Abstract

The research objective was to determine the application of economic tokens in increasing children's independence in kindergarten in Kwadungan District. This research was conducted in Kindergartens located in Kwadungan District, including DW Karangsono 1 Kindergarten, DW Karangsono 2 Kindergarten, DW Karangsono 3 Kindergarten, Dharma Wanita Mojomanis Kindergarten, Dharma Wanita Banget Kindergarten, Dharma Wanita Budug Kindergarten with a total sample of 60 students, with 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. The research method used in this research is to use observational data collection and documentation to observe the behaviour of research subjects directly. The results of this study are that the initial factor for child independence comes from the parents or the house first. Then, after the child is in school, the teacher as an educator is also tasked with increasing the child's independence. Based on the data processing results through SPSS with the Paired Sample T-Test, the significance value was 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. That is, there are differences in economic tokens to increase independence in children aged 5-6 years in the experimental class including Karangsono 1 PKK Kindergarten, Karangsono 2 PKK Kindergarten, Karangsono 3 PKK Kindergarten, and the control class includes Dharma Wanita Mojomanis Kindergarten, Dharma Wanita Banget Kindergarten, Kindergarten Dharma Wanita Budug. This situation proves that children treated with economic tokens experience increased independence.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the complexity of higher education policy transformation in Indonesia by comparing two major policy approaches: Kampus Merdeka and Diktisaintek Berdampak. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and the method of literature review, this research analyzes various secondary sources such as official policy documents, scholarly journals, academic books, and research reports. The findings indicate that Kampus Merdeka focuses on learning flexibility, institutional autonomy, and strengthening student engagement with the professional world and society, although its implementation still faces infrastructure challenges and disparities between institutions. Meanwhile, Diktisaintek Berdampak emphasizes research downstreaming, innovation commercialization, and the active role of higher education in the development of a knowledge-based economy. This shift reflects a paradigmatic change from academic autonomy toward a strategic and applicative impact orientation. In conclusion, both policies need to be synergized within an inclusive, adaptive, and collaborative higher education ecosystem to produce high-quality and competitive graduates while contributing meaningfully to national development.

Abstract

This study explores the readiness of kindergarten principals in Madiun Regency, Indonesia, to implement the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) in early childhood education institutions. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document analysis from 304 kindergartens. The findings show that principals demonstrated readiness by participating in curriculum training, encouraging independent learning through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, organizing comparative studies with School Mover Program (PSP) institutions, initiating learning communities, improving learning infrastructure, and engaging parents and stakeholders. These efforts reflect a proactive commitment to fostering student-centered and developmentally appropriate practices in line with the Independent Curriculum. The study highlights the pivotal role of school principals in leading systemic educational reform at the early childhood level and emphasizes the importance of leadership, collaboration, and contextual adaptation. It recommends strengthening differentiated instruction, family-school partnerships, and project-based learning to ensure sustainable curriculum integration.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an essential stage in building the foundation of child development. Principals must be innovators who can develop new ideas to improve the quality of education. Implementing Data-Based Planning (PBD) is one strategy to improve the quality of PAUD education services. An objective picture of the quality of PAUD services needs to be analyzed based on factual data through system tools and education reports. This study explores the principal's leadership in optimizing data-based planning through education reports to realize quality schools in PAUD institutions. The method uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The location of the research was in Bantengan Village Kindergarten 01, Madiun Regency, with the research subjects being the principal. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the Education Report. The study showed that the principal optimized data-based planning through education reports using the Self-Evaluation Sheet and the Learning Environment Survey (Sulingjar). The Self-Evaluation Sheet was carried out by identifying and reflecting on priority indicators to formulate root problems and inspiration for improvement. The Learning Environment Survey was used to identify learning conditions, facilities and infrastructure, and partnerships with parents. These findings underscore the importance of accurate data in supporting ongoing reflection, planning, and evaluation processes in PAUD institutions.

Abstract

Paham ekstrimisme dan radikalisme merambah pada dunia pendidikan, Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Umum (PTU) lebih rentan terhadap gerakan radikal dikarenakan cara pandang yang cenderung melihat masalah agama secara hitam putih. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang ajarkan kepada mahasiswa sebagai mata kuliah dasar, menjadi peluang membentuk sikap moderasi beragama mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya mata kuliah PAI dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dan membangun sikap moderasi bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya PAI dalam membangun sikap moderasi beragama mahasiswa melalui pemahaman metodologi ajaran Islam, substansi kurikulum PAI diarahkan pada karakter moderat, keteladan dan sikap dosen PAI, adanya ruang diskusi, program BBQ, pendampingan dan pembinaan unit kegiatan mahasiswa, dan adanya evaluasi. Membangun sikap moderasi beragama menjadi sebuah usaha untuk mahasiswa menghormati keberagaman beragama dan membangun kesadaran kolektif mahasiswa PTU.

Abstract

Human resource management is oriented to optimizing a working system in an organization. Kindergarten teacher development management is needed to meet the qualifications so that all teachers are able to have competence in the field of early childhood education so as to improve the quality of educational institutions, Early childhood is a golden age or golden age, so in learning kindergarten teachers do not only act as a conveyer of information to students However, teachers are required to have the ability and understand the uniqueness of each student in order to help them in various difficulties in developing creativity and learning. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding become the data analysis techniques in this study. The research findings show that teacher development at TK IT Nur Al Izhar is done by coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivating, and empowering through; 1) professional training, 2) collective activities of teachers such as Clusters, IGTKI, KKG, and PGRI, 3) participation in scientific forums in the form of technical guidance, workshops, seminars, 4) mentoring the learning process.

Abstract

Early childhood activities in the new normal era change all habits in fulfilling children's rights which are usually done on normal days. Caring for children in the new normal era not only provides a sense of comfort and avoids children from deviant behavior, but parents are required to pay attention to children's health and safety activities so that they avoid exposure to viruses. The purpose of this study is to describe how Islam manages parents in raising children in the new normal era. The research method uses a literature study. The results showed that Islam regulates that in parenting children must involve the scope of faith, morals, worship, and muamalah. Parenting patterns are adjusted to the child's developmental stages. Caring for children in the new normal era is also carried out by providing programmed and continuous guidance as well as mentoring children at home so that children continue to get learning and children have strong characters, namely having praiseworthy behavior and having morals.

Abstract

Gerakan radikalisme semakin tampak ketika muncul berbagai peristiwa teror diberbagai belahan dunia tak terkecuali tanah air. Munculnya sikap ekstrimisme sedikit menganggu keberagaman di Indonesia. Pelibatan anak dalam keluarga akhir-akhir ini menjadi rangkaian aksi terorisme, dengan kata lain aksi teroris memanfaatkan anak usia dini. Keluarga memiliki peran sentral dalam upaya menangkal radikalisme pada anak usia dini. Penanaman nilai-nilai moderat pada anak usia dini memerlukan kerjasama antara suami istri dalam tarbiyat awlad. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai Islam moderat yang perlu ditanamkan pada anak usia dini sebagai upaya mengkal radikalisme. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitaif deskirptif dengan melakukan pengamatan pada situasi dan kondisi Nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap komitmen kebangsaan, kebhinekaan, toleransi, kemanusiaan, dan kearifan lokal adalah nilai-nilai yang perlu diajarkan dan ditanamkan pada anak usia dini dalam keluarga sebagai upaya menangkal radikalisme. Sikap moderat dalam beragama sejak dini diharapkan memberikan oasis baru yang segar dalam berkehidupan beragama saat ini dan di masa depan.

Abstract

Literasi menjadi kecakapan hidup yang menjadikan manusia berfungsi maksimal dalam masyarakat. Ruang lingkup pembelajaran pada kampus mengajar mencakup pembelajaran disemua mata pelajaran yang berfokus literasi dan numerasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya mahasiswa kampus mengajar angkatan dua untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa di satuan pendidikan tempat mahasiswa ditugaskan. Metode Penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian adalah mahasiswa, guru, kepala sekolah, dosen pembimbing lapangan, siswa dan wali murid. Penelitian dilakukan pada sekolah yang menjadi sasaran kampus mengajar sebanyak sepuluh sekolah di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa melalui upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran dalam membaca, pembimbingans secara intens, membudayakan membaca di kelas, pengoptimalan ruang perpustakaan, serta membimbing siswa melalui permainan literasi. Kesimpulan penelitin adalah Literasi bermanfaat bagi siswa untuk bekal kecakapan hidup siswa dan menjadi manusia yang berfungsi maksimal dalam masyarakat
