Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy yet continue to face significant challenges in adopting digital technology for marketing, particularly in non-urban areas. This article reports on a community service program (PPM) conducted under the Integrated PPM–KKNM scheme of Universitas Padjadjaran, aimed at optimizing the use of digital media for MSME marketing in Margamekar Village, South Sumedang District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. The implementation method was participatory and comprised four stages: needs assessment, practice-based training (learning by doing), individual consultation, and technology transfer. Four culinary MSMEs participated as partners: Wening's Catering, Keripik Nufaraz, Kue Basah Bu Neni, and Bakso Margacinta. Results indicate a tangible improvement in partners' digital literacy, evidenced by the establishment of WhatsApp Business accounts, Instagram profiles, and Shopee marketplace stores, as well as the creation of promotional media including business profile videos, product promotion videos, and digital catalogs. The mentoring not only improved marketing communication quality but also expanded market access. These findings affirm that the Integrated PPM–KKNM model, which positions students as field facilitators, is effective in promoting sustainable, locally responsive digital transformation among MSMEs. Abstract

Artikel ini membincangkan analisis situsional metode berbenah KonMari yang disarankan oleh Marie Kondo, pakar decluttering dari Jepang, kepada para ibu rumah tangga di wilayah Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pengetahuan tentang pola hidup rapi dan sehat, sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengurangan barang yang tidak diperlukan. Peserta diajak untuk memahami bahwa hidup teratur bukan hanya soal kenyamanan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan sampah yang berdampak positif bagi lingkungan. Prinsip ini sejalan dengan gerakan minim sampah, di mana setiap keputusan untuk menyimpan atau membuang barang didasarkan pada kesadaran akan keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab terhadap kelestarian alam. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap per-siapan, tahap penyelenggaraan, dan tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini direncanakan untuk dilaksanakan pada awal tahun 2025. Hasil kajian sementara menunjukkan bahwa metode KonMari dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dengan menciptakan lingkungan rumah yang lebih rapi dan mengurangi stres akibat kekacauan. Metode ini juga membantu memperkuat hubungan keluarga dan mendorong gaya hidup yang lebih sederhana dan efisien.

Abstract

This article explores the dual life of Yor Forger from the popular manga and anime series Spy x Family (2019–present), a character who embodies two very different versions of womanhood at once. In her everyday life, Yor tries to be a caring mother and a gentle presence at home. Yet behind this warm exterior, she secretly works as a highly skilled assassin known as the “Thorn Princess.” These two roles require Yor to “be a woman” in two contrasting ways: soft, nurturing, and compliant on one side; powerful, violent, and fearlessly independent on the other. To understand how Yor navigates these identities, this study employs Judith Butler’s concept of gender performativity alongside R. W. Connell’s ideas of emphasized femininity and gender order. It asks: How does Yor perform a socially idealized femininity as a mother? In what ways does her assassin identity break or bend gender expectations? And what inner tensions emerge when one woman must constantly switch between these selves? The analysis reveals that Yor’s story highlights a quiet but meaningful truth: gender is something we learn to perform, repeat, and negotiate depending on the spaces we inhabit. Yor’s “two selves” reveal both the limits imposed on women and the creative ways they find to push back. By looking at Yor as more than just a fictional character, this article invites readers to reflect on how anime can offer fresh spaces to imagine, question, and reshape what it means to be a woman today.
