Abstract

This research aims to explore childfree considerations from various perspectives involving ecology, macroeconomics and Islamic law. Therefore, a question arises, how is the consideration of childfree from the integration of various disciplines? The framework of the approach used is multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, so that these disciplines are integrated and connected in the idea of childfree benefits. This research uses library research with a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach. The results showed that ecological considerations regarding childfree revolve around the number of populations that affect the contribution of carbon emission gases. As for the country's economy, it considers the number of populations that affect macroeconomic stability. Islamic law in this context is contextual because childfree considerations are not normative. Such a multidisciplinary approach can be integrated into interdisciplinary. Contextual benefit-based Islamic law uses hifdz an-nafs to see the benefits of childfree in ecology. In addition, hifdz al-mal is used to look at macroeconomic considerations in this context. The ecology and economy of the country integrate with each other to form a balanced and more maslahah consideration between the two. This research contributes to considering the benefits of childfree comprehensively.

The results of this study show that until now there have been many public, private, and government organizations in various countries around the world that have created multiple guidelines to regulate, guide, and protect all elements involved and affected by the progress of AI. Among them are charter agreements and various guidelines related to ethical principles, basic rights, fundamental values, and other instruments that have been studied and compiled in detail and very systematically. But the conditions that have occurred until now are far from perfect. AI still presents many problems, concerns, and forms of unavoidable abuses, especially in inclusive education.

Abstract

This research examines post-divorce maintenance partiality in Indonesia, South Yemen, and Turkey. After that, the partiality will be correlated with legal reform from several aspects, including its historicity and political turmoil. The type of research used is normative research with a comparative approach. Primary data is obtained from legal materials regarding post-divorce maintenance in the three countries that are the object of study. The results showed that post-divorce maintenance in Turkey and South Yemen did not provide much material benefit to the ex-wife, in contrast to the condition of post-divorce maintenance in Indonesia. This is influenced by the description of the pattern of husband and wife relations in Turkish and South Yemeni law which was influenced by the secularism and feminism movements, while Indonesia did not experience these movements. This research implies that there are historical factors of legal reform and the influence of political turmoil on material partiality towards women.
