Abstract

This study aims to understand the complexity of higher education policy transformation in Indonesia by comparing two major policy approaches: Kampus Merdeka and Diktisaintek Berdampak. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and the method of literature review, this research analyzes various secondary sources such as official policy documents, scholarly journals, academic books, and research reports. The findings indicate that Kampus Merdeka focuses on learning flexibility, institutional autonomy, and strengthening student engagement with the professional world and society, although its implementation still faces infrastructure challenges and disparities between institutions. Meanwhile, Diktisaintek Berdampak emphasizes research downstreaming, innovation commercialization, and the active role of higher education in the development of a knowledge-based economy. This shift reflects a paradigmatic change from academic autonomy toward a strategic and applicative impact orientation. In conclusion, both policies need to be synergized within an inclusive, adaptive, and collaborative higher education ecosystem to produce high-quality and competitive graduates while contributing meaningfully to national development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of learning motivation as a predictor of academic success through a literature review approach in the field of educational psychology. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained from various national and international scientific literature sources. The findings indicate that learning motivation, particularly intrinsic motivation, has a significant relationship with students’ academic achievement. Students with high learning motivation tend to be more active, diligent, and capable of applying effective learning strategies, which positively impacts their academic performance. These findings are supported by various motivation theories, such as Self-Determination Theory and Expectancy-Value Theory, and are in line with national education policies that emphasize the importance of holistic student development. In conclusion, learning motivation plays a crucial role in determining academic success, and strengthening this aspect should be a focus in the planning and implementation of the learning process at all levels of education.

Abstract

This community service research focuses on teacher mentoring in the integration of technology-based interactive media in the learning process at SDN Wangiwisata. This study aims to explore the impact of teacher mentoring on the increased use of technology in the classroom, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 25 teachers who participated in the mentoring program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, focusing on the teachers' experiences and perceptions regarding the use of interactive media in learning. The results of the study indicate that the mentoring program significantly increased teachers' confidence and competence in using interactive technology in their teaching. Teachers reported an improvement in student engagement and understanding of the material, as the use of interactive media made learning more engaging and easier to comprehend. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and teachers' initial lack of technological skills were barriers that need to be addressed. Nevertheless, the mentoring program proved effective in providing practical skills to teachers and encouraging collaboration among peers. This study concludes that continuous mentoring and adequate infrastructure support are crucial for the success of technology integration in education. The research highlights the importance of teacher development programs in adapting to the ever-evolving needs of modern education.

Abstract

Education management is a good benchmark in the field of education, whether the quality of education really depends on management, many problems arise in the field of education because the goals and policies taken by education managers are inappropriate. To be able to solve these various problems, it is necessary to carry out research in this direction so that education is of good quality and has great meaning for the lives of Indonesian people. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the systematic education management and conceptual framework in improving the quality of education. This research is qualitative research in the nature of a library study which uses books, scientific articles and other literature as the main object. The result of this literature review is that quality management occurs because in a product, of course you want quality in the product so that customers are more attracted to buying it. In maintaining the quality of the product, of course there are steps to maintain the quality. This step or method is through management in the educational environment which is called quality management, because in quality management there is planning, supervision and orders to improve the quality. Based on this basis, to improve the quality of education it is necessary to have quality management in it

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the application of the 7E Learning Cycle model and improving elementary school students' critical thinking skills through literature study. Using the literature study method, this research examines publications from relevant national and international journals, focusing on the keywords "7E Learning Cycle Model" and "Primary School Students' Critical Thinking Skills." The research results show that the Learning Cycle 7E model is an effective learning approach in improving students' critical thinking skills. Through each stage, students are given the opportunity to explore, analyze and evaluate information in depth. Interactive activities and the use of relevant learning media support the development of skills needed to face future challenges. This research emphasizes the importance of implementing the 7E Learning Cycle model in the educational curriculum, creating a collaborative and constructivist learning environment, so that students are better prepared to become critical thinkers who contribute positively to society

Abstract

The paper aims to compare the effectiveness of two learning models, namely Discovery Learning (DL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL), in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study were all class IV students at SDN 002 SK (Samarinda City), totaling three classes. The calculation results show that the average pretest score in experimental class I is 45.12, which is higher compared to 35.60 in experimental class II. After treatment, the average posttest score in experimental class I increased to 85.80, while in experimental class II it reached 82.11. The average N-Gain for both classes was 0.74, indicating a significant increase in learning outcomes in both classes, although experimental class I showed slightly better results. More in-depth analysis based on high and low learning outcome categories shows consistent differences in the effectiveness of learning models. Hypothesis testing using the T Test, which is applied because the data distribution is normal and the variance is homogeneous, shows a calculated t-value of 8.60 which far exceeds the t_table of 2.070. This causes rejection of H_0 and acceptance of H_1, indicating that the Discovery Learning (DL) model in experimental class I provides better learning results than the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in experimental class II.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative effects of digital learning media and conventional learning media on student learning outcomes and engagement. The method used in this research is an experimental design with two groups, each using digital and conventional learning media. The study was conducted in several schools in Semarang City, with a sample of 11th-grade students divided into two experimental groups. Data was collected through knowledge tests (pre-test and post-test), student engagement questionnaires, and direct observation. The results show that the group using digital media experienced a more significant improvement in learning outcomes (an average increase of 20.1 points) compared to the conventional group (14.7 points). Additionally, the digital group also showed a higher level of engagement, both based on the questionnaire (score 4.2 vs. 3.6) and observation results (4.5 vs. 3.2). In conclusion, the use of digital learning media is more effective in improving learning outcomes and student engagement compared to conventional learning media, suggesting that technology should be more integrated into the learning process.
