mengubah barang bekas yang tidak bernilai secara ekonomis menjadi barang yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi tinggi usaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas agar masyarakat setempat dapatmeningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan berkreasi, berkarya dan berdaya juang untuk mengubah barang bekas yang tidak bernilai secara ekonomis menjadi barang yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui membuat kompor (burner) berbahan bakar oli bekas, beserta spesifikasinya dan mengetahui hasil pengujian menggunakan kompor (burner) pembakaran oli bekas. Berangkat dari kurangnya pemanfaatan limbah oli bekas dan belum adanya alat yang baik untuk memanfaatkan oli bekas tersebut. Disisi lain apabila digunakan sebagai bahan bakar, oli bekas tidak menghasilkan pembakaran sempurna. Penelitian ini menggunakan model perancangan pembuatan kompor burner .Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa kompor (burner) yang dirancang memiliki bentuk yang besar dibandingkan pada burner pada umumnya. Kompor (burner) mencapai Adanya pengaruh variasi tekanan terhadap temperatur pembakaran dengan temperatur minimal dan maksimal mencapai titik tertinggi dengan tekanan sebesar 2.5 bar dengan temperatur sebesar 118 Â°C dan 994 Â°C sedangkan untuk titik terendah pada temperatur minimal dan maksimal pada tekanan 1 bar dengan temperatur sebesar 80,4 Â°C dan 662 Â°C dengan tekanan 0,5 bar.Kata Kunci: Kompor, Oli Bekas, Desaign, Waktu Konsumsi, Sifat Nyala Api

Kelangkaan pupuk masih menjadi permasalahan bagi petani dalam meningkatkan produksi padi. Selain langka, pupuk subsidi yang sebagian besar adalah pupuk kimia diketahui memberikan efek negatif kepada tanah, disamping harganya yang fluktuatif di tiap daerah. Diantara upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan membuat pupuk organik cair sebagai alternatif. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi mitra dalam pembuatan pupuk POC NPK untuk tananam padi di Desa Kolam Percut Sei Tuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta kegiatan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 72,15%. Aplikasi POC NPK yang dihasilkan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesuburan dan produktivitas tanaman padi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terbukti dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi mitra.
