Abstract

Bekas limbah dari proses pemrosesan tebu dan kulit singkong merupakan sumber yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan. Menggunakan bahan-bahan ini untuk menciptakan briket adalah solusi cerdas dalam memproduksi bahan bakar alternatif. Batu bara dan minyak, dua sumber energi utama saat ini, semakin menipis cadangannya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kita untuk mencari sumber energi terbarukan, seperti briket, yang dapat diperbarui secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan ampas tebu dan kulit singkong sebagai bahan baku, yang diikat dengan tepung tapioka dalam tiga rasio berbeda: 70/55/15, 60/60/15, dan 55/70/15 gram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kalor terendah ditemukan pada komposisi briket 60/60/15 dengan hasil 3.75 kal/gr, sementara laju pembakaran tertinggi dicapai oleh komposisi 70/55/15 dengan hasil 4.67 kal/gr. Laju pembakaran terendah diukur pada komposisi 70/55/15 dengan hasil 7.63 gram/menit, sedangkan laju pembakaran tertinggi tercatat pada komposisi 55/70/15 dengan hasil 8.06 gram/menit. Kandungan air paling rendah terdapat pada komposisi 70/55/15 dengan hasil 14.6%, sementara kadar air pembakaran tertinggi terdapat pada komposisi 60/60/15 dengan hasil 30.5%.

Abstract

Tidak semua alat rehabilitasi dapat digunakan oleh pasien pascastroke yang baru saja sembuh dari serangan stroke bahkan mereka belum dianjurkan menggunakan media rehabilitasi dan hanya melakukan terapi dengan gerakan-gerakan sederhana dikarenakan keseimbangan tubuh mereka belum baik, kurangnya koordinasi anggota gerak tubuh, memiliki kelemahan otot dan masih memerlukan alat bantu gerak seperti tongkat dan kursi roda. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah merancang sepeda roda tiga tanpa pedal yang didesain sesuai kebutuhan pasien pasca stroke untuk proses rehabilitasi. Metode yang dilakukan adalah membuat pemodelan tiga dimensi dan dilakukan simulasi secara numerik dengan metode elemen hingga. Hasil perancangan adalah sepeda ini dirancang dengan ground clearance 153 mm agar pasien pasca stroke mampu mengangkat kakinya. Pasien dapat mengendarai sepeda dengan mengayunkan kaki selayaknya berjalan untuk melatih anggota gerak bawah seperti paha, lutut, dan kaki. Hasil simulasi metode elemen hingga pada rangka sepeda menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya tegangan maksimum sebesar 38,806 Mpa pada daerah sambungan seat tube dan down tube serta deformasi maksimum terjadi pada daerah sadel yaitu 0.399 mm. Berdasarkan analisa ergonomis, sepeda ini memiliki kenyamanan dan mampu meminimalisir adanya risiko cidera baik saat dikendarai di jalan lurus maupun berbelok.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis tumbuhan Indonesia yang belum diteliti pemanfaatannya secara penuh dalam kaitannya dengan pengobatan adalah tumbuhan Parijoto (Medinilla speciosa). Buah Parijoto mengandung senyawa flavonoid yang memiliki efek farmakologis sebagai antioksidan. Formulasi sediaan gel dapat memfasilitasi aplikasi topikalnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kandungan flavonoid total dalam ekstrak buah Parijoto dan mengevaluasi sifat fisik formulasi gel ekstrak buah Parijoto. Ekstraksi fisik meliputi ekstraksi buah Parijoto dengan perendaman pelarut etanol 96%, analisis flavonoid secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dan uji adhesi dengan homogenitas, sensorik, uji pH, uji dispersibilitas, viskositas dan penyimpanan pada suhu (100C) dan (400C). Hasil penelitian diperoleh rendemen ekstrak buah parijoto sebesar 11,56% b/b. Identifikasi kualitatif menunjukkan adanya senyawa flavonoid pada ekstrak buah parijoto. Flavonoid total dengan pembanding kuersetin dan rutin masing-masing sebesar 310,03 mgQE/g dan 73,29 mgRE/g. Hasil uji sifat fisik gel memenuhi syarat standar pengujian sifat fisik selama penyimpanan selama 5 siklus dan 10 hari untuk parameter uji homogenitas, uji pH, uji dispersi, uji viskositas dan daya lekat, tetapi tidak memenuhi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sediaan gel ekstrak buah  tidak stabil.One of the Indonesian plant species that has not been fully utilized for medication is the Parijoto plant (Medinilla speciosa). Parijoto fruit contains flavonoid compounds that have pharmacological effects as antioxidants. The formulation of the gel preparation can facilitate its topical application. The purpose of this study was to analyze the total flavonoid content in Parijoto fruit extract and evaluate the physical properties of the Parijoto fruit extract gel formulation. Physical extraction includes extraction of Parijoto fruit by immersion in 96% ethanol solvent, qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavonoids, and adhesion test with homogeneity, sensory, pH test, dispersibility test, viscosity, and storage at temperatures (100C) and (400C). The results showed that the yield of parijoto fruit extract was 11.56% w/w. Qualitative identification showed the presence of flavonoid compounds in parijoto fruit extract. Total flavonoids with a comparison of quercetin and rutin were 310.03 mgQE/g and 73.29 mgRE/g, respectively. The results of the physical properties test of the gel met the standard requirements for testing physical properties during storage for 5 cycles and 10 days for the parameters of homogeneity test, pH test, dispersion test, viscosity, and adhesion test, but did not meet, so it could be concluded that the fruit extract gel preparation was unstable.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu sumber energi terbarukan terkemuka di dunia. Pemerintah Indonesia telah menekankan pentingnya energi biomassa yang biodegradable dan ramah lingkungan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti potensi modal besar dalam pengembangan biomassa sebagai alternatif bahan bakar fosil. Briket arang merupakan salah satu sumber energi biomassa, dan penelitian di Jerman, ZREU (Zentrum for Rationale Energianwendung und Umwelt), memperoleh data bahwa biomassa di Indonesia sebanyak 146,7 juta ton per tahun (ESDM, 2012). Proses produksinya meliputi tahapan seperti Authoring. Cara pembuatannya adalah dengan memasukkan batok kelapa ke dalam tong pembakaran. Pemurnian arang Kualitas briket tempurung kelapa akan lebih baik apabila campurannya halus. penyaringan, semakin halus, semakin padat hasil cetaknya. Pencampuran saatnya mengaduk adonan. hasil pencampuran briket arang dengan kanji berbanding 2,5 persen dari banyaknya tempurung kelapa yang sudah dilakukan pencampuran. Kemudian setelah pencetakan dilakukan, saatnya melakukan pengeringan. Pengeringan bisa dilakukan dengan suhu ruangan. Pengeringan juga bisa mengunakan sinar matahari.Untuk mengetes kualitas briket, kalian bisa menjatuhkan kelantai, jika tidak pecah maka briket Anda memiliki kualitas yang baik. Formulasi perekat tapioka dan arang pada pembuatan briket arang limbah buah kelapa berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kerapatan massa, kadar air, tetapi tidak untuk laju pembakaran.

Abstract

Manku Tosok Private Primary School is categorized as one of the schools in the frontier, remote and disadvantaged areas based on the narrative of various research subjects. As consequences, researchers witnessed the diversity of challenges and opportunities during the learning process, both during the Covid-19 pandemic and post-Covid-19. Based on those situations, researchers unraveled how the inherent problems of implementing the K13 curriculum and its impulses today (post Covid-19), Central Kalimantan based on various narratives presented by teachers and school principals. The qualitative method involved collecting data through in-depth interviews with three interviewees to express their arguments or experiences as teachers while encountering various situations in rural areas. The interview audio recordings were transcribed into verbatim transcripts, solidified into factual solids, and the researchers created themes to narrow down issues discussed during the research discussion section. Based on the findings showed that teachers and principals were willing to provide solutions to students by visiting them one by one, although eventually, due to the limitations of teachers and time, teachers and school principals provided alternative learning through limited in-person meetings pursuant to school policies.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to design an innovative tempeh fermentation tool based on the Mamdani fuzzy method that is able to accelerate fermentation and determine the level of tempeh maturity accurately using weight parameters and visual image analysis. This tool is designed to improve the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of the tempeh industry by maintaining the quality of tempeh according to standards. Methodology: The results showed that this tool was able to accelerate fermentation with an average time of 21.7 hours, producing quality tempeh with evenly growing fungi without rot. The load cell sensor successfully weighed two tempeh at once with an average weight loss of 10.5 grams, and the ESP32CAM successfully monitored the tempeh visually during fermentation. Main Findings: From the results testing that has been done for 4× shows that tool This succeed speed up fermentation with eat average time 21.7 hours with criteria mold grow even and not rotten and loadcell sensor successful Weigh 2 tempeh at a time fermented with decline average weight 10.5 grams and ESP32CAM successfully monitored tempeh visually at the time fermented . Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research lies in the integration of DHT11 sensor technology, load cells, and ESP32CAM which enables automatic control of temperature and humidity, real-time monitoring, and accurate determination of tempeh maturity levels. This innovation provides a practical solution to improve the efficiency of the fermentation process and the quality of tempeh production, making it suitable for application on an industrial scale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of Qanuns (local regulations) for controlling productive cattle and buffalo in Aceh Besar District. This study conducted a census of abattoir officers to 10 respondents and 10 muge (intermediaries) to collect data on the population in this study involving all groups of cattle and buffalo farmers in Aceh Besar district, namely 627. The number of samples was determined based on the Slovin formula, i.e., 93 farmers with a 5% error rate. Also, a survey was conducted on six sub-districts in Aceh Regency based on a cluster sampling system. Data processing was done by calculating the percentage of measured parameters and presented in tabular form. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of Qanun decreased the slaughter of productive female cattle and buffalo in Aceh Besar District. However, public understanding of the control of productive female cows/buffalo Qanun remained low because only 30.98% of the public were aware of the Qanun. The lack of knowledge was indicated by the high slaughter and sales of productive female cattle and buffalo at the farmer level that only decreased by around 5.84% (from 70.88% to 65.04% after the implementation of Qanun. Economic needs were the reason for the high sales of productive female cows/buffaloes (73.13%). The weak implementation of Qanun on productive cattle and buffalo was probably due to poor socialization of Qanun for controlling productive cattle and buffaloes. 79.65% of the respondent group answered that they had never received socialization on controlling productive female cattle and buffalo. However, the contributing factors to the declining slaughter and sales of productive female cattle and buffalo since the introduction of Qanun were the strict regulations at the abattoir and the level of knowledge of the abattoir staff regarding Qanun to maintain productive cattle and buffaloes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the analysis of the use of guidance and counseling service media at SMP Negeri 3 Simpang Hilir. The form of research uses a study survey. The sample in this study was 44 students in class VIII A and VIII B. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection using indirect communication techniques, direct communication and documentary study techniques. Data analysis uses percentage correction. The results of the research show that the analysis of the use of media for guidance and counseling services for classes VIII A and VIII B at SMP Negeri 3 Simpang Hilir with the percentage of media use for guidance and counseling services is generally categorized as good with a presentation of 70%. Specifically, it is concluded as follows: The silent projection media group is categorized as good with a percentage of 69.57%. The film media group is categorized as good with a percentage of 70.85%. Based on the description above, in general, the analysis of the use of guidance and counseling service media is still at the stage of being successfully carried out VIII A and VIII B at SMP Negeri 3 Simpang Hilir.

Abstract

Pembuatan papan partikel komposit yang diperkuat dengan serat bemban (Donax caniforms) telah dilakukan dengan variasi ketebalan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh ketebalan komposit papan partikel terhadap karakteristik sifat fisis, mekanik, dan akustiknya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen. Sebelum serat dipisahkan, batang bemban dibersihkan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian, serat dikeringkan pada suhu 80 0C selama 24 jam. Selanjutnya, serat digerus hingga lolos ayakan  60 mesh. Papan partikel komposit dibuat dengan perbandingan penguat serat bemban dan matrik serbuk melamin sebesar 50%:50%, dicetak pada cetakan berukuran 15 cm x 5 cm dengan variasi ketebalan 1 cm dan 1,5 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kadar air, densitas, penyerapan air, dan penurunan pengembangan tebal. Sifat mekanik yaitu MoE dan MoR juga mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan ketebalan komposit papan partikel. Sifat fisik komposit papan partikel dengan ketebalan 1 cm dan 1,5 cm telah memenuhi SNI 03-2104-1991 untuk kadar air, kepadatan, pengembangan tebal dan SNI 01-4449-2006 untuk penyerapan air. Sifat mekanik MoE dan MoR komposit papan partikel belum memenuhi SNI 03-2105-2006. Sampel komposit tergolong bahan reflektif yang sangat baik berdasarkan sifat akustiknya.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of competence and work culture on sales marketing performance at PT Danamas Insan Creative Andalan and PT Bank Central Asia Lampung Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach with data analyzed using SPSS v17.0. The results show that competence and work culture have a significant effect on sales marketing performance. Competence, as measured by the understanding of organizational values and its application to the organization's personality, has a significant effect with a tcount> ttable value (3.55> 1.67). This means that the hypothesis that competence affects performance is accepted. Work culture, as measured by the quality of the elements that build it, also has a significant effect on performance with a tcount value > ttable (3.57 > 1.67). This means that the hypothesis that work culture affects performance is accepted. This research proves that competence and work culture both play an important role in improving sales marketing performance at PT Danamas Insan Creative Andalan and PT Bank Central Asia Lampung Branch.
