Abstract

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) atau biasa juga disebut sebagai penyakit degeneratif  adalah merupakan jenis penyakit yang tidak bisa ditularkan oleh penderita ke orang lain, jenis penyakit ini berkembang secara perlahan dan terjadi dalam waktu yang panjang. Beberapa penyakit yang termasuk PTM adalah diabetes mellitus (DM) dan hipertensi. Kegiatan  ini  untuk menambah  pengetahuan tentang  olah raga dan  konsumsi buah sebagai nutrisi medis pada pasien PTM. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan terhadap 36 orang pasien yaitu  15 orang pasien DM dan 21 orang penderita hipertensi di kelompok prolanis K – Nisa. Pasien yang datang dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darah, penghitungan nadi latihan, penyuluhan tentang DM, hipertensi dan penghitungan nadi latihan, olah raga dan pengisian kuosioner sambil dilakukan focus group discussion. Hasil pengisian kuosiner sudah beberapa pengetahuan yang memberikan hasil yang baik dan beberapa yang masih memerlukan peningkatan. Pengetahuan yang sudah baik yaitu pengetahuan tentang olah raga, nadi latihan, komplikasi PTM, definisi tekanan darah tinggi, manfaat olah raga dan durasi waktu olah raga dan jumlah konsumsi buah. Pengetahuan yang masih perlu ditingkatkan adalah gejala awal penyakit DM dan hasil pemeriksaan gula darah pada pasien DM. Dari hasil kegiatan ini diperlukan adanya sosialisasi yang terus menerus kepada masyarakat tentang gejala awal penyakit DM dan perlunya pemeriksaan gula darah. Pengetahuan pasien PTM sudah baik tentang olah raga dan konsumsi buah sebagai nutrisi medis.

Abstract

Research on the integration of the diniyah and independent curriculum in PAI learning to build students' religious character at Al Ishlahiyah Singosari IntegratedVocational School in Malang, this aims to describe and analyze a design,implementation and evaluation of the integration of the diniyah and Merdekacurriculum. This type of research is qualitative research, based on the discussionincluding descriptive research using a case study plan. Data collection techniquesuse observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried outstarting from data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Theresults showed that the design of the integration of the diniyah and independentcurriculum is classified as a separate model (Fragmanted model) because itdescribes that science is separated and has its own character about deep andcomprehensive understanding. Implementation of the integration of the diniyahand Merdeka curriculum through the principle of reflective learning. The divisionof learning time is in the morning for the Merdeka curriculum, while the duhurtime, for the diniyah curriculum. Evaluation in this integration refers to evaluationsthat are Formative (initial assessment / learning process), Summative (PTS, PAS,PAT), monthly meetings, annual work meetings and workshops to increaseeducational effectiveness in producing graduates with Islamic character.

Abstract

This reserch departs from the reduced character values of students at SMP Budi Utomo Prambon Sidoarjo. Where students have been carried away by external currents, as can be seen from the lack of appreciation when carrying out the flag ceremony process. Such a situation of students can occur due to environmental factors and family. By looking at the reality at the school, the researcher is interested in conducting research using the Role Playing learning method. With this research, it is expected that students can improve their nationalism character. This study uses the Character Theory initiated by Thomas Lickona. The location of this research is Budi Utomo Prambon Middle School Sidoarjo. The data that has been obtained is the result of observation, interview and documentation. The approach to this research is a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data analysis technique in this study is in accordance with the Miles and Hubberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students at Budi Utomo Prambon Sidoarjo Middle School include the following (1) Planning includes preparation of lesson plans, (2) Implementation includes opening learning activities, core learning activities (learning methods, learning media, learning resources and learning assessment), (3) Evaluation includes assessing students attitudes (honesty, discipline, tolerance and mutual cooperation). Through learning planning it is done by writing down the nationalism character values into the RPP on KI 2, the learning objectives and the content of the nationalism character contained in the learning activities; through the implementation of learning the character of nationalism is built using the role playing/drama method, with learning media that supports the drama activities, learning resources in the form of the social studies student books and drama scripts, then assessments or assessment use summative and formative assessments, as well as through evaluation of attitudes, knowledge and skills.
