Abstract

This research aims to determine and prove the role of international policies and government programs in influencing technical decisions and the impact of successful launches on costs and risk reduction. In recent decades, spacecraft launch success rates have become a critical topic for analyzing the efficiency and technological advancements within the aerospace industry. This study explores historical data regarding spacecraft launch success rates, considering the influence of technical factors, government policies, and advancements in rocket design. By utilizing launch data from various space agencies such as NASA, SpaceX, and Roscosmos, the analysis highlights significant trends in increasing success rates, which align with innovations in technology and policies that support safer and more efficient space exploration. Additionally, this research examines the role of international policies and government programs in influencing technical decisions and the impact of successful launches on cost reduction and risk mitigation. Through statistical analysis and historical data modeling, this study provides in-depth insights into how technology and policy can shape higher success rates in future launches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of pilot confidence in the Autoland system when operating at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport. The development of flight automation technology is designed to enhance aviation safety and reduce pilot workload, particularly during the critical landing phase. The Boeing 737 Classic (B737 CL) aircraft is equipped with an Autoland system (Autopilot Flight Director System) that enables automatic landings under low-visibility conditions. This study aims to analyze the level of pilot trust toward the Autoland system when operating at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport (UPG/WAAA), Makassar, which is renowned for its dynamic weather characteristics and strong crosswinds. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 50 active B737 CL pilot respondents. Based on the data analysis using Human Factors principles, the pilot trust level falls into the "High" category with an aggregate mean score of 4.12 out of 5.00. However, this trust is highly conditional and significantly influenced by situational awareness and the crosswind operational limitations of the B737 CL. Pilots consistently maintain high vigilance (avoiding complacency) because the B737 CL system represents legacy technology requiring more stringent monitoring compared to modern Fly-by-Wire aircraft.

Abstract

This study aims to map research trends regarding sentiment analysis and public opinion within the immigration ecosystem. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology was employed, adhering to the PRISMA 2020 protocol guidelines. Digital transformation through the implementation of Electronic Government (E-Government) has brought about fundamental changes in immigration administration and services. Amidst this modernization, public opinion and sentiment captured on digital platforms serve as crucial indicators for evaluating service quality and the effectiveness of state regulations. Following processes of searching, screening, and eligibility assessment, 19 key studies published within the last five years were selected for synthesis. Data extraction results indicate that the application of sentiment analysis in the immigration sector can be classified into four primary dimensions: (1) evaluation of public service innovations and E-Government, (2) law enforcement and border security, (3) social dynamics and international humanitarian issues, and (4) socio-economic and tourism impacts. The study concludes that public sentiment-based evaluation serves not only to measure the performance of digital applications but also acts as an objective instrument for the government. This is essential for reconstructing adaptive immigration policies that balance service convenience (prosperity approach) with the preservation of state sovereignty (security approach).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze infrastructure requirements, implement a virtualization-based standalone server using Proxmox VE, test infrastructure performance, and evaluate the implementation results using the PIECES framework. The National Air & Space Power Center of Indonesia (NASPCI) previously relied on commercial shared hosting to support its website-based information services. This arrangement limited administrative control, configuration flexibility, and resource management, while also creating a dependency on third-party service providers. The study employs the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology, encompassing the stages of analysis, design, simulation/prototyping, implementation, monitoring, and management. The implemented infrastructure comprises Proxmox VE 8.4.19, an Ubuntu Server 20.04.6 LTS virtual machine, Nginx, PHP 7.4.3, MariaDB 10.3.39, CodeIgniter 3, GitHub, and Cloudflare Tunnel. Testing covered connectivity, web service access, CPU, RAM, storage, uptime, response time, and core website functionality. Results showed 0% packet loss for Proxmox VE and Ubuntu Server, an HTTP 200 status for both local and public HTTPS access, an average response time of 0.108 seconds, CPU usage of approximately 6.2%, available memory of around 1.5 GiB, and 30% root storage utilization. The PIECES evaluation demonstrated improvements in administrative control, resource flexibility, management efficiency, and the independence of information services. This research contributes by implementing a Proxmox VE standalone server to replace shared hosting, subjecting it to technical testing and comprehensive evaluation within the context of the non-profit organization NASPCI.
