Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the article has been the most influential; underlying references that influenced; and the main subjects and issues related to halal tourism. Methodology: The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used in collecting and analyzing a set of articles that are considered to be related to the topic of the study. While for data analysis, bibliometry, Scopus analyzer and VOSviewer are used. The keywords 'Halal Tourism' and 'Islamic Tourism' using this study. A total of 64 selected articles were obtained during the search and filtering process. Findings: The findings of the study reviewed from the development of research trends show that research on the halal tourism or Islamic tourism between 2001 and 2020 tends to be volatile. There is 1 type of journal from a total of 35 journals, namely Journal of Islamic Marketing that produces the highest number of articles among other journals. Hamira Zamani-Farhani's research became more widely cited research in halal tourism research. Mohamed Buttor is a prdouctive writer who influences halal tourism research. The main topics and trends in the discussion of halal tourism are divided into tird topics. Firstly, 45% of them are related to tourism concept. Secondly, 16% discuss tourism industry. Third, 55% concern tourism management.

Abstract

Purpose − the purpose of this study is the determinants of factors influencing to the intention in Islamic Peer to Peer (P2P) financing platform. Methodology − Quantitateve approach with distributing questionnare accross Islamic P2P financing platforms consisting of ethis.co.id, ammana.id, alamisharia.id, danasyariah.id and qazwa.id employed. 121 usable sample is analsyed with using PLS-SEM and Smart PLS 3.2 opreated as analysis tools.Findings − The results show that normative influence affects positively and significantly the subjective norm. In terms of attitude control, only perceived uselfulness has insiginificant influence on attitude. Moreover, self-efficacy and facilitating condition has a positive and significant impact on perceived behaviour control. Attitude and perceived berhaviour control affect intention to participate. However, subjective norm has insignificant impact on intention to participate in P2P financing platform.Implications − The study suggests that islamic P2P should focus on relative advantage and perceived ease of use, perceived behavioral control in order to maintain their customers.Originality − Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior model (DTPB) used in the study as the first study in Islamic P2P lending in Indonesia

Abstract

Islamic sharia is the only guide for people’s life of the sake of maqasid sharia fulfillment. Indonesia is now seeking a way to boost the sector of sharia tourism. One of the measurements taken to do so is through the enhancement of sharia hotel sector. However, unstable financial and political constraints are known to hamper the sustainability of sharia hotel. Sharia Hotel Solo is claimed to be the biggest sharia hotel in Indonesia. However, we need to analyze its position in Solo since the city is known to have a heightened hotel sector competition without being entailed by an increased level of consumer. Thus, this research is primarily aimed at describing the competitive strategy applied by Sharia Hotel Solo in accordance with sharia business management. In addition, it also unravels the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the hotel through sharia business management. The research was conducted through the quantitative method. It was analyzed through Internal-External Factor Evaluation, SWOT. The results of IFE show that hotel’s internal condition was very good as value of IFE in 3.55. The external condition of the hotel also very good as a result of EFE analysis in value of 3.29. However, I-EFE analysis reveals that Sharia Hotel Solo was situated in Cell I, indicating that its competitive strategy was located in developing and building. The SWOT analysis reveals that it can utilize the opportunity with its strength and overcome the threat by enhancing its strength. Penginapan Ciawi. (2020). Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas Analisis penerapan Marketing Syariah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran produk di Swalayan Ismart. Tujuannya  untuk mengetahui proses marketing syariah yang berada di Swalayan Ismart. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Pengambilan data dengan triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Swalayan Ismart dalam pengelolaan dan manajemennya adalah menjadikan marketing syariah sebagai acuan dan pedoman yang dijalankannya. Hal itu diwujudkan dari seluruh kegiatan yang dijalankan didalamnya dan dari beberapa kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang digalang langsung oleh Swalayan Ismart seperti Jum’at berkah, kajian agama dan santunan anak yatim dan lainnya. Setelah dikaji kesesuaiannya dengan marketing syariah, hasilnya sesuai dengan konsep tersebut yang meliputi bauran marketing dan beberapa strategi marketing yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ada dalam marteting syariah yang meliputi 4 unsur utama yaitu, Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiyah, waqi’iyah, dan Insaniyah.Kata Kunci : Marketing Syariah, Marketing Mix,  Nilai Islam

Abstract

The discussion of Islamic Economics is always interesting to study. Its existence and development are subject to many researches, including the thoughts and ideas of Islamic economic thinkers. This paper attempts to describe the works and thought patterns of Masudul Alam Choudury in the field of Islamic economics. Qualitative approach through literature review from various sources is used in this study. The findings in this paper explain that the Islamic Economy according to the Masudul Alam Choudury is a new economic order which is a solution for conventional economic inability to realize prosperity. Masadul Alam Choudury also underlines the current Islamic Economy which only contributes to the diversity of market products.

Abstract

This study aim to measure and exam the transparency and reputation influence to the intention waqf in Gontor Institution. Professional, trustworthy, and honest management of waqf is the reason Gontor continues to grow rapidly. This paper raises reputation and transparency variables as independent variables, intention to have waqf as the dependent variable. The approach this study is a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) measurements. by distributing questionnaires to the community and has 197 respondents. The data were processed using path modeling with SmartPLS 3.32 tools. The results of this study indicate that reputation and transparency have a positive and significant effect on intention to do waqf in the Gontor Institution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the contributions of the Islamic banking sector to Indonesia's economy is channeling funds to MSMEs in the form of financing since a number of them could not access financial services. Interestingly, the MSMEs grew as the Islamic Banking sector rose. However, no single study analyzes such an impact on unemployment in both rural and urban areas. This paper aimed to reveal the effect of MSMEs financing in Islamic banks on unemployment in Indonesia. It further aimed to discover such an effect on unemployment in Indonesia's urban and rural areas separately. Dynamic panel GMM two-step analysis is used in this research to estimate cross-province data in Indonesia between 2010 and 2019. The results of the study reveal that MSMEs financing in Islamic Banks contributed significantly to the reduction of unemployment in Indonesia as a whole. It is also found that the unemployment in urban areas is reduced by MSMEs financing in Islamic Banks. On the other hand, there is no significant relationship between MSMEs financing in Islamic Banks and unemployment in rural areas. These findings can be the basis for Islamic banks to increase MSMEs financing and for the government to expand Islamic banks' role in every part of Indonesia to reduce unemployment, especially in rural areas. Keywords: MSMEs Financing, Islamic Bank, Unemployment, Urban, Rural.   ABSTRAK Salah satu kontribusi sektor perbankan syariah dalam perekonomian Indonesia adalah penyaluran dana kepada UMKM dalam bentuk pembiayaan, karena beberapa dari mereka tidak dapat mengakses layanan keuangan. Menariknya, UMKM tumbuh seiring dengan bangkitnya sektor Perbankan Syariah. Namun, tidak ada satu studi pun yang menganalisis dampak tersebut terhadap pengangguran di pedesaan dan perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh pembiayaan UMKM di bank syariah terhadap pengangguran di Indonesia. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih jauh pengaruh tersebut terhadap pengangguran di daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan secara terpisah di Indonesia. Analisis dua langkah GMM panel dinamis digunakan untuk mengestimasi data lintas provinsi di Indonesia antara tahun 2010 dan 2019. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa pembiayaan UMKM di Bank Syariah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pengurangan pengangguran di Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Ditemukan juga bahwa pengangguran di perkotaan berkurang dengan pembiayaan UMKM di Bank Syariah. Di sisi lain, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pembiayaan UMKM di bank syariah dengan pengangguran di pedesaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi bank-bank syariah dalam meningkatkan porsi pembiayaan UMKM dan dasar bagi pemerintah untuk memperluas peran perbankan syariah di seluruh bagian Indonesia untuk mengurangi pengangguran, khususnya di area pedesaan. Abstract

This study tested the effect of service quality on sharia bank customer loyalty in Ponorogo mediated by customer trust and satisfaction. During the covid-19 pandemic, many customers withdraw their money in sharia banks and conventional banks. The novelty of this research in the form of trust and satisfaction that is used as a mediator variable between the quality of service and customer loyalty, similar research has never been done. This research is quantitative with structural equation modelling method, with a total of 60 samples consisting of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 2 Madusari Ponorogo. The findings in this study shows that the service quality has a positive effect on trust and satisfaction, satisfaction is a mediator between the service quality and loyalty, while trust is not a mediator variable between the service quality and the loyalty of customers in sharia banking. Further research is expected to further examine the role of customer satisfaction in maintaining the loyalty of sharia bank customers.Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank syariah di Ponorogo yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan dan kepuasan nasabah. Pada masa pandemi covid-19 nasabah banyak yang menarik uangnya di bank syariah maupun bank konvensional. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini berupa kepercayaan dan kepuasan yang dijadikan sebagai variabel mediator antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas nasabah, penelitian serupa belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan metode structural equation modelling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 yang terdiri dari guru pada Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor kampus 2 Madusari Ponorogo. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif pada kepercayaan dan kepuasan, kepuasan merupakan media antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas, sedangkan kepercayaan bukan merupakan variabel mediasi antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas nasabah bank syariah. Penelitian selanjutnya diharpkan meneliti lebih jauh peranan kepuasan nasabah dalam menjaga loyalitas nasabah bank syariah.

Abstract

As an intermediary institution, Islamic banks are required to always maintain the health of the bank. One way to measure the soundness of a bank by Bank Indonesia regulations is CAMEL. The financial ratios used in the CAMEL method are Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity. This study aims to determine the soundness of Islamic banking in 2019, and the role of Regulators (Financial Services Authority and Sharia Supervisory Board) in improving bank health. The results of the study show: a) that of the 7 Sharia commercial banks in Indonesia, 3 are in the HEALTHY category, namely Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank BTPN Syariah. 1 Bank is included in the ENOUGH HEALTHY category, namely Bank BJB Syariah. 2 Banks are in the UNHEALTHY category, namely Bank Bukopin Syariah and Panin Dubai Syariah, and 1 bank is included in the UNHEALTHY category, namely Bank BRI Syariah. b) In supervising and improving bank soundness, OJK has the following authorities: 1) Liquidity, profitability, solvency, asset quality, minimum capital adequacy ratio, maximum lending limit, loan to deposit ratio, and bank reserves, 2) related bank statements with bank health and performance, 3) debtor information system, 4) credit testing; and 5) Bank accounting standards. c) The role of DPS in improving the health of non-financial banks includes: ex-ante auditing, post ante auditing, and calculation and payment of zakat.Sebagai lembaga intermediary, bank Syariah wajib untuk selalu menjaga tingkat kesehatan bank. Salah satu metode untuk mengukur tingkat kesehatan Bank sesuai dengan ketentuan Bank Indonesia adalah CAMEL. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan dalam metode CAMEL, yaitu : Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings, dan Liquidity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan perbankan Syariah pada tahun 2019, dan peran Regulator (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah) untuk meningkatkan kesehatan bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : a) bahwa dari 7 bank umum Syariah yang ada di Indonesia, 3 masuk dalam kategori SEHAT yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank BNI Syariah, dan Bank BTPN Syariah. 1 Bank masuk dalam kategori CUKUP SEHAT yaitu Bank BJB Syariah. 2 Bank masuk dalam kategori KURANG SEHAT yaitu Bank Bukopin Syariah dan Panin Dubai Syariah, dan 1 bank masuk dalam kategori TIDAK SEHAT yaitu Bank BRI Syariah. b) Dalam pengawasan dan peningkatan kesehatan bank, OJK memiliki wewenang yaitu : 1) Likuiditas, rentabilitas, solvabilitas, kualitas aset, rasio kecukupan modal minimum, batas maksimum pemberian kredit, rasio pinjaman terhadap simpanan, dan pencadangan bank, 2) Laporan bank yang terkait dengan kesehatan dan kinerja bank, 3) Sistem informasi debitur, 4) Pengujian kredit (credit testing); dan 5) Standar akuntansi bank. c) Peran DPS dalam peningkatan kesehatan bank non financial antara lain : ex ante auditing, post ante auditing, dan penghitungan dan pembayaran zakat.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to predict customer satisfaction, customer perceived value, and customer Islamic religiosity on Sharia bank customer loyalty. Research Methods: The research used a quantitative approach with 140 respondents who were Sharia bank customers, specifically students at Universitas Darussalam Gontor, Ponorogo. A Likert scale of 1-5 was employed for measurement, and partial least squares–structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Results: The results of this research demonstrate that customer satisfaction, perceived value, and Islamic religiosity have a significantly positive impact on Sharia bank customer loyalty. Conclusion: To build and maintain customer loyalty, Islamic banks must leverage customer satisfaction, value, and religiosity by offering a variety of Sharia-based products and services that truly differentiate them from conventional banks.
