Human resource management is oriented to optimizing a working system in an organization. Kindergarten teacher development management is needed to meet the qualifications so that all teachers are able to have competence in the field of early childhood education so as to improve the quality of educational institutions, Early childhood is a golden age or golden age, so in learning kindergarten teachers do not only act as a conveyer of information to students However, teachers are required to have the ability and understand the uniqueness of each student in order to help them in various difficulties in developing creativity and learning. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding become the data analysis techniques in this study. The research findings show that teacher development at TK IT Nur Al Izhar is done by coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivating, and empowering through; 1) professional training, 2) collective activities of teachers such as Clusters, IGTKI, KKG, and PGRI, 3) participation in scientific forums in the form of technical guidance, workshops, seminars, 4) mentoring the learning process.

Early childhood activities in the new normal era change all habits in fulfilling children's rights which are usually done on normal days. Caring for children in the new normal era not only provides a sense of comfort and avoids children from deviant behavior, but parents are required to pay attention to children's health and safety activities so that they avoid exposure to viruses. The purpose of this study is to describe how Islam manages parents in raising children in the new normal era. The research method uses a literature study. The results showed that Islam regulates that in parenting children must involve the scope of faith, morals, worship, and muamalah. Parenting patterns are adjusted to the child's developmental stages. Caring for children in the new normal era is also carried out by providing programmed and continuous guidance as well as mentoring children at home so that children continue to get learning and children have strong characters, namely having praiseworthy behavior and having morals.

Situasi pandemic saat ini mengakibatkan penyebaran virus covid-19 secara cepat dan luas sehingga dituntut untuk setiap masyarakat mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam kesehariannya. Seseorang yang meninggal pada situasi pandemic saat ini bisa saja akibat terkonfirmasi covid-19, namum bisa juga dikarenakan penyakit atau sebab lain. Keadaan ini menimbulkan kekawatiran masyarakat yang disatu sisi ingin menunaikan kewajiban sesama muslim dalam merawat jenazah akan tetapi di sisi lain timbul perasaan takut dan was-was akan ikut terpapar apabila merawat jenazah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pada kelompok pemuda Karang Taruna dalam penyelenggaraan keterampilan jenazah di situasi pandemic covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan melalui ceramah dan praktik. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, tahapan pendampingan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kebermanfaatan dan penambahan pemahaman pada peserta. Kegiatan pelatihan penyelenggaraan jenazah mampu menjadikan kelompok Karang Taruna sebagai tenaga sukarelawan yang siap sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan untuk melakukan perawatan jenazah terutama pada situasi pandemic covid-19

The development of information technology in education began to show significant changesâ€”the website's presence as a medium for disseminating relevant and efficient information today. The school website is a site that provides details of school implementation over time to build a progress narrative and convey success in school performance. This community service activity aims to assist schools in sharing information and giving a good impression and school professionalism to the broader community. The partner in this activity is Muhammadiyah 1 Padas Elementary School. The implementation method identifies partner problems in technology adaptation, finding solutions to partner problems, problem-solving, mentoring and evaluation. The website contains various things about schools, namely school profiles, the history of the school's establishment, profiles of educators and education staff, school activities, announcements, and contact persons. Having a school website has supported the realization of a Global Indonesia in terms of education.

In general, there are still those who talk about sex with children because it is still taboo. This response developed in the wider community. Sex education should be introduced to early childhood and adolescents so that children can know and see about sex, its benefits, and dangers. Real steps in providing sex education to early childhood and adolescents by parents are contained in community service activities which are carried out for parents who are members of the Al Hidayah group of majlis taklim, Sidomulyo Village. The participants were attended by mothers as much as 91% and fathers as much as 9% with children aged 0-24 years. The method of implementation is done by presenting it through lectures and discussions. The post-test results showed an increase in the participants' understanding. Judging from the usefulness of the material the yield is 90% very useful. In terms of the quality of the speakers, it is 100% of the assessment of the speakers in terms of knowledge and delivery. Overall, the participants had high enthusiasm as evidenced by following the activities from the beginning to the end of the event.

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for "Kambiku.kids" clothes with icons typical of Madiun culture and art. Variable X is product quality and price, while the dependent variable is the decision to purchase "Klambiku.kids" clothes. The population of this study was 36 respondents. This research uses the classic assumption test which consists of the normality test, multicolliarity test, heroscadicity test and Multiple Regression Test, t test and f test. The results of product quality research have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of this research, it is known that the price and quality of the product have a significant contribution in attracting consumers' interest in buying clothes with the "Klambiku.Kids" brand. Clothes with icons and typical Madiun culture. Therefore, sellers need to maintain the image that has been formed so far and develop new, different innovations.

Model kompetensi pada kepala sekolah penting karena memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas tentang kualitas dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memimpin sebuah sekolah secara efektif. Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi melalui Peraturan Direktur Jenderal (Perdirjen) telah mengeluarkan dan menetapkan kompetensi yang tepat sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di lembaga pendidikan berbasis Islam. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 15 Kabupaten Madiun. Teknik pengumpuland ata adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki model kompetensi kepribadian dengan ditunjukkan kepala sekolah memiliki kematangan emosi dan religius. Kompetensi sosial melalui adanya kolaborasi dan memiliki komuitas belajar antar dan dalam sekolah, serta kompetensi profesional dengan mengupayakan sekolah yang aman, nyaman dan inklusif. Kompetensi kepala sekolah menjadi hal yang harus dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang berdampak pada peserta didik.

A temper tantrum is an emotional disorder in children through excessive emotional outbursts such as shouting and crying and is characterized by aggressive body movements caused by parenting. Parenting patterns significantly impact the next child's growth and development. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence parenting styles have on temper tantrum behavior in children aged 3-7 years. The research was conducted in Garon Village, Kawedanan District, Magetan Regency. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 40 parents who have children aged 3-7 years. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique. They are collecting data in the study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that authoritarian parenting significantly influences physical, aggressive tantrum behavior in children with a t-count = 1.906, greater than the t table = 1.689. Second, democratic parenting substantially influences children's physical, aggressive tantrum behavior with a t-value = 1.743, which is greater than the t-table value = 1.689. Third, permissive parenting substantially affects children's physical, aggressive tantrum behavior with at count = 3.067, which is greater than the t table = 1.689. Parenting applied by parents has a significant influence on children's behavior, so it is hoped that parents will pay more attention to the parenting used according to the child's development to avoid temper tantrums.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the learning planning of the project supported the profile of Pancasila students in penggerak schools. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location was conducted at the Batch 2 driving schools in Madiun Regency at the early childhood education level, with as many as 11 academic units. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the learning plan for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the academic unit at the early childhood education level is; first, time management in organizing learning; second, forming a team of project facilitators; third, compiling project teaching modules; fourth, designing a strategy for reporting project results. The project aims to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students into learning that benefits students so that they become lifelong learners.
