Abstract

One of the school's successes in reaching the title Adiwiyata is habitual school community in everyday life. These habits reflect whether they are environmentally friendly patterned or not. Adiwiyata is a program that forms the entire school community to characters that care for the environment. Creating a school that is clean, healthy, beautiful and ethics and aesthetics. With the knowledge and habits of students' awareness and eco-friendly lifestyle, it is the foundation for SMA Negeri 8 Kota Serang to be earned Adiwiyata. This study raised the issue of whether the program launched by the school for a degree Adiwiyata can increase knowledge and change the habits of students in energy efficiency. This research method using qualitative description, in which respondents were given questionnaires, interviews, and observations. However, the role that the school community is very important in realizing the success of the school to achieve Adiwiyata title. Thus the required environmental education activities that can form the students become the generation that can contribute to being part minded citizens who are environmentally.

Abstract

Koperasi Wira Artha, sebagai unit bisnis PT. Bintan Resorts Cakrawala, bergerak dalam bidang jasa transportasi danpariwisata melalui kemitraan dengan 30 Driver Wira Transportation. Keanggotaan kemitraan ini memiliki persyaratankhusus baik dari aspek pengendara maupun armada, serta diwajibkan untuk mematuhi kode etik yang ketat demimenjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan konsumen. Studi ini menemukan bahwa salah satu kendala utama dalam layananWira Transportation adalah kurangnya kemampuan Driver dalam berperan sebagai Tour Guide, yang berdampak padapengalaman wisatawan di Pulau Bintan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, diperlukan pelatihan bagi Driver dalambidang komunikasi, pengetahuan destinasi, manajemen perjalanan, dan etika pelayanan. Selain itu, pengembangan paketwisata berbasis kebutuhan wisatawan dan pemanfaatan teknologi, seperti platform pemesanan online, dapat menjadisolusi untuk meningkatkan daya saing Wira Transportation. Dengan penerapan strategi ini, diharapkan keberlanjutankemitraan dan kualitas layanan transportasi wisata di Pulau Bintan dapat semakin berkembang.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata bukan sekedar langkah kepariwisataan yang berkelanjutan,tetapi juga merupakan upaya konkret untuk memberdayakan masyarakat lokal dan melestarikan keberagaman alam serta budaya. Pelatihan pengembangan desa wisata di Kabupaten Natuna muncul sebagai solusi yang tidak hanya mengedepankan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga menghargai serta melestarikan warisan budaya dan lingkungan. , terdapat beberapa masalah dan tantangan yang perlu diatasi, antara lain minimnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola desa wisata, keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan, tidak optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pemasaran, keterbatasan sumber daya keuangan dan infrastruktur, maka dari itu perlu diadakan pelatihaan pengembangan Desa Wisata. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 31 Agustus sampai dengan 2 September 2023 di Kabupaten Natuna. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Natuna ini melibatkan 40 peserta yang terdiri dari pengelola desa wisata, perangkat desa, dan kelompok sadar wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berjudul “Pelatihan Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Natuna 2023” telah selesai dilaksanakan dan hasil dari pengabdian tersebut telah berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi pengelola desa wisata di Kabupaten Natuna dan lebih dari 50% peserta merasa puas terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.

Abstract

Modern education often overemphasizes cognitive achievement, neglecting internal student factors crucial for holistic learning success. This study aims to deeply synthesize and analyze the synergistic role of spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy in enhancing the academic achievement of elementary school students. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, relevant articlesfrom databases such as Google Scholar and Garuda were identified and analyzed through a rigorous selection process to map the existing evidence. The synthesis results reveal three main findings: (1) Self-efficacy consistently proves to be a strong predictor of academic achievement, functioning as the "I can" belief that motivates students to strive and persist. (2) Spiritual intelligence positively influences achievement by providing the foundational "why" students should learn, fostering meaning, purpose,and intrinsic motivation. (3) A significant reciprocal relationship exists, where spiritual intelligence can be the foundation that strengthens the development of resilient self-efficacy. It is concluded that the combination of spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy creates an optimal internal psychological ecosystem for academic achievement. The implication of this finding is the urgent need for a shift towards a more holistic pedagogy in elementary schools, one that not only hones intellectual aspects but also consciously cultivates students' spiritual dimensions and self-beliefs to create a complete learning system

Abstract

The abstract should concisely summarize the research problem, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. It must not contain citations, references, or quotes. The abstract should be clear and self-contained, giving readers a quick overview of the entire study. The length of the abstract should be between 150-200 words, ensuring it remains informative without being too detailed. The formatting requirements include using Helvetica 9pt font, with single line spacing to maintain readability and professional appearance. All essential elements, such as the study’s problem, goals, methods, results, and final conclusions, must be clearly presented.
