Abstract

This article tries to summarize the potential of Islamic sharia economics to solve the Indonesian case in the economic aspect. One example is the poverty of society in Indonesia, which is more than half of the population, so this article attempts to discover the economic system in Indonesia, the first country, thereby illustrating the principles of economic value from the perspective of Islamic sharia and internalizing them in the Indonesian economic system. Islam, as the last religion revealed by Allah SWT, has the means of various efforts made to anticipate and resolve the challenges that occur in this era of globalization. The Al-Quran and As-Sunnah as the main sources of Islamic law provide tools so that Islamic teachings are always suitable for all times, namely with Islamic sharia economics being able to solve all economic problems in Indonesia, as stated by As-Shidiqy stating that "In responding to economic problems in At that time, Islamic Economics became a response from Muslim thinkers. In this endeavor, they are guided by the Koran, Sunnah, and use thought and experience as a guide.”

Abstract

The function of this study is to determine the concept of sustainable development and its principles.To develop a development plan based on the concept of sustainable development, it is necessary to understand what elements are needed as well as what factors and tools are needed to develop sustainably. The pillars of sustainable development are economic sustainable, socially sustainable and environmentally sustainable, all of which must develop in a balanced manner; otherwise development will be trapped in conventional development models that emphasize economic growth alone and leave social and environmental development behind. Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi merupakan sesuatu yang diharapkan keberlanjutannya karena pembangunan itu mengharapkan tujuan kearah yang lebih baik, untuk itu dalam memulai pembangunan dari segi fisik dan non fisik membutuhkan salah satunya pendanaan untuk kelancarannya. Sementara keberadaan instrument pendanaan saat ini sudah meluas atau tidak secara konvensional saja melainkan ada konsep syariah diantaranya zakat, wakaf dan sukuk yang memunculkan banyak perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang bagaimana zakat, wakaf dan sukuk sebagai pendanaan berkonsep syariah dan optimalisasinya sebagai pendanaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Dengan metode kualitatif studi Pustaka didapat bahwa zakat, wakaf dan sukuk dinilai sebagai pendanaan syariah dengan konsep akad dan operasionalnya yang dikelola oleh lembaga terkait sesuai syariah dan sudah diterapkan dari masa pemerintahan kekhalifahan islam. Optimalisasi ketiga instrument tersebut dimulai dari kepiawaian lembaga pengelola zakat dalam menyebarkan pemahaman tentang ketiga instrument tersebut serta menetapkan regulasi yang mempermudah masyarakat dalam menyerahkan zakat, berwakaf dan berinvestasi sukuk, serta mengembangkan jenis atau proses baru dalam zakat wakaf dan sukuk tersebut seperti zakat sebagai sumber investasi, wakaf tunai, green sukuk dan blue sukuk untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Denai Lama Village, located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, has significant tourism potential, which can be a source of income and improve the welfare of the local community. The focus of this research is on analyzing the economic and socio-cultural aspects of tourism development. The method used is a qualitative method with the aim of describing and analyzing the impact of tourism development on the community of your market tourism village. Data is collected from various sources such as books, journals and previous research to support research. The research results show that tourism development has a positive impact on additional income, job creation, cultural exchange and preservation of local traditions. This shows the potential for sustainable tourism development in the Old Denai village.

Abstract

Strategic planning for sustainable development is a plan that is developed to ensure that development can take place in a sustainable manner, where The requirements of today's population can be fulfilled without jeopardizing the necessities of generations to come. Strategic planning for organizations and the business world is a solution to all the problems that arise when designing long-term plans. In this case, it is expected that leaders have the ability to plan by considering the problems, obstacles, and challenges faced by the organization, so that they can make strategic decisions. Formulate tactical plans that align with the requirements of the organization.In other words, strategic planning is required when designing programs that focus on sustainable development. Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to look at development planning strategies in increasing economic capacity in the city of Medan, which is the third largest city after Jakarta and Surabaya, and has received the title as a metropolitan city. Medan city has an area of ​​265.10 km2 and has a population of around 2,478 ,145 people (2017). Currently it is a city that is continuously developing. The main objective of this research is to analyze the role of development planning strategies in strengthening the city's economic sector. The research methods used include primary data collection through interviews and surveys, as well as secondary data analysis from trusted sources. This study will identify factors that influence the economic capacity of Medan City, including infrastructure, economic policies, human resources, and main economic sectors. In addition, this research will evaluate various development planning strategies that can be implemented to increase the city's economic competitiveness, including infrastructure development, increasing market access, industrial development, and increasing workforce skills. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of how development planning strategies can be the key to optimizing the economic potential of Medan City. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become a basis for the government and stakeholders to formulate more effective policies in increasing the capacity of the city's economy and making a positive contribution to economic growth at regional and national levels.

Abstract

Indonesia has a significant problem of economic inequality between regions. This can give rise to inequality and social injustice. The government, in its efforts to achieve economic equality between regions in its national development strategy, has provided several policies, however, it also needs a national development strategy with an Islamic perspective to perfect these policies. This study employed a qualitative approach as its research methodology, specifically focusing on library research. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand complex and multidimensional phenomena. In facing the challenges, challenges and failures in the national development strategy in Indonesia in the last 10 years, Islamic Economics can provide alternative solutions that can strengthen the parts that according to Islamic Economics must also be considered in order to strengthen the National Development strategy that can minimize and neutralize, one of which is by paying attention to Sharia Economic Principles in terms of development such as justice, balance and poverty. Therefore, the national development strategy implemented must pay attention to these principles. From the standpoint of Islamic economic development, Indonesia's development focus for the past ten years has been irrelevant. This is a result of the Indonesian government continuing to focused on infrastructure development and is not fully in accordance with sharia principles, and is lacking in improving the aspect of human resources.

Abstract

Use of the Transect method as a participatory planning method in exploring potential and problems visually as well as practice in participatory development planning in the Village Poverty has been a phenomenal problem throughout Indonesia's history as a nation-state. This poverty causes areas to be neglected and isolated. Development inequality appears and has an impact on the increasingly left behind poor villages. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, explains that the Village Government and village communities work together to develop in a spirit of mutual cooperation in the context of utilizing natural resources to achieve improvements in the welfare of village communities and their quality of life through sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. These efforts start from planning, implementation, to monitoring and evaluation with the right approach and methods. The question is whether village government officials in Indonesia understand and master planning methods and identify potential and problems in their villages. This article discusses a technique for identifying village potential and problems that can be used in the planning process at the village level. One method that is quite relevant in assessing the conditions of rural areas is the Participatory Planning Method which is considered quite effective for identifying potential, problems and formulating appropriate alternative solutions in a participatory manner.
