Abstract

Background – The background of this research focuses on the influence of digital marketing mix strategies on purchasing decisions for imported used clothes, with a case study at Thrift Shop Dolopo. In recent years, there has been a significant change in consumer behavior triggered by the development of digital technology and social media. This phenomenon creates new opportunities for businesses, especially in the clothing sales sector, which is now increasingly dependent on digital platforms to reach customers. Objective – The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital marketing mix strategies on purchasing decisions for imported used clothes, focusing on Thrift Shop Dolopo. This study is expected to provide useful recommendations for Thrift Shop Dolopo in formulating more effective marketing strategies. Design / Methodology / Approach – The methodology of this research was conducted using a descriptive explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used the probability sampling method with the concept of proportional simple random sampling. The research data were obtained primarily by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Thrift Shop Dolopo. Data analysis was carried out using the regression method with the SPSS program version 24 for Windows. Findings – The research results show that separately the product variable can have an influence of 84.2%, the price variable is 95.1%, the place variable is 96.7%, and the promotion variable is 30.4% on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, together the product, price, place and promotion variables can have an influence of 98.6% on increasing purchasing decisions. This means that marketers need to combine marketing strategies to increase product sales. Research Implication – This study provides deeper insight into how elements in the digital marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) interact with each other and influence consumer purchasing decisions. These findings can be a reference for historians and practitioners to formulate more effective marketing strategies. And this study can be the basis for further research in the field of marketing management, especially regarding the digital marketing mix. Limitations – This study was only conducted in Thrift Shop Dolopo, so the results may not be generalized to all thrift shops or imported used clothing businesses in other areas. Differences in demographics and consumer behavior in different locations can affect purchasing decisions. This study only explored four elements in the digital marketing mix. This limits a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Purpose of the study (Tujuan): The purpose of this study is to analyze the judge's judgment on the corruption decision of the social aid for COVID-19 disaster mitigation from the perspective of anti-corruption principles. Methodology (Metodologi): This research method employed normative research, sourced from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and non-legal materials. Results (Temuan): anti-corruption principles which include accountability, transparency, fairness, policy, and policy control, are to prevent external factors causing corruption. Regarding the COVID-19 disaster mitigation, early prevention and disaster mitigation are required as a series of efforts to reduce disaster risk, through both physical development and awareness and capacity building to encounter the threat of disasters. One of which is through social aid to the community due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the review of the judge's decision No.29/Pid-Sus/TPK/2021/PN Jkt. Pst, what incriminated the defendant who was sentenced to 12 years in prison is a crime of corruption undertaken when the country combated the disaster emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that the defendant was a state official who is supposed to be a good role model. Meanwhile, the mitigating factor is that the defendant has suffered enough due to the insults he received from the community even though the defendant is not necessarily guilty. Thus, this has hurt the sense of justice in society. Learning from the corruption case of social aid during the pandemic, judges considered that a leader should not violate the principles of anti-corruption morality so that the integrity of the anti-corruption leadership does not match expectations. Applications of this study (Kegunaan): It is to give law enforcers insight on what types of judicial decisions may hurt society’s trust and sense of justice. It is to give a non-exemplary case of judicial decisions that failed to provide a deterrent effect to criminal actors.  Novelty/ Originality of this study: It provides an analysis on the judge's judgment on the corruption decision of the social aid for COVID-19 disaster mitigation from the perspective of anti-corruption principles

Abstract

MSMEs in Madiun City and Regency receive excellent attention and support, but still experience the phenomenon of "opening" and "closing." This study aims to analyze the influence of planning strategies, government support, innovation management, and business sustainability regarding this phenomenon. This quantitative research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 347 MSMEs located in Madiun City and Regency. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SmartPLS 4 program. The results showed that partially, planning strategies had no effect on MSME sustainability, but government support and innovation management were proven to influence this condition. Simultaneously, all three were proven to influence MSME sustainability. Based on these findings, MSMEs are recommended to carry out sustainable innovations that can attract the public, whether in the form of product innovation, service innovation, management innovation, or marketing innovation.
