LoRa is a viable connectivity technology for smart electricity meter. In addition to measuring electricity usage, a smart electricity meter enables many features for smart grid, safety, etc. LoRa is advertised to be capable in very long range transmission and low power consumption. However, LoRa uses sub 1 GHz unlicensed spectrum. In the era of connected smart things, this spectrum is very crowded and will be even more crowded. In this paper we propose the use of mobile LoRa gateway for smart electricity meter. With mobile LoRa gateway, the transmission range can be decreased. Thus, LoRa end devices can save more power and nearby systems can reuse the same band with less interference. We study the performance via simulation using modified LoRaSim. The result shows that the performance of LoRa mobile gateway can be achieved.

Work from Home (WFH) is an activity carrying out official duties, completing outputs, coordination, meetings, and other tasks from the residence of employees. Implement WFH many users use the zoom application has vulnerabilities. The network architecture used refers to the simple experiment network. In Secure WFH there are 3 offices connected through a router. Each client in each office is connected to the router via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) on a peer-to-peer (P2P). That architecture has 18 nodes that will be simulated. Secure WFH simulation with blockchain combines secure WFH with a bitcoin code simulator from Arthur Gervais's. Implementation of blockchain on secure WFH can increase security but the resulting speed decreases. The decrease in speed when implementing secure WFH is due to the generate block process and the verification process.

Host Identity Protocol (HIP) is a new kind of Internet protocol which has been developed to resolve the existing problems of Internet protocol TCP/IP. As a new protocol HIP provides many advantages compared to TCP/IP such as in the aspect of security and mobility. Unfortunately, the deployability rate of HIP was still low. One of the reason is because particular solution for currently Internet problems already popular and deployed worldwide. In this work we compare the performance of HIP and TCP/IP using several scenarios. Simulations result show that TCP response time in normal condition (zero attack condition) 98,627 ms, while HIP has the response time of 99,711 ms. We also compare the performance of the HIP, TCP/IP, and SSL against the low to medium Denial of Services attack (DoS). In the condition of low to medium DoS attack, the order from best performance are TCP/IP, HIP, and then the worst one is SSL. In the condition of high DoS attack three of them TCP/IP, SSL, and HIP cannot work. Only HIP that implement HIP Firewall with authorization scenarios that are still available for service.

This paper presents a platform development plan for a public vaccination decentralized data base based on Blockchain technology. Vaccination is a medical practice that allows a human body to produce a specific antibody as a means of developing a preventive measure and reducing the risk of contracting a particular disease. Systematic vaccination data recording is an utmost important system that is required particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The recording mechanism should utilize the state-of-the-art information and communication technology (ICT). For faster vaccination data recording, it is common to use digital technology, making the health care process faster thus decreasing time needed for the vaccination process. Data related to medical records, i.e. vaccination data records, are essential for the continuity of care of the patients. For health professionals, medical records provide an insight on the clinical judgment being exercised at the time. The presence of a complete, up-to-date and accurate medical record including all vaccination received by a patient can make all the difference to the outcome of a treatment. Although today the digital medical records have been implemented in different traditional database, these database is still very much disintegrated and prone to the happening of natural disaster. Access to medical records will become increasingly important as medical treatments become more complicated and the increase of aging population, while disasters will likely continue to occur with regular frequency. In order to tackle the problem, we propose a blockchain-based application with decentralized storage to provide easy tracing of vaccinated people while maintaining the availability and the resilience of the data stored. Blockchain technology is applied to ensure that the data remain available and secure even during natural disaster occurrence. The decentralized application proposed in this paper is built using Hyperledger Fabric, Django, and cURL. The application is deployed in the cloud using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Ad Hoc on-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) Routing Protocol Performance Evaluation on Hybrid Ad Hoc Network: Comparison of Result of Ns-2 Simulation and Implementation on Testbed using PDA. In Mobile Ad hoc NETwork (MANET), node supplemented with wireless equipment has the capacity to manage and organise autonomously, without the presence of network infrastructures. Hybrid ad hoc network, enable several nodes to move freely (mobile) to create instant communication. Independent from infrastructure. They could access the Local Area Network (LAN) or the Internet. Functionalities of ad hoc network very much dependent on the routing protocol that determines the routing around node. Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) is one of routing protocols in ad hoc network which has a reactive characteristic. This protocol is the most common protocol being researched and used. In this Research, AODV protocol investigation was conducted by developing a testbed using Personal Computer, several Laptops (the Linux Red Hat operation system 9.0 and Fedora Core 2), and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). This research also made a complete package by mean of cross compilation for PDA iPAQ. In general, results obtained from the simulation of AODV protocol using Network Simulator NS-2 are packet delivery ratio 99.89%, end-to-end delay of 0.14 seconds and routing overhead of 1,756.61 byte per second. Afterwards results from simulation were compared to results from testbed. Results obtained from testbed are as follows: the packet delivery ratio is 99.57%, the end-to-end delay is 1.004 seconds and the routing overhead is 1,360.36 byte per second.

UI GreenMetric was established before the initiative of the Sustainable Development Goals and other ranking to encourage universities in achieving sustainable development through their early awareness of environmental management on campus. In 2019, Times Higher Education launched a new ranking, namely the THE Impact Rankings, that assessed Sustainability progress implementation on campus. In this paper, we evaluate the impact of the consistency of university that have been participated in UI GreenMetric World University Rankings (UIGWUR) since 2010 to 2021. We evaluate 36 universities on the correlation between good performance in UIGWUR to the THE Impact ranking performed by 2019-2021. The results reveal that UI GreenMetric as an assessment tool, helped those universities in terms of shaping university readiness to achieve sustainable development. Those universities compete through annual reporting and the provided evidence of their progress on UI GreenMetric. Moreover, some universities have a high commitment to become sustainable campus through participating in sustainability-related rankings to monitor their progress regardless of the ranking results.
