Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan faktor yang berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu negara. Dalam mengejar perekonomian, Indonesia harus bersaing dengan negara-negara di ASEAN dalam pertumbuhan produktivitas. Faktor utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dapat dilihat dari sumber daya manusianya yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perkembangan produktivitas dalam industri di Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode sistem dinamik dengan pendekatan Causal Loop Diagram (CLD). Metode ini untuk menggambarkan permasalahan yang terjadi. Identifikasi masalah di dalam penelitian ini merupakan gabungan dari hasil studi literatur, hasil kuesioner dan hasil wawancara yang diolah untuk menghasilkan cara berpikir sistem dan digambarkan secara sistematis di dalam CLD. Maka, tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas secara langsung terhadap tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan penggabungan analisis literatur dan hasil di lapangan. Dari hasil studi literatur serta wawancara di lapangan, upah menjadi faktor utama dalam peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja.

Abstract

In employees’ daily activities, productivity is needed; productivity greatly influences the results desired by the company. This study aims to determine the factors affecting productivity to increase West Java's economic growth. Employees in the company will understand their goals, where, and how they match the company's goals. Thus these employees will be able to increase their productivity to achieve goals that are known together. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method by conducting descriptive, theoretical studies to collect, summarize and interpret data obtained from previous studies, journals and literature reviews. The results are then processed again to describe conditions or facts in the field to produce a clear, directed and comprehensive picture of the problems. The results shown are factors above 8: 1. Wages 2. Social security and Health 3. Skills and Work Experience 4. Motivation 5. Cooperation between employees 6. Career Path 7. Value and Rewards From the results of the FGD, 23 factors determine productivity. Of the 23 factors, 77 scored heavenly wages, social security and health, skills and work experience, motivation, employee cooperation, career paths, values and awards. By the theory put forward, factors supporting productivity

Abstract

The study examines the importance of human resource management (HRM) in attracting, retaining, and managing employee performance. It highlights the role of HRM in organizing compensation, benefits, and creating a positive work environment to improve job satisfaction and productivity. The research focuses on Generation Z’s preferences for job satisfaction, including flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful work. It discusses how managers must adapt to retain young employees and invest in their development and well-being. Utilizing bibliometric analysis and PRISMA guidelines, the study analyzes scientific publications to understand the factors influencing job satisfaction among Generation Z. The study concludes that job satisfaction is crucial for employee retention and creating a positive workplace culture. It suggests that businesses must adapt to the changing needs of Generation Z by focusing on employee satisfaction to improve performance and reduce turnover

Abstract

The construction of the Cisokan Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) in West Bandung Regency has significantly impacted the surrounding community. Even though it increases electricity availability and provides economic benefits, this project also raises problems, especially for women's communities, including issues of violence, sexual harassment, and gender inequality, by referring to the values of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) #1 (Eradicating Poverty) and #5 (Gender Equality). This service aimed to empower women through increasing knowledge and skills in the community, especially vulnerable groups such as women, to strengthen their social resilience against the negative impacts of social issues and gender inequality in hydropower development. Activities involved training, mentoring, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with the participation of 54 Fatayat NU cadres in Rongga Village and Cipongkor Village. The results included increased women's organizing, increased financial management and digital marketing skills of local MSMEs, and confirmation of residents' situation through FGDs. The potential for sustainability of this program was immense through the involvement of Fatayat NU and PLN in continuing existing activities and organizing. Keyword: Inequality, Gender, SDGs, MSMEs, empowerment Abstrak Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) Cisokan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Meskipun meningkatkan ketersediaan listrik dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi, proyek ini juga menyulut permasalahan, terutama terhadap komunitas perempuan, termasuk isu kekerasan, pelecehan seksual, dan ketidaksetaraan gender dengan merujuk pada nilai-nilai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) #1 (Menghapus Kemiskinan) dan #5 (Kesetaraan Gender). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan perempuan melalui penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat, terutama kaum rentan seperti perempuan, guna memperkuat ketahanan sosial mereka terhadap dampak negatif isu sosial dan ketidaksetaraan gender dalam pembangunan PLTA. Metode pengabdian meliputi observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan partisipasi 54 kader Fatayat NU di Desa Rongga dan Desa Cipongkor. Hasil pengabdian mencakup pengorganisasian perempuan yang lebih terstruktur, peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan finansial dan pemasaran digital UMKM masyarakat sekitar, serta konfirmasi situasi yang dihadapi oleh warga melalui FGD. Potensi keberlanjutan program ini sangat besar melalui keterlibatan Fatayat NU dan PLN dalam melanjutkan kegiatan serta pengorganisasian yang sudah terjalin. Abstract

Talent Development (TD) menjadi konsentrasi tersendiri oleh organisasi saat ini, selain karena peperangan pencarian bakat semakin hebat, juga dikarenakan ada karaketristik individu yang berubah akibat dari perubahan demografi yaitu usia, yang mengakibatkan karaketristik individi akan semakin menarik untuk dilakukan pengelolaan lebih lanjut. Talent Development adalah pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka mempersiapkan keberlanjutan organisasi atau perusahaan, karena pada prinsipnya individua tau sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor penting dari keberlanjutan organisasi atau perusahaan, Penelitian mengenai talent development terus dilakukan dalam rangka terus mencari metode yang paling baik dilakukan, secara praktikal maypun secara keilmuan. Systematic Literature Review ini salah satu alternatif untuk melihat sejauh mana riset-riset yang sudah dilakukan mempengaruhi arah talent development, melalui lima langkah sistematik, ditemukan 69 jurnal yang bisa dikategorikan mempengaruhi penelitian dengan konsentrasi talent management, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 17 riset dari tahun 2015-2023 melakukan riset dengan pendekatan teori Resources Based View.

Abstract

Increasing the economy in Gunung Kidul can be encouraged by utilizing the potential resources in the area. However, with the limitations of the community managing these resources, the economy in Gunung Kidul is still not optimal. It makes the district with the second highest poverty rate in the Province of DIY. The economic problems faced by the people of Gunung Kidul can be overcome by using a social approach. This can be developed and used as an opportunity for the local community to improve their welfare. Therefore, this study aims to develop sustainable social entrepreneurship (sustainable smart social entrepreneurship) that can be instilled in the Gunung Kidul area and have a positive economic impact on the local community. This research method uses three stages, namely problem formulation, data collection, and data analysis. Data collection was taken from literature studies, distributing questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) in the Gunung Kidul area. Furthermore, the data that has been collected will be mapped using CATWOE, so that we can see the causal relationships that occur. It is hoped that it can show the influence of the variables that have an impact on social entrepreneurship that is sustainable and can be invested in the Gunung Kidul area as optimally as possible.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have consistently demonstrated their resilience and ability to navigate economic downturns, as evidenced by their pivotal role during the COVID-19 pandemic and the 1998 economic crisis. However, the SMERU Research Institute's 2023 report highlights several obstacles hindering MSMEs' capacity development. These include a reluctance to step out of their comfort zones and challenges in accessing appropriate capital sources. Moreover, limited business management knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, such as tax compliance and product certification, pose significant barriers to MSME growth and competitiveness. To address these challenges, the Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise (SCORE) program, in collaboration with SCORE FLS and FIFGROUP, has implemented comprehensive training and mentoring initiatives. These programs aim to enhance the capacity building of MSMEs by focusing on both technical skills and strategic development. For MSMEs receiving revolving funds, financial literacy training is integrated to complement the overall capacity-building efforts. By equipping MSMEs with the necessary skills and resources, these initiatives seek to empower them to compete effectively in the global market and adapt to evolving economic conditions. This strategic approach is expected to contribute significantly to the overall resilience and growth of the MSME sector, fostering a more inclusive and dynamic economy. Keywords: Capacity building, competitive, life skills, sustainability. Abstrak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) telah membuktikan diri sebagai pilar utama perekonomian Indonesia. Ketahanan UMKM terlihat jelas saat menghadapi krisis moneter 1998 dan pandemi COVID-19. Namun, di balik ketangguhannya, UMKM juga menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang menghambat pertumbuhan dan pengembangannya. Salah satu kendala utama adalah minimnya motivasi pelaku UMKM untuk berinovasi dan meningkatkan kapasitas usahanya. Kecenderungan untuk mempertahankan kondisi yang sudah ada dan terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber pendanaan menjadi hambatan signifikan. Selain itu, kurangnya pengetahuan manajemen bisnis, ketidakpahaman terhadap regulasi, serta kesulitan memenuhi standar kualitas produk untuk memasuki pasar ekspor juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, program Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise (SCORE) hadir sebagai solusi yang komprehensif. Dilaksanakan oleh SCORE FLS dan FIFGROUP, program ini menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dalam berbagai aspek. Fokus utama program SCORE adalah pada pengembangan strategi bisnis yang efektif, penguatan tata kelola perusahaan, serta peningkatan keterampilan teknis para pelaku UMKM. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik, SCORE berupaya memberikan bekal yang lengkap bagi UMKM, mulai dari pengetahuan bisnis hingga keterampilan manajerial. Pelatihan yang diberikan tidak hanya mencakup aspek teknis, tetapi juga pengembangan soft skills seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis yang dinamis. Program SCORE diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi pertumbuhan dan pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Dengan meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM, diharapkan sektor ini dapat berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap perekonomian nasional, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, dan mengurangi ketimpangan. Abstract

Theoretical research on intention to leave (ITL) is an attempt to understand the elements that influence individuals' willingness to leave the organization where they work. In this context, theories such as Theory of organizational behavior, Theory of planned behavior, Theory of work life balance (WLB), Theory of Sustainable Business Practice (TSPB), Self Determination Theory (SDT), Human Resource Management (HRM), social exchange theory (SET) are often used as frameworks to explain this phenomenon. In this study, an in-depth analysis was conducted of the various factors that can influence intention to leave (ITL), data collection methods and theories underlying ITL were clearly discussed using the PRISMA method by collecting data through google scholar, researchgate and publish or perish, 220 articles were excluded and included. Data synthesis of 49 articles. The results of this study can provide valuable insights for human resource managers and practitioners in developing strategies to minimize ITL in the workplace. In addition, this theoretical study can also serve as a foundation for future empirical research to examine the relationship between these factors in a more specific context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan literasi menabung di kalangan remaja SMA Pahlawan Toha Bandung. Studi ini penting dilakukan mengingat rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan dan kebiasaan menabung di kalangan remaja Indonesia. Metode pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan Community Based research dengan mengumpulkan data dan menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi di pelajar SMA . Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMA memiliki kebiasaan menabung rendah sehingga diberikan materi mengenai kebiasaan menabung sejak remaja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian kecil siswa SMA Pahlawan Toha Bandung memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya menabung, masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan menabung mereka. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan edukasi finansial di sekolah, program mentoring keuangan, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga keuangan untuk memfasilitasi akses ke produk tabungan yang sesuai untuk remaja.
