Abstract

This research started from the problem of low PAI learning activity among class IV students at SDN 3 Sidawangi, Cirebon Regency. The aim of this research is to describe the process of implementing the Cooperative Learning Time Token learning model in PAI learning and to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in learning after implementing the model. The type of research used is classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle applies the Kurt Lewin model of action research design in the form of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out by observation and written tests. The research results show that the Cooperative Learning Time Token model can improve PAI learning outcomes for class IV students at SDN 3 Sidawangi, Cirebon Regency. This is proven by the value of learning outcomes which experienced an increase in completeness from 33.33% in the pre-cycle stage, to 74.07% in Cycle 1, and 81.48% in cycle 2. This shows that the Cooperative Learning Time Token model is a model appropriate for improving student learning outcomes in PAI learning for class IV students at SDN 3 Sidawangi, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time, resulting in growth disorders in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (short) than the normal standard of growth. From the results of the validation of data validation of families at risk of stunting in neighbourhood 5-16, Srengsem Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung, it is known that not many people know about stunting and how to prevent it. So that some of them think that their children/toddlers are shorter than their age due to genetic or hereditary factors so that they do not require further treatment. Purpose: Respondents can know, understand about stunting and its prevention by applying the Healthy Kitchen program Methods: The implementation of the method used in community service is carried out in 2 stages, namely, firstly, Public Health students explain stunting and its prevention by applying the Healthy Kitchen program using power points and secondly after being given counseling about stunting and its prevention by applying the Healthy Kitchen program, respondents were given questions and answers about stunting and its prevention by applying the Healthy Kitchen program and demonstrating the prepared Healthy Kitchen menu. Results: Respondents understand about stunting and its prevention by applying the Healthy Kitchen program. Conclusion: Respondents can understand stunting and its prevention by applying the Healthy Kitchen program and are expected to be able to apply it in their respective homes and in their daily food menu.   Pendahuluan: Stunting adalah masalah kurang gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak yakni tinggi badan anak lebih rendah atau pendek (kerdil) dari standar normal pertumbuhannya. Dari hasil verifikasi validasi data KK yang beresiko stunting yang ada di Rt 5-16 Kelurahan Srengsem, Kecamatan Panjang, Bandar Lampung diketahui bahwa belum banyak yang mengetahui stunting dan bagaimana pencegahan nya. Sehingga beberapa dari mereka beranggapan bahwa anak/ balitanya lebih pendek dari usianya adalah karena faktor genetik atau keturunan sehingga tidak memerlukan penanganan lebih lanjut. Tujuan: Responden dapat mengetahui, memahami tentang stunting dan pencegahan nya dengan mengaplikasikan program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat). Metode: Pelaksanaan metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu pertama mahasiswa Kesehatan Masyarakat menjelaskan tentang stunting dan pencegahan nya dengan mengaplikasikan program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat) menggunakan power point dan kedua setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang stunting dan pencegahan nya dengan mengaplikasikan program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat), responden diberikan tanya jawab tentang stunting dan pencegahan nya dengan mengaplikasikan program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat) dan mendemonstrasikan menu DASHAT yang telah disiapkan. Hasil: Responden memahami tentang stunting dan pencegahan nya dengan mengaplikasikan program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat). Simpulan: Responden dapat memahami tentang stunting dan pencegahan nya dengan mengaplikasikan program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat) dan diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikannya di rumah masing-masing dan pada menu makanan sehari-hari.
