Abstract

PT. Adimitra Baratama Nusantara is a coal company in Sangasanga that provides scholarship funds to students in Sangasanga. The large number of scholarship registrants makes it difficult for companies to handle data processing, so software is needed to facilitate the processing of the data. This research was conducted with the aim of constructing a decision model to determine the scholarship recipients using the SAW method so that the selection process for prospective scholarship recipients can be completed precisely, quickly, and more procedurally. Determination of scholarship recipients is determined from several criteria, among others; parents' income, number of family members, home electrical power, average report card grade, class, and extracurricular numbers followed. Then to design an application requires several stages, namely by making Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams and applying them to a software / program that will be built using Visual Basic 6 programming language along with Microsoft Access database. Decision model for scholarship recipients at PT. Adimitra Baratama Nusantara with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method resulted in 10 applicants being selected as scholarship recipients and 20 applicants declared to have failed the selection process

Abstract

The aim of the research is to explain the strategy related to the headmaster of the madrasa in instilling religious humanist values ​​in Madrasah Aliyah Ibnul Qoyyim Yogyakarta students. The cultivation of religious humanist values ​​is carried out to form students who have good morals and noble character. When morals and morals are instilled in students, it becomes an important first step towards a smarter future for Indonesia. This research uses field research with a descriptive approach. The results of the research strategy in an effort to instill religious humanist values ​​at the Ibnul Qoyyim Yogyakarta Madrasah have been maximized, starting with giving an example by having joint prayers, attendance/fingerprints, and dress codes, then the habituation is carried out, namely starting from apples every week, activities garbage banks, congregational midday prayers, dhuha prayers, recitations of the Koran, Infaq, then the correction of supervision and the existence of punishments are able to create school areas that are able to create religious humanism values, because every policy made certainly does not escape from the principles of the Qur'an an and Hadith.

Abstract

The background of this research emerged as a response to the rapid development of the current situation in the era of society 5.0, which had a significant impact on the education and character of students. As stakeholders in education, it is important for us to respond to this because the purpose of education is to shape the morals of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of uswatun hasanah in Islamic education in the era of society 5.0 based on the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. The data collection technique uses dpkumentasi with content analysis. The results of the research show that Islamic education is an attempt to develop human potential in order to achieve a level of perfection. Clearly, Islamic education aims to enable humans to fulfill their role as creatures of Allah SWT who are faithful, knowledgeable, and have good morals. In the context of Islamic education, the exemplary method (uswah hasanah) has an important and significant role in creating a moral, spiritual and social ethos in students. The concept of exemplary or modeling has been taught in the Al-Qur'an, such as QS. Al-Ahzab verse 21 and Al-Baqarah verse 44, as well as several hadiths as evidence that educators should apply this method by providing positive examples that students can emulate. The example shown by educators has a significant influence on children's education. In the context of Islamic Education, educators play the role of warasatu al-anbiya, whose mission is to be a mercy to all nature. This mission involves inviting humans to submit and obey God's laws. The mission was then expanded to cover personality development that is monotheistic, creative, charitable, and has a noble character.

Abstract

Background. This research aims to offer a friendly mosque movement. The friendly mosque movement aims to make the mosque the main base in empowering the people's economy by referring to QS. at-Taubah (9): 18. Purpose. To examine this in this study, researchers used the type of library research (literature study), using primary and secondary sources, and using data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Method. Of these four programs, it can be realized in the form of a friendly mosque movement that can be used as a foundation for the economic empowerment of the people. Results. The results of this study are the friendly mosque movement through three management instruments, namely: 'idarah (management); 'imarah (pemmukran); ri'ayah (maintenance and procurement of facilities), can realize four programs which include: 1) Eco-Masjid Program; 2) Independent Mosque Program; 3) Productive Mosque Program; 4) Child Friendly Mosque Program. Conclusion. If the idea of a friendly mosque with these four programs is applied to 290,161 mosques in Indonesia, then the economic problems of the people will be solved and the mosque will be the main instrument in solving these social problems.

Abstract

Transformation of Society 5.0 motivate education to move toward progressive direction. Islamic Education is expected to direct students to think critically, creatively, and adaptively in facing challenges of this era. This research’s purpose is to analyze the level of relevance of Tyler curriculum model with Islamic Religious Education and its need in the era of Society 5.0. this research used literature study method by analyzing related literature sources. The result of the research shows that Tyler model, which is based on philosophical and psychological principles, gives relevant work outlines for curriculum development in the society 5.0 era. This model emphasizes on the importance of education that is responsive to the public’s needs and directs students to own social sense, critical thinking skill, and high level of literacy. It is in line with Society 5.0 requirements oriented to technological integration, IT literacy, and society-based education. This research concludes that Tyler’s model can be an effective approach in developing Islamic Religious Education toward Society 5.0, by emphasizing on religious values strengthening, intellectual capacity, and technological skills in the process of education.

Abstract

Peran ayah dalam dinamika keluarga adalah kunci penting dalam membentuk fondasi yang kuat untuk pertumbuhan anak dan stabilitas rumah tangga. Namun, perubahan sosial telah memengaruhi peran ayah, menyebabkan banyak anak di Indonesia mengalami kondisi fatherless. Statistik menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 5,4 juta anak di Indonesia kehilangan figur ayah, dengan tingkat perceraian tertinggi di Asia Pasifik selama tiga tahun terakhir. Kurangnya keterlibatan ayah dalam perkembangan psikologis anak menjadi akar masalah utama, seringkali akibat budaya patriarki yang menekankan laki-laki sebagai pencari nafkah utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis eksistensi ayah dalam keluarga sebagai tindakan preventif terhadap kondisi fatherless. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pustaka dengan analisis konten terhadap sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan. Proses pengolahan data meliputi pengumpulan, deskripsi, analisis, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran ayah tidak hanya memberikan dukungan finansial tetapi juga bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh. Keterlibatan ayah dalam aktivitas sehari-hari anak sangat penting. Fatherless dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif yang signifikan pada psikologis anak, termasuk minder, rendah diri, dan perkembangan emosi yang terganggu. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini menawarkan langkah-langkah preventif yang dikenal sebagai P3K2: Parenting Quranic, penguatan parenting terhadap orang tua, penguatan peran ayah, komunikasi antara orang tua dan anak, serta keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan rumah. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan lingkungan keluarga yang stabil dan mendukung dapat tercipta, sehingga risiko terjadinya fatherless dapat diatasi dan kesejahteraan keluarga secara holistik dapat dirasakan oleh semua anggota keluarga, khususnya anak-anak. Kesimpulan ini didukung oleh landasan normatif dalam Q.S at-Tahrim ayat 6 yang menekankan pentingnya peran ayah dalam menjaga keluarga dari dampak negatif.
