Abstract

Seiring dengan peerkembangan zaman maka semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Hal tersebut menumbuhkan minat untuk membuat perangkat lunak yang bermanfaat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan peralatan sehari-hari. Pada alat yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur watt meter yang dapat digunakan pada peralatan beragam peralatan elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, alat dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan. Alat ukur watt meter yang dibuat dapat dijalankan menggunakan Arduino Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan peralatan sehari-hari seperti setrika dan charger laptop. Pengujian sistem berjalan dengan baik dan dapat menunjukkan nilai arus, frekuensi dan tegangan berdasarkan waktu. Hasil pengujian ditampilkan dengan menggunakan diagram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh transformasi digital dan inovasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Persatuan Wanita Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERWATI) Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Persatuan Wanita Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERWATI) Jakarta sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara probabilitas dengan metode total sampling yang mana seluruh populasi yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Dengan kata lain, tidak ada elemen dalam populasi yang diabaikan, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Transformasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Persatuan Wanita Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERWATI) Jakarta (2) Inovasi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Persatuan Wanita Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERWATI) Jakarta (3) Transformasi digital dan inovasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan yang positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Persatuan Wanita Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERWATI) Jakarta.Kata Kunci : Tranformasi Digital, Inovasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Latar belakang: Topografi Kepulauan Nias perairannya dikelilingi Samudera Indonesia dimana potensi sumber daya alam kelautannya terdiri dari beberapa banyak jenis ikan yang didapat dan masyarakat Nias pada umumnya bekerja sebagai nelayan.Melihat hasil dari penangkapan ikan yang didapat oleh para nelayan dikepualauan Nias semangkin meningkat, maka dengan adanya Kapal nelayan penangkap ikan model Triplle Energi Terbarukan ini menjadi solusi tepat untuk menghemat bahan bakar minyak pada kapal Metode penelitian: Desain kapal mini model Triplle Energi Terbarukan dengan panjang kapal 2,5 m dan lebar 60 cm menggunakan tenaga listrik DC Hasil penelitian: konsep ini didukung dengan adanya tenaga solar celljenis mono-crystalline yang memiliki efisiensi panel surya daya sebesar 60 kW*Day,tenaga angin dan gelombang suara sehingga mendukung kapal dapat berlayar.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To determine the influence of the school principal's democratic leadership style on the work commitment of Samatiga Core 1 Primary School Teachers in West Aceh Regency, (2) To determine the influence of school culture on the work commitment of Samatiga Core 1 Elementary School Teachers in Aceh Regency. West, (3) To determine the influence of work motivation on the work commitment of Core 1 Elementary School Teachers in Samatiga in West Aceh Regency, and (4) To determine the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation on the work motivation of Core 1 Elementary School Teachers of Samatiga. in West Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, a population of 75 people, a sample of 75 people, a simple random sampling technique using Sugiyono's sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire and multiple linear regression data processing techniques. The research findings were partially obtained, (1) the principal's democratic leadership style did not have a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.072 or 7.2% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produced a calculated T value of 1.828 which was smaller than the T value table 1,993. This shows that the principal's democratic leadership style variable has no effect on teacher work commitment. (2) School culture does not have a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.365 or 36.5% (in percentage). Hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 0.912 which is smaller than the T table value of 1.993. (3) work motivation has a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.009 or 0.9% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 2.706 which is greater than the T table value of 1.993. Meanwhile, simultaneously it was found that the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation had a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a constant value of 25,658. The findings in this research have practical implications, namely the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation have implications for the work commitment of Samatiga Primary 1 Elementary School teachers in West Aceh Regency. Advice to all school principals is that the implementation of the principal's democratic leadership style should be given more attention and carried out with full responsibility, and the output is the realization of the work commitment of the Samatiga Core 1 Elementary School teachers in West Aceh Regency, in this way the teacher's work commitment will increase and be maximized. Motivation The work of a teacher must also be owned and maintained by every teacher, and school culture also needs to be preserved and implemented with a full sense of responsibility, so that it is hoped that it can form a disciplined teacher personality. so that the school's vision and mission targets can be easily achieved, and have an impact on improving the quality of education nationally.

Abstract

Today's digital start-ups have succeeded in creating a new trend and can solve problems in society. One that is attracting attention today is Gojek. Not only does it provide benefits from the consumer side, but Gojek can also provide benefits from the business side, one of which is by joining as a GoFood business partner or commonly called a "GoFood Partner". This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of Gofood Partners in Surabaya. This study involved 70 respondents who are owners or managers and customers of Gofood in the city of Surabaya. By using the Purposive sampling method, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this research is using the component-based SEM method using PLS. The results found indicate that Market Orientation has a positive effect on Marketing Performance. The better the market orientation carried out by gofood partners, the marketing performance will also increase.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Nelayan adalah pemukiman di Kecamatan Medan Belawan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Permasalahan yang didapat dari Mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat Kampung Nelayan dalam mengolah kerang simping menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti kerupuk, serta kekurangan pengetahuan dalam hal branding, kemasan, dan teknik pemasaran produk. Solusi dalam pengabdian ini mencakup pelatihan dalam pembuatan kerupuk, pengembangan kemasan produk, strategi promosi melalui media sosial, serta penerapan sistem manajemen produksi dan keuangan yang efisien. Solusi ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mitra dalam aspek hardskill terkait usaha makanan dan manajemen, sehingga dapat menciptakan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Kampung Nelayan. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mitra sebesar 40% setelah mengikuti program ini. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan ini, diharapkan mitra dapat lebih siap dan mampu mengembangkan usaha kerupuk simping mereka dengan lebih baik dan berkelanjutan. Program ini melibatkan sebanyak 25 orang peserta untuk acara sosialisasi, yang merupakan bagian dari upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan tambahan masyarakat Kampung Nelayan, terutama kelompok nelayan.Abstract: Fishermen's Village is a settlement in Medan Belawan District, North Sumatra Province. The problems encountered by Mitra are the lack of understanding and skills of the Fishermen's Village community in processing simping shellfish into value-added products such as crackers, as well as a lack of knowledge in terms of branding, packaging and product marketing techniques. The solutions in this service include training in making crackers, developing product packaging, promotional strategies via social media, as well as implementing efficient production and financial management systems. This solution aims to empower partners in hard skill aspects related to food business and management, so that they can create sustainable added value for the Nelayan Village community. Based on the evaluation carried out, there was an increase in partner knowledge by 40% after participating in this program. With this increase in knowledge, it is hoped that partners will be better prepared and able to develop their simping cracker business better and more sustainably. This program involved as many as 25 participants for an outreach event, which was part of an effort to increase additional income for the Fishermen's Village community, especially fishermen groups.
