Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas perencanaan partisipatif dalam pembangunan pedesaan di Kecamatan Talo Kabupaten Seluma. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dianalisis efektifitas pelaksanaan perencanaan partisipatif dalam enam dimensi, yaitu dimensi fokus pada kepentingan masyarakat, dimensi partisipatoris, dimensi sinergitas, dimensi fisibilitas, dimensi dinamis, dan dimensi legalitas. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan pelaksanaan perencanaan partisipatif yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Talo Kabupaten Seluma cukup efektif jika dilihat dari dimensi fokus pada kepentingan masyarakat, dimensi partisipatoris, dimensi dinamis dan dimensi legalitas, sedangkan jika dilihat dari dimensi sinergitas dan dimensi fisibilitas pelaksanaan perencanaan partisipatif kurang efektif. Jika dilihat secara keseluruhan dimensi pelaksanaan perencanaan partisipatif cukup efektif.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to verify the effect of Intellectual Capital components on the financial performance of Syariah banking, to verify the Intellectual Capital component with the most significant effect on the financial performance of Syariah banking, and to verify the role of the average growth of Intellectual Capital in the financial performance of Syariah banking in Indonesia. The population of this study were all of Syariah public banking (BUS) which were listed in BEI from 2014-2018. The type of research used in this study was applied research. The sampling type employed was purposive sampling. Through purposive sampling, 10 banking companies were taken as samples with a total of 50 research observations. This study found that Intellectual Capital components did not at all have positive effects on both the financial performance and the increase of financial performance of Syariah banking in the present and future, and the average growth of Intellectual Capital will not affect the financial performance of Syariah banking in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. The survey method was used to collect data from students at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. The sample for this research consisted of 100 students selected randomly. The research instrument is a questionnaire containing 8 items which assess opinions regarding the teacher's presence, regarding the teacher's competency/ability, regarding the teacher's learning system in the classroom, the teacher's responsiveness in explaining and answering questions, the teacher's concern for students in the class, the infrastructure and facilities used, The teacher's delivery of learning is in accordance with the learning design, and your opinion on the communication provided by the teacher in class.The research results show that the majority of students are satisfied with the learning system at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as the quality of facilities and interaction between teachers and students. Apart from that, some students also feel dissatisfied with the learning atmosphere at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. This research can provide important information for schools to improve the quality of learning systems and meet students' needs in teaching and learning

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran online ini banyak terdapat kendala terutama pada tugas yang terlalu banyak dan tidak sesuai dengan materi secara maksimal sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan dan akhirnya stres. Hal ini banyak dialami oleh siswa yang sudah terlihat bosan dengan situasi pandemi ini, selain kebosanan, banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan saat belajar, gangguan jiwa juga akan mempengaruhi kondisi siswa untuk lebih peka terhadap lingkungan kesehariannya. Suasana ketika anak terlihat bosan atau bosan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran online tentunya membutuhkan dukungan dari orang tua dan keluarga karena untuk menstabilkan kondisi siswa maka suasana di rumah harus lebih kondusif saat pembelajaran online berlangsung. Pembelajaran online memiliki dampak positif dan negatif.

Abstract

Batang Regency, Central Java Province has several physical and non-physical potentials that can be utilized in the form of reform access, especially in Tumbrep Village and Surjo Village, which consist of creating conditions and implementing reform access, where the form of multi-party reciprocity in implementing reform access consists of various supports, such as: (1) resource support, (2) knowledge support, (3) training support, (4) management support, and (5) marketing support. However, in multi-party reciprocity in implementing reform access, there are obstacles that are faced, namely: (1) Complexity of management, consisting of fund allocation, coordination between various institutions, and monitoring of impacts, (2) Complexity of coordination, which causes: overlapping programs, and unclear roles and responsibilities of each party, (3) inequality of power, for example the relationship between: government and society, private sector and society, BUMD and society, and NGOs and society
