Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah kurangnya pemahaman pencatatan laporan keuangan. UMKM menganggap pencatatan laporan keuangan itu sulit, rumit, dan belum memiliki kebutuhan terhadap penerapan akuntansi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menyusun dan membuat pencatatan laporan keuangan pelaku UMKM di Desa Jati Bali, Ranomeeto, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan berbasis web dan mobile yang bernama SIAPIK yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Langkah-langkah kegiatan pengabdian ini pertama observasi pelaku UMKM di lokasi pengabdian. Kedua memberikan materi dengan metode tutorial dan workshop untuk menjelaskan secara teori dan praktek cara menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK dalam mencatat transaksi keuangan yang sesuai SAK EMKM. Ketiga dilakukan evaluasi mengenai pemahaman pencatatan transaksi keuangan melalui penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK kepada UMKM. Hasil yang didapatkan Para pelaku UMKM memiliki kesadaran dan kemampuan penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK dalam rangka mewujudkan digitalisasi UMKM.

Abstract

A study has been conducted on “Application of Silica Adsorbent Rice Husk Ash-Activated Carbon in Refining Waste Cooking Oil”. This study aims to describe the comparison of silica-activated carbon composite in refining waste cooking oil and describe the optimum time of silica-activated carbon composite in refining waste cooking oil. The sample in this study was waste cooking oil from fried geprek chicken which was fried 5 times. While the adsorbent used was silica composite from rice husk ash and activated carbon. The method used in this study was adsorption. The stages in this study consisted of four stages, namely silica extraction from rice husk ash, making silica-activated carbon adsorbent composite, silica-activated carbon composite ratio (30:70; 40:60; 50:50; 60:40; and 70:30), and time variations, namely (30, 45, 60, 90) minutes. Silica extraction from rice husk ash using NaOH 12% solution obtained a silica content of 88%. The results of the study of silica-activated carbon composites in the purification of used cooking oil showed that the optimum silica-activated carbon composite adsorbent at a ratio of 60:40 grams and an optimum contact time of 30 minutes obtained a water content of 0.13%, free fatty acids of 0.23% and a peroxide number of 10.92 meq O2/Kg. The results of organoleptic tests with color, odor, and turbidity parameters obtained bright yellow results, less fried chicken odor, and not cloudy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian "Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Learning Cycle 5E pada Materi Laju Reaksi di Kelas XI.4 MAN 1 Kendari" bertujuan untuk menguji validitas LKPD berbasis learning cycle 5E dan menentukan respons siswa terhadap media pembelajaran LKPD berbasis learning cycle 5E.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model Thiagarajan 4-D, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi ahli dan lembar kuesioner respons siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk LKPD berbasis siklus pembelajaran 5e yang telah dikembangkan berada dalam kategori sangat layak dengan persentase rata-rata 92,8%; dengan kategori layak; dan respons siswa terhadap kepraktisan LKPD berada dalam kategori sangat layak dengan persentase 83,4%.   Abstract This research aims to determine the level of validity of e-module development assisted by the Canva application and to determine user responses regarding e-module development in Class XI SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. This research uses the R & D development model, namely 4-D which consists of the stages of definition, design, development and implementation. The data analysis used is validation of the E-module with 3 validators and a response questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses a Likert scale. The research results concluded that media experts and learning material experts had an average validity percentage of 83.93% and 81.57% with very valid criteria. It was declared very practical according to the teacher's assessment with an average percentage of 92.45%, as well as students in small group trials and field trials with an average percentage of 92.63% and 92.98% with very practical criteria. The Canva-assisted e-module on stoichiometry material that has been developed is declared suitable for use in learning according to the assessment.

Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil-Red Ginger (VCO-Red Ginger) is an oil extracted from a mixture of coconut milk and red ginger through fermentation, and it is believed that its antioxidant activity increases with the addition of red ginger. VCO is also known to have a drawback, namely that it easily becomes rancid. One way to overcome this problem is by adding natural antioxidants such as red ginger. The method used to measure the antioxidant activity of VCO-Red Ginger is the DPPH method. The objective of this study is to describe the antioxidant activity of VCO-Red Ginger. This study was conducted using the DPPH method (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil). Where 4 mL of VCO -red ginger sample solution was added to 1 mL of DPPH solution in ethanol. The mixture was then shaken, stored for 30 minutes in the dark at room temperature, and its absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 517 nm using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of VCO-red ginger with added DPPH solution were marked by a light yellow color and a strong aroma typical of red ginger. The color and aroma of red ginger in the oil from the coconut milk fermentation process with the addition of 250 g of finely ground red ginger indicated the presence of red ginger components, marked by a light yellow color that became increasingly intense. Based on IC50 analysis, the best antioxidant activity of VCO-Red Ginger was achieved an IC50 value 6378,504 ppm. ABSTRAK Virgin Coconut Oil-Jahe Merah (VCO-Jahe Merah) merupakan minyak hasil ekstraksi dari campuran santan kelapa dan jahe merah halus dengan cara fermentasi. Aktivitas antioksida VCO, dan minyak jahe bersifat sinergi atau antagonis ketika dicampurkan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur aktivitas antioksida VCO-Jahe merah adalah metode DPPH. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan aktivitas antioksidan VCO-Jahe Merah. Penelitian ini dimulai dari ekstraksi minyak VCOjahe merah dengan metode fermentasi, minyak yang dihasilkan dipisahkan dan disaring menggunakan filter kapas. Hasilnya berupa VCO-jahe merah yang berwarna yellow magenta. Aktivitas antioksida VCO-jahe merah ditentukan dengan metode DPPH (1.1 – difenil-2-pikrihidrazil).  Di mana larutan sampel VCO-Jahe merah sebanyak 4 mL ditambahkan dalam etanol pada 1 mL larutan DPPH dalam etanol, campuran tersebut kemudian dikocok, disimpan selama 30 menit dalam keadaan gelap pada suhu kamar, kemudian diukur absorbansinya pada panjang gelombang 517 nm dengan spektrofotmeter UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik VCO-Jahe Merah yang telah ditambahkan larutan DPPH ditandai dengan tingkat kecerahan warna kuning muda dan kuat aroma khas jahe merah yang ditimbulkan. Warna dan aroma jahe merah pada minyak dari proses fermentasi santan dengan penambahan jahe merah halus sebesar 250 g menunjukkan adanya komponen jahe merah yang ditandai dengan warna kuning muda yang semakin pekat. Berdasarkan analisis IC50 VCO-Jahe Merah dengan aktivitas antioksidan VCO-Jahe dengan IC50 6378,504 ppm.
