Abstract

Karakter disiplin sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:1)mendeskripsikanperan guru dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP Banyumas, 2)mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP Banyumas, 3)menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan penghambatdalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP Banyumas, 4) mendeskripsikan evaluasi peran guru dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP Banyumas, 5) mendeskripsikan analisisi kritis peran guru dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP Banyumas.Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses pengolahan data melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan sebuah kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dantriangulasi teknik Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:1)peran guru dalam upaya pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP adalah guru sebagai pendidik, pengajar, pembimbing, teladan, motivator, dan evaluator. 2) Peran orang tua peserta didik dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin anak yaitu dengan sara memberi penjelasan, memberikan nasehat, mendidik dengan keteleladanan, mendidik dengan pwnuh kasih sayang, mendidik dengan pengawasan dan mendidik dengan mengajarkan tentang agama. 3) Faktor pendukung dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin yaitu adanya lingkungan yang baik, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, dukungan dari guru, orangtua, dan masyarakat, serta sikap anak yang patuh pada guru, dan orang tua. Faktor yang menjadi penghambatnya adalah adanya pengaruh lingkungan teman bergaul dan senangnya anak dalam bermain, pengaruh media yaitu teknologi gadged, tayangan televisi, dan kesibukan orangtua dan tidak mempunyai HP. 4) Evaluasi peran guru dan orangtua dalam upaya meningkatkan karakter disiplin adalah melalui observasi, penilaian diri sendiri, dan penilaian anatar teman yang hasil penilaian dilaporkan kepada orang tua melalui pelaporan hasil belajar. 5)Hasil analisis peranan guru dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD UMP yaitu seluruh guru sudah menggunakan peranan dengan baik, namun ada beberapa guru yang masih kurang maksimal. Upaya guru meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu : pembiasaan, keteladanan, ceramah, dan simulasi. Peranan orang tua sangat penting untuk meningkatkan karakter disiplin, sebab orang tua memiliki tugas untuk menumbuhkan karakter disiplin diri anak sejak awal.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan kemampuan dasar yang esensial dalam proses pendidikan dan perkembangan individu. Di era informasi saat ini, keterampilan literasi, khususnya keterampilan menulis, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas peserta didik. Menulis bukan hanya sekadar kegiatan menyusun kata menjadi kalimat, melainkan sebuah proses yang melibatkan pemikiran, pemahaman, analisis, dan ekspresi ide yang terstruktur. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan keterampilan menulis menjadi fokus utama dalam pendidikan. Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) adalah salah satu inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi di kalangan peserta didik. Program ini dirancang untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung peningkatan kemampuan literasi melalui berbagai kegiatan membaca dan menulis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Pamijen, kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan subjek penelitian 22 peserta didik kelas IV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis bagaimana keterampilan menulis melalui Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa serta observasi dan kuesioner. Kegiatan literasi sekolah terbukti mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis peserta didik.

Abstract

Various local wisdoms are used as the center of life, obeyed, revered and given a special place by every individual. Until now, these individuals still adhere to local wisdom passed down from generation to generation as the community's cultural heritage, namely the tradition of protecting the upper reaches of the Logawa River for the people of Baseh Village. A form of local wisdom in improving community welfare by relying on the values of ancestral teachings. The aim of this research is to examine local wisdom in the maintenance and utilization of the upstream area of the Logawa River in Baseh Kedungbanteng village, Banyumas Regency, to reveal cultural character biases related to human actions related to the natural surroundings where the community resides. This research uses a case study method which focuses on one particular object to be used as a case. Baseh Village, Kedungbanteng District. Data was obtained through studying the interconnectedness of evidence from several data sources at once, namely documents, recordings, observations, open, focused and structured interviews, as well as documentation studies. The results of the research show that the true meaning is revealed, namely increasing the welfare of society both economically and for the common good. their daily needs. Research on local wisdom traditions in upstream river maintenance can be an important basis for development policies and sustainable practices in managing river ecosystems throughout the world.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to look at the use of modules to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics for elementary schools. Modules are a source of learning in learning activities. Modules can be either manual or e-modules. The type of data used is secondary data. The method used in this research is the literature study method. The data obtained were compiled, analyzed, and concluded in  to get conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results of literature studies from several research results and books and journal articles, it shows that: (1) the use of modules can increase student motivation. (2) the use of modules can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of In House Training (IHT) in increasing teacher pedagogical competence. Pedagogic competence is one of the teacher competencies which have an important vital role in achieving student learning outcomes quality. If the teacher's pedagogical competence is low, it may affect the learning outcomes of students. One of the efforts is through activities to increase teacher pedagogical competence. One of the activities to increase teacher competence is through training. The most effective and efficient competencies improvement training model is In House Training (IHT). This training can accommodate teacher training needs with easy access. The type of data used is secondary data. The method used in this research is the literature study method. The data obtained were collected, analyzed, and concluded to get conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results, literature studies from several research results and journal articles show that In House Training activities can improve teacher pedagogical competence.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out, explore, study, and describe the implementation of disciplinary character education in elementary schools and expected to help find the right policies to support the successful implementation of character education. The type of data used is secondary data. This research uses the literature study method. The data obtained were collected, analyzed, and concluded obtain conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results, literature studies from several research results and journal articles indicate that implementation school policies by establishing good cooperation between all school residents and school committees can increase the success of the implementation of character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Traffic and road transport have a strategic role to support national development and integration as part of efforts to promote public welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. As part of a transportation system that has to be developed its potential and role to create security, safety, discipline and smooth traffic and road transportation in order to support economic development and the development of science and technology, in Law number 22 of 2009 concerning traffic and road transportation, it is explicitly stated that there is a sharpening of the formulation of principles and objectives, which is in addition to creating traffic and road transportation that is safe, secure, discipline, smooth and integrated with other transportation models, the Law aims at supporting the national economy, realizing public welfare and national unity, and upholding the dignity of the nation. Therefore, aspects of security and safety are a concern in realizing ethics and cultures in a cross-disciplined manner, through efforts of guidance and education from an early age in elementary schools in a sustainable manner so that it is expected to reduce the number of traffic accidents which tend to be dominated by school age. One reason is due to the many violations and less knowledge of legal awareness in traffic. Ethics and cultural of traffic is implemented in the teaching and learning process that is integrated through 2013 curriculum since early age with techniques and methods of learning that are conducive and correct with teaching materials for elementary school so they understand traffic procedures that can benefit themselves and others, and in the end can realize security, safety, order and smooth traffic

Abstract

Study This aiming For describe utilization of technology media information in learning child age early in Pertiwi Ajibarang Kindergarten Wetan. The method used is study qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects study consists of from three teachers and four tens participant educate. Research results show that the teacher has utilizing technology media information like projectors, educational videos, and applications digital learning in activity learning. Use of this media capable increase interest and participation active child during activity ongoing. However Thus, the challenges faced covering limitations device technology and still low digital literacy of teachers. Therefore that, is needed support training and facilities supporters for utilization technology can more optimal and precise target in the learning process at the PAUD level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership management practices in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri Tiritih Lor 03. The principal's managerial skills will determine teacher performance. Using a qualitative approach, this research focuses on an in-depth understanding of the management strategies implemented by the principal and their impact on teacher performance. We collected data through observation, interviews with the principal and teachers, and documents related to the school program. The data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach to see the tendency of the principal's leadership management strategies and their application in improving teacher performance. The results of this study show that principals conduct several policy strategies through planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study lies in the fact that many students still lack independent attitude skills. This problem was clearly seen during the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SDN 1 Kemawi . Based on the results of pre-research interviews, SDN 1 Kemawi implemented three Pancasila student profile strengthening project themes, each of which targeted the independence dimension as one of the main focuses. Independence is one of the most important characteristics that an individual can have. For students, independence plays an important role in their academic journey, because those who learn independently are able to achieve their educational goals without relying on help from peers. At SDN 1 Kemawi , one of the main efforts to foster independent character is through the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. This study was conducted to support the project's goal of improving students' independent attitudes. This study uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach, which was conducted at SDN 1 Kemawi Somagede . The subjects of the study included the Principal, Grade IV teachers , and Grade IV students .Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings showed that the project was successful in improving the independence of Grade IV students. Challenges that emerged during the implementation were handled effectively by the teachers.
