Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan liveworksheet. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VII A SMP 2 Jati Kudus pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata indikator 18,3%, siklus II dengan rata-rata indikator 37,3%, dan siklus III dengan rata-rata indikator 63%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan liveworksheet dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa.

Abstract

For adolescents, the need to interact is very important amidst the development of smartphone use for social, emotional, and psychological development has an influence on prioritizing and valuing direct social interaction. This study aims to determine the effect of phubbing behavior on social interaction in adolescents at SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta. The study was conducted using an associative quantitative research method with a data collection method using a questionnaire. The location of the study was at SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta and took place from May 2024 - June 2024. The respondents in this study were 150 adolescents who met the specified criteria. The data collection technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, where the sample was used if it met the following criteria: adolescents aged 12-16 years calculated from the age of the study period before May 2024 and Have a smartphone and actively use a smartphone. This study used the Social Interaction Skills (SIS) instrument by Lamash et al., (2023) and had a reliability coefficient of 0.890 for social interaction and the Generic Scale of Phubbing (GSP) Chotpitayasunondh & Douglas, (2018) reliability coefficient of 0.769 for phubbing behavior. The data analysis technique used was a significant regression test, which produced a Fhit value (b / a) = 16.782 and a Sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that phubbing behavior had an effect on social interaction in adolescents at SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta. Furthermore, the results of the determination coefficient were 0.102, so that the contribution of phubbing behavior to social interaction was 10.2%. Adolescents who have high phubbing behavior will have low social interaction. The results of this study are to raise awareness of the negative impacts of phubbing on social interactions, especially schools, providing counseling services to students who are identified as being dependent on digital devices or who show signs of difficulty in social interactions. Counselors can help students develop social skills.

Abstract

Development of E-Comic based comic media for learning rights and obligations at home and at school to shape the character of fifth grade elementary school students. Because in schools there are many students who do not understand their rights and obligations. As well as developing comics to introduce technology to students because it is not yet optimal in the use of technology in learning. The type of research implemented by researchers applies the type of ADDIE model developed by Rahmadhany, which has five systematic stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this study were class V- A students at SDN Kepanjen 2 Jombang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The instrument obtained data using field notes, media validation sheets, student response questionnaires, tests and documentation. The data collection technique for measuring the validity of the media uses a material and media validation questionnaire that is assessed by validator experts. As well as the response of teachers and students after using E-Comic learning media. As well as in measuring understanding of the material using tests. On the quality of E-comic learning media, it obtains an average value of 96.25% with very valid criteria. In terms of material validity, a score of 87.5% is obtained with very valid criteria. And there are student and teacher responses with an average of 88.78% with very valid criteria. So for the recapitulation value the quality value of E-Comic Learning Media is 89.03% with very valid criteria. In implementation the researcher obtained the results of the responses of students and class teachers. At the validation stage, the media obtained an average of 91.87% with very valid criteria. Researchers in implementation distributed test sheets and got an average score of 89.48% with very good criteria. Then comic media is feasible and suitable for implementation.

Abstract

Objective: Objective: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of population administration services through the Plavon Dukcapil website in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency as an innovation in digital-based public services. Method: The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling, involving village officials and community members as informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. Based on George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory, the study highlights that communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure are key dimensions influencing the effectiveness of this digital service. Results: The findings reveal that Plavon Dukcapil has improved service accessibility, reduced queues at the village office, and enhanced time and cost efficiency. However, the implementation is not yet optimal due to several challenges, such as low digital literacy among residents, limited capacity of village officials, technical system disruptions, and insufficient socialization efforts. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the implementation of Plavon Dukcapil at the village level, emphasizing both inhibiting factors and improvement strategies to ensure that digital public service innovation can achieve greater effectiveness and inclusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep IPA, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan kendala yang dihadapi. Latar belakang penelitian adalah kesulitan siswa dalam memahami konsep sains. Materi yang dikembangkan meliputi bentuk bumi, perubahan permukaan bumi, dan siklus air pada kelas V sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional untuk menilai keefektifan model pembelajaran P2OC2R. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen lembar observasi, tes penguasaan konsep, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran valid 100% dalam 4 kali pertemuan, dan penguasaan konsep dihitung dengan menggunakan 2 analisis, analisis pertama menghasilkan ketuntasan 0% pada pretest dan 3% ketuntasan pada posttest. Analisis kedua menghasilkan 4% siswa dalam kategori tinggi, 56% siswa dalam kategori sedang, 12% dalam kategori rendah, 20% dalam kategori tidak meningkat, 8% dalam kategori menurun. Kendala yang ditemui adalah kurangnya alat peraga, kurangnya alat dan bahan, serta keterbatasan waktu. Kesimpulannya model pembelajaran P2OC2R efektif dalam menyelesaikan penguasaan konsep IPA.

Abstract

Saat ini, kelompok atau komunitas berbasis sosial telah banyak memberi sumbangsihnya dalam membantu masyarakat, misalnya masa sulit COVID-19 maupun pasca COVID-19. Dari pernyataan di atas relevan dengan salah satu komunitas berbasis sosial di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yaitu Turun Tangan. Turun Tangan terdiri dari para relawan atau bahasanya dalam kepenulisan ini yaitu affective labor. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menelisik terkait konsep kerja yang dipegang teguh oleh relawan Turun Tangan Bojonegoro serta sarana atau teknik perawatan diri yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode kualitatif dengan kepenulisan etnografi. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari observasi partisipasi dan wawancara mendalam, serta dianalisis menggunakan teori affective labor dan teori care of the self. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa affective labor Turun Tangan Bojonegoro dapat merumuskan gerakan sosial berdasar dari tiga konsep kerja. Tindakan yang dilakukan relawan dengan melibatkan orang lain atau masyarakat, nantinya manfaat yang didapatkan harus selalu mengarah untuk kebermanfaatan dan kebaikan diri relawan untuk mencapai bentuk transformasi kehidupan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high value placed on discipline at SDI NU Pare, where every day, all members of the school community, including students, teachers, and staff, are taught, educated, and reminded about good and proper discipline in all aspects. Discipline is an attitude of adhering to orderliness through training, supervision, and habituation. Furthermore, innovation in student management, with the establishment of the Student Discipline Enforcement Team (TPDS), adds value to SDI NU Pare regarding student discipline, which must be shaped and instilled from the foundational level. The purpose of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of: 1) Student Management at SDI NU Pare, 2) Student Discipline Management at SDI NU Pare, and 3) The Student Discipline Enforcement Team as a Strategy in Student Management to manage student discipline. This research uses a qualitative case study approach to further explore student management and discipline management at SDI NU Pare. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Student Management at SDI NU Pare is planned according to government policies and the foundation's guidelines, 2) Student discipline is highly valued and managed well and systematically, with effective and efficient planning, 3) The Student Discipline Enforcement Team serves as a relevant and effective strategy for managing student discipline, and in practice, it helps student management in disciplining undisciplined students and creating a conducive environment during teachers' meetings.
