Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms that are proxies through institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and independent directors on firm value. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample is a company incorporated in the property, real estate and building construction sector period of 2015-2018 with a total data of 193. The results of this study indicate that the independent commissioners and independent directors has effect on firm value.

Abstract

STMIK Mardira Indonesia now employs a basic system, Microsoft Excel, to manage staff salaries. However, this system needs more integration with a database for storage purposes. Administrators are concerned about the potential risks associated with manually storing data, including a high likelihood of data loss and other issues, such as miscalculations due to incomplete data entry. Furthermore, the lack of a program to compute Income Tax Article 21 (PPH 21), essential information employees require to comprehend the deductions applied to their earned income, is apparent. This study aims to develop a web-based application for calculating employee payroll, explicitly focusing on PPH 21 calculations. The research methodology utilized in this concluding project is descriptive. The system development method employs the Waterfall approach, incorporating Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for the analysis and design of the proposed system. The system design utilizes a web programming language, specifically the CodeIgniter framework, in conjunction with a MySQL database. The research findings indicate that a web-based employee payroll system using the PPH 21 calculation program has been effectively constructed. This technology is available to employees, making it easier to administer payroll and providing employees with information on the amount of PPH 21 deductions. Suggestions for advancing the web-based employee payroll system, including the PPH 21 calculation tool, involve streamlining the system to improve efficiency.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang menyesuaikan strategi pengajaran dengan kesiapan, minat, dan gaya belajar peserta didik. Dalam mata pelajaran Tahfidz, penerapan metode ini menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas hafalan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam mata pelajaran Tahfidz di SDIT Makarimal Akhlaq Kalipucang Wetan Welahan Jepara, mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangannya, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil hafalan siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berkontribusi pada peningkatan kelancaran hafalan, pemahaman tajwid, serta motivasi siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan metode ini meliputi antusiasme siswa, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, serta dukungan orang tua. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan waktu guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta perlunya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola kelas berdiferensiasi. Dengan dukungan yang optimal dari sekolah dan orang tua, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan siswa. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, Kurikulum Merdeka, strategi pengajaran, hafalan siswa.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance knowledge and expertise in organizational management and children's play module preparation for the Forum Taman Baca Masyarakat (FTBM) in Jepara Regency. The service used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, with the participants being representatives of TBM managers who are members of FTBM. A questionnaire was used as the instrument for evaluating the activity, and the results of which were analyzed descriptively. The service results indicate a significant increase in workshop participants' understanding. A total of 9 participants (30%) who were initially in the low understanding category succeeded in increasing to the high category, including 18 participants (60%). The workshop activity on preparing children's play modules also made a positive contribution to the participants, particularly in terms of module preparation. There was a significant increase in understanding, where 10 participants (33.33%) who were initially in the low understanding category succeeded in increasing to the high category, involving 20 participants (66.67%). This activity was successful in achieving positive results and supporting the development of participants’ skills and understanding of organizational management and module preparation.
