Abstract

Theoretical research on intention to leave (ITL) is an attempt to understand the elements that influence individuals' willingness to leave the organization where they work. In this context, theories such as Theory of organizational behavior, Theory of planned behavior, Theory of work life balance (WLB), Theory of Sustainable Business Practice (TSPB), Self Determination Theory (SDT), Human Resource Management (HRM), social exchange theory (SET) are often used as frameworks to explain this phenomenon. In this study, an in-depth analysis was conducted of the various factors that can influence intention to leave (ITL), data collection methods and theories underlying ITL were clearly discussed using the PRISMA method by collecting data through google scholar, researchgate and publish or perish, 220 articles were excluded and included. Data synthesis of 49 articles. The results of this study can provide valuable insights for human resource managers and practitioners in developing strategies to minimize ITL in the workplace. In addition, this theoretical study can also serve as a foundation for future empirical research to examine the relationship between these factors in a more specific context.

Abstract

Analyzing the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Sales Growth on Profitability in Food and Beverages companies operating in the food and beverages sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period is the aim of this research. Working Capital Turnover and Sales Growth are independent variables in this reserch while Profitability is used as the dependent variable. To process the data collected from quantitative research using the panel data regression analisis method, the author used the Eviews 9 application. Secondary data originating from financial reports published in full by the campany and which have been audited were taken by the author using a purposive sampling method via the official BEI website and the official website of the campany the author chose to be the sample. Data collected by the author resulted in a sample of 21 companies over a 3 year period, so that the sample data obtaines was 63 sample data. The test results by the author show that the Working Capital Turnover variable partially has on effect on Profitability, while Sales Growth partially has an effect on Profitability.

Abstract

Purpose – This study analyses job satisfaction, mediating the influence of work-life balance, workplace culture, and compensation on employee performance. Method – This study used a causally associative methodology and a quantitative approach. Employees working in state-owned banking sectors in Aceh were the population in this study. The research sample was 156 employees who were chosen using purposive sampling. The data source uses primary data as a survey by providing questionnaires for employees to fill out. Data analysis techniques use partial least squares-structural equality modeling (PLS-SEM) with statistical tools in SmartPLS software. Findings – Based on the study's findings, work-life balance positively affects employee performance. In contrast, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction did not affect employees' performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between compensation and work-life balance on employee performance. However, job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between work environment and employee performance. Implications – Theoretically, the results of this study strengthen the understanding that job satisfaction is an important psychological variable that links work environment factors with performance outcomes. These results provide strategic direction for state-owned bank management to focus on creating a work environment that supports work-life balance, a healthy work culture, and an appropriate compensation system to increase satisfaction and ultimately drive optimal employee performance.

Abstract

A business's workforce, including its human resources and staff, represents the most valuable resource for reaching common objectives. The swift advancement of a business relies on its personnel.Therefore, if a company desires positive change andprogress in achieving its goals, the employees it employs must also possess strong skills. Therefore, the research aims to explain the influence of training and experience on the career development of Perumda BPR Kuningan employees.A survey using a descriptive and verification methodology was the research method employed. 113 Perumda BPR Kuningan employees made up the study's population. Using a straightforward saturation sampling technique and nonprobability sampling, the sample was chosen. A Likert scale was employed as the measurement tool in this investigation. Coefficient of determination analysis and multiple linear regression were employed in the data analysis. The classical assumption test was first performed, followed by a hypothesis test.According to the study's findings, career development is positively and significantly impacted by the training variable, at least in part. Career growth is positively and significantly impacted by the work experience variable, in part.

Abstract

Persaingan bidang usaha yang terjadi di era globalisasi adalah salah satu alasan utama terciptanya ragam produk dan ragam fasilitas serta pelayanan yang digunakan para pengusaha bisnis kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ekspektasi Konsumen dan Experiental Marketing terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Rumah Makan Sawah Aki Majalengka baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan survey dengan pendekatan deskriftif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Rumah Makan Sawah Aki Majalengka dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan jenis Incidental Sampling. Metode Analisis dengan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regrresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji parsial dan uji simultan) dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 for windows.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa secara parsial Ekspektasi Konsumen dan Experienta Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa Ekspektasi Konsumen dan Experiental Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM is to provide understanding and knowledge about productive UPK management, based on the phenomenon that occurred at UPK Cicurug Village in Majalengka Regency, West Java, namely regarding strategies for handling problem loans through credit analysis training and strengthening organizational governance through organizational training, as well as encouraging the creation of good governance manage UPKs that are competitive in accordance with the nature of their presence, namely to improve the economic welfare of the village community. The PKM method used is by providing training related to financial management and credit analysis. It is hoped that this PKM activity will provide UPK members with an understanding in the field of financial management that can increase and a change in mindset for the community and UPK managers to be more professional and able to run the UPK organization well through community economic empowerment programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana kepuasan konsumen dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi keputusan yang melibatkan layanan j&t di majalah kota. Ini termasuk jenis penelitian untuk survei menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan dapat diverifikasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna jasa pengiriman j&t dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonsampling sampling dengan incidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuison skala likert. Analisis data pada penelitian ini MENGGUNAKAN asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi, uji kelayakan pemodelan, dan uji hipotesis parsial atau simultan. Studi telah menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen termasuk dalam kategori rendah, kualitas layanan tinggi, dan keputusan penggunaan layanan termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan. Kepuasan konsumen dan kualitas layanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan.

Abstract

Pasar modal merupakan tempat bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan usahanya dengan menghimpun dana dari luar, sekaligus tempat bagi para investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Namun harga saham sektor makanan dan minuman mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suku Bunga, Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham. penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan 3 tahun. Sehingga data yang dianalisis berjumlah 45. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga dan return on equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. terhadap harga saham, earning per share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to find out the role of the business field in economic growth in West Java as a result of the post-covid-19 impact. Design/Method/Approach : This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a review of various literature. Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that the economic growth in West Java that has contracted the most is the Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security sector, which is minus 6.35% and the fastest improving is the Transportation and Warehousing sector with an economic growth rate in the second quarter of 17.85 %. Efforts to accelerate the improvement of economic recovery in West Java must start from domestic demand which must be maintained by accelerating the economy by strengthening regional fiscal expansion, encouraging investment realization and continuing infrastructure development, as well as the continuity of main business activity activities. Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the impact of work ethics and non-financial compensation on employee productivity at Perusahaan Umum Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (PERUMDA BPR) Majalengka, addressing the scarcity of empirical evidence regarding behavioral and non-monetary determinants influencing productivity in public-sector banking. Methodology/approach: A quantitative approach was used, with a survey conducted using questionnaires. The sample consisted of 50 employees, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the impact of work ethics and non-financial compensation on productivity. Results/findings: Both work ethics (? = 0.319; t = 2.258; p = 0.029) and non-financial compensation (? = 0.575; t = 2.515; p = 0.015) had positive and significant effects on employee productivity. The model accounted for 31% of the variance (R² = 0.310), and the overall regression was statistically significant (F = 10.534; p < 0.001). These findings demonstrate that both predictors significantly improved productivity. However, the substantial unexplained variance indicates the existence of additional organizational factors that were not addressed in this study. Conclusions: Improving non-monetary rewards and strengthening employees' work ethics can boost productivity, although these elements represent only part of a broader performance system.. Limitations: This study is limited to a single institution and self-reported data; future research should include additional variables and mixed-method approaches. Contributions: This study highlights the role of work ethics and non-financial compensation in boosting employee productivity in the banking sector, offering insights for organizations to improve performance through effective policies and rewards.
