Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk meningkatkan layanan mandiri pasien. Salah satu kendala utama yang ditemukan di Rumah Sakit Siloam Sriwijaya adalah antrean panjang di meja Customer Service hanya untuk menanyakan jadwal praktik dokter. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan perancangan prototype fitur jadwal dokter berbasis mobile menggunakan metode prototyping. Proses ini dilakukan selama magang di bagian front office, dengan pendekatan observasi langsung dan analisis kebutuhan pengguna. Hasilnya berupa desain antarmuka digital yang menampilkan jadwal dokter berdasarkan jenis pasien (BPJS maupun umum/asuransi), serta integrasi dengan sistem reservasi mandiri. Rancangan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mengurangi beban kerja Customer Service, dan mendukung transformasi digital layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of three machine learning algorithms namely Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, and Random Forest in classifying fake news. The research methods include data collection from various news sources, text preprocessing to improve data quality, and context-based feature engineering that considers temporal, linguistic, and named entity aspects. Furthermore, the model is developed using a machine learning approach that integrates ensemble techniques to improve prediction accuracy. Evaluation was conducted using accuracy, precision, accuracy, and F1 score metrics. The experimental results showed that Random Forest performed best with an accuracy of 93.00%, superior to Naïve Bayes (89.96%) and Logistic Regression (91.00%). This analysis confirms that algorithm selection should be tailored to the specific needs of the project, with Random Forest being a more reliable choice for scenarios that require high accuracy and robustness to data complexity. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of fake news detection systems that are more effective and adaptive to the dynamics of information in the digital world.

Abstract

Inventory information system is a software designed and built to manage inventory effectively and in real-time. In addition, to support the acceleration of business growth, business people are required to be able to adapt to technological advances. Pins perfume shop is a shop that presents a wide variety of perfume collections with different fragrances. The process of managing inventory at the pins perfume shop is still carried out conventionally, which has several risks such as loss of documents, damage to documents, and errors in recording the amount of inventory. To minimize these risks and support the acceleration of business growth, the authors design and build a website-based inventory information system. The author uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method, this research was conducted at the pins perfume shop. With this digital platform, it helps make it easier for the pins perfume shop to manage inventory, and makes it easier to print inventory reports, which are useful in making the right business strategy decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat pada Desa Tanjung Baru Petai akan membantu produksi UMKM kerajian tanganTikar Anyaman. Tikar Anyaman ini merupakan produk kerajinan yang sudah dikenal dimasyarakat setempat, terutama dikalangan ibu rumah tangga dan pengrajin lokal. UMKM Tikar Anyaman Ibu Sumaila ini masih menghadapi beberapa kendala atau permasalahan dalam hal kapasitas produksi, pemasaran dan pengelolaan usaha. Adapun metode yang akan digunakan pada pelatihan pemanfaatan media digital marketing pada UMKM Tikar Anyam Ibu Sumaila yaitu dengan metode Observasi, Wawancara, Diskusi dan Pelatihan. Dari hasil pelatihan media digital marketing kepada karyawan UMKM Tikar Anyam Ibu Sumaila didapat pembuatan beberapa Akun Instagram, dan Akun E-Commerce Shopee. Akun – akun ini dikelola oleh Ibu Sumaila dan beberapa karyawannya.
