Abstract

Public service is an activity to fulfill service needs for the people. Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office is one of the institutes that perform public services. People's satisfaction with the services provided by the Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office can be measured by a satisfaction survey in order to improve service quality. The existence of various assessment elements makes it difficult for the Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office to determine people's satisfaction with services. Therefore, we need a system that can classify and determine the elements of the assessment that affect service satisfaction. In this research, the C5.0 algorithm was used to classify people's satisfaction. The assessment elements (variables) used for classification consist of suitability of services, understanding of procedures, speed of service, costs, service standards, officers' abilities, behavior of officers, facilities and infrastructure, and service complaints. This research resulted in a classification such as very good, good, and not good. The amount of data used is 250 data with training data used as much as 175 data and test data as much as 75 data. The C5.0 algorithm produces a decision tree, rules, and the ability of officers as an influential assessment element. Based on the test results obtained 90.67% accuracy, 68.085% precision, 55.89% recall, and 9.33% error rate

Abstract

Firmware is software that resembles an operating system and embedded in the hardware. On Internet of Things (IoT) devices, the already installed firmware will not be updated for the specified time or will not even be updated at all. This is because the firmware is considered a system whose needs and functions do not need to be changed. However, in reality the firmware that is already installed and is being run definitely needs a change. The update process generally also uses conventional methods, namely by connecting devices on a computer using a cable. This method is of course not effective and efficient to do, especially if you have many devices installed and running. Therefore, in this study, an update system was created to update devices using the internet network. The update system built on this study using Over The Air (OTA) techniques and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). In testing the update process with 3 IoT devices simultaneously, the average time needed by device 1, device 2 and device 3 is 43 seconds, 44 seconds and 45 seconds. In the QoS analysis carried out, the results obtained throughput of 100% (very good), packet loss of 0% (very good), average delay of 93,931ms (very good) and jitter of 98,948ms (medium) on the network used for updating

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance is a government assistance program that is given to underprivileged people. Assistance is distributed in the form of cash assistance sourced from village funds. In the process of distribution BLT funds, there were obstacles faced by the village, namely incomplete data on BLT recipients. Based on these constraints, a data survey of BLT recipients was carried out using predetermined variables. There are 20 variables used for BLT recipients. Based on the survey results, there was a lot of data that had something in common, making it difficult for the Sungai Dungun village to group BLT recipients. Therefore we need a system that can grouping BLT recipient data. The method used for grouping data on this system is the K-Modes method. The test uses the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) to know out whether the cluster results are good or not. Based on the results of the DBI test, there is a minimum value generated in grouping using 4 groups with a value of 1.25858. Grouping with 4 groups resulted in a very worth it group of 101 heads of households, a feasible group totaling 40 heads of households, a moderately feasible group totaling 44 heads of households, and an unfeasible group totaling 15 heads of households.

Abstract

AbstractConditions of air temperature and air humidity as well as  feeding for cats are some of the important elements difficult to monitor by cat keepers when they are not home. As a result, the cats’ feeding pattern and room conditions are not properly maintained. In this research, a system named smart cat room was built to monitor and control the air temperature, air humidity, food residue, and the amount of cat food. The types of cats in this research were Maine Coon, Bengal, and Persian. With this system, users can monitor and control the smart cat room through an Android-based application. The result of the testing of the smart cat room system had an average air temperature value for Maine Coon cats of 25.31°C and an air humidity value of Maine Coon cats is 62.90%. Average air temperature value for Bengal cats is 27.49°C and the air humidity value of Bengal cats is 62.33%. The average value of air temperature for Persian cats is 22.17°C and the air humidity value of Persia cats is 59.05%. According to the results, the smart cat room system shows that the average value of air temperature, air humidity are as according to the standards, with the cats’ skin and fur conditions inside the smart cat room well-maintained. Feeding can also be done at the right time and weight according to the type of cat in the Smart Cat Room

Abstract

Grape vines are plants that can grow well in lowland areas, especially coastal areas. The very hot weather climate is an inhibiting factor in the growth of grape vines. So it is necessary to help greenhouse media technology with the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) to create the desired conditions in an effort to protect plants as well as temperature and humidity conditions that can attack grape plants, adjusting the parameters needed. Vine testing parameters include air temperature, air humidity and soil moisture. In the system that has been created, the system will monitor the conditions of air temperature, air humidity and soil moisture. In addition, the system will manually and automatically control the fan, mist maker and pump according to predetermined values. The results of the sensor test show an accuracy for air temperature of 95.36%. The result of the test for air humidity is 88.67%. The result of the capacitive soil moisture sensor test for soil moisture is 99.85%.
