Lembaga pendidikan merupakan wadah dalam pengembangan siswa secara komprehensif untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas, hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan menurut UU no 20 Tahun 2003. Pendidikan berkualitas dapat dilihat dari ketercapaian mutu pendidikan yang meliputi input, proses dan output pendidikan. Melihat realitas tersebut dibutuhkan pengelolaan yang tepat dan sistematis agar dapat dijadikan jalan sebagai peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara efektif. Pentingnya peran manajemen bagi lembaga pendidikan dapat diterapkan melalui konsep fungsi sederhana dan mendasar menurut George R Terry yang meliputi planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode literature review berdasarkan sumber jurnal elektronik database Google Scholar berupa lima belas jurnal nasional yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan fungsi planning yaitu dengan penentuan visi, misi, tujuan, penetapan prosedur, kebijakan, dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan baik manusia atau sumber pendukung lainnya.2) Penerapan fungsi organizing yaitu meliputi pembagian tugas (job description) dan struktur organisasi. 3) Penerapan fungsi actuating didukung dengan pemberian motivasi, reward bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang berprestasi, pengoptimal komunikasi. 4) Penerapan fungsi controlling dapat dilakukan melalui pengawasan, pengendalian dan evaluasi.

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to predict customer satisfaction, customer perceived value, and customer Islamic religiosity on Sharia bank customer loyalty. Research Methods: The research used a quantitative approach with 140 respondents who were Sharia bank customers, specifically students at Universitas Darussalam Gontor, Ponorogo. A Likert scale of 1-5 was employed for measurement, and partial least squares–structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Results: The results of this research demonstrate that customer satisfaction, perceived value, and Islamic religiosity have a significantly positive impact on Sharia bank customer loyalty. Conclusion: To build and maintain customer loyalty, Islamic banks must leverage customer satisfaction, value, and religiosity by offering a variety of Sharia-based products and services that truly differentiate them from conventional banks.

In the current era of rapid technological development, the need for information technology is very high. This also applies to archive management, which has an important role as a source of information and functions as assessment material in decision making and preparing institutional development programs. This service program aims to develop an archive management system at the Brahu Village Hall Office, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. Currently, management of letter archives is still done manually, so the process of searching, storing and managing letters and archival documents still requires a lot of time and energy. The results of this service program in developing and implementing a letter archiving information system at the Brahu Village Hall Office are increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of letter processing, as well as speeding up the process of searching for information and making decisions. Studi ini mengkaji hukum positif dan hukum Islam tentang hak pasien terhadap akses dan kerahasiaan rekam medis. Kesehatan adalah komponen penting dari kehidupan manusia yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, baik dari segi pelayanan kesehatan maupun perlindungan hak-hak pasien. Hak terhadap akses dan kerahasiaan rekam medis adalah salah satu hak penting yang dimiliki oleh pasien. Rekaman medis mencakup semua riwayat medis pasien, termasuk diagnosis, pengobatan, dan kondisi kesehatannya. Karena subjek penelitian ini sangat unik, jenis metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komparatif dan berfokus pada bahan hukum utama, yaitu teori, konsep, asas, dan peraturan hukum yang relevan. Dikenal sebagai pendekatan kepustakaan, yang mencakup pengumpulan data pustaka, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan studi buku Menurut hukum Islam, kerahasiaan yang kuat diperlukan untuk hak pasien untuk mengakses rekam medis mereka. Meskipun pasien memiliki hak untuk mengetahui apa yang tertulis dalam rekam medis mereka, dokter dan tenaga medis harus memastikan bahwa informasi tersebut tidak akan digunakan secara tidak etis atau melanggar privasi pasien. Di antara nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang universal adalah hak pasien untuk mengakses rekam medis mereka dan perlindungan kerahasiaan mereka. Baik hukum Islam maupun hukum positif sama-sama menekankan pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan antara hak pasien untuk mengetahui informasi medisnya dengan kewajiban tenaga medis untuk menjaga kerahasiaan informasi tersebut. Prinsip ini bertujuan untuk melindungi hak-hak pasien, menjaga kehormatan mereka, dan membangun kepercayaan antara pasien dan tenaga kesehatan

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini membahas pentingnya manajemen pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran produk pasca-pandemi Covid-19. Produk kerajinan tas anyam memiliki potensi besar untuk bersaing di pasar domestik dan internasional, namun masih banyak permasalahan terkait distribusi, pemasaran, dan kualitas produk. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran digital dan pengembangan produk diperlukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggali potensi dan permasalahan UMKM serta memberikan solusi berbasis teknologi digital dan inovasi desain produk. Pendampingan yang diberikan bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan cara-cara baru dalam pemasaran dan produksi agar UMKM tas anyam dapat bertahan dan berkembang di tengah persaingan global. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pemasaran produk UMKM khususnya tas anyam setelah dipasarkan secara digital sehingga mampu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas.

Improving the quality of human resources in an organization is divided into two aspects, the first is the physical aspect, and the second is the non-physical aspect. The Prodi Student Association (HMP) organization is a study program student organization at Darussalam Gontor University. This student organization, which is in the realm of study programs under the faculty and senate, is a forum for students to improve reasoning, interests and talents, and student welfare in student life in higher education. This student organization is organized from, by, and for students under the guidance of study programs at Darussalam Gontor University. With this student organization, they are expected to have soft skills. HMP itself was formed to prepare students to have organizational skills, develop their interests and talents, become good leaders. And have adequate managerial skills. Organizational training is held as an effort to equip organization members with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out their duties and responsibilities.

This study discusses a good governance system from the perspective of Ibn Taimiyah and its impact on community development. The type of method in this study, the author uses the library research method. This method was chosen because it facilitates the identification of research discussions. The approaches used include conceptual and legislative approaches to the subject. The data used are secondary data, obtained indirectly through library studies. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach by collecting reference sources in the form of reading books in print or online media that are related to the problem being studied. The results of the discussion show that there are several aspects of good governance or Good Governance initiated by Ibn Taimiyah, namely supporting the welfare of society in order to build good and correct governance. Therefore, Ibn Taimiyah stated that the government is an institution that builds important sectors such as politics, social, education, and economy because all of these can have a big influence on people's lives. According to him, social justice is related to human rights, so that violation of justice will cause crime and loss. Therefore, whatever form, name, or sign is used by the government and the state, as long as it helps realize social justice, must be obeyed and fully supported. Ibn Taimiyah also stated that the government as a very important institutional institution and he also stated that there are two things in determining a country and the leadership sector of the country with what it is.
