Abstract

Metode multiresidu pestisida (MRM) menggunakan LC-MS/MS dan atau GC-MS/MS secara umum digunakan untuk analisis residu pestisida dalam karena banyaknya jumlah pestisida terdaftar dan diijinkan beredar di pasaran. Proses pemisahan analit dalam sistem reversed phased liquid chromatography (RP-LC) dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dimana salah satunya adalah laju alir fase gerak. Optimasi dilakukan untuk mencari kondisi pemisahan pada elusi isokratik yang optimum dengan melakukan perubahan terhadap laju alir dan komposisi fase gerak organik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi dengan bantuan Excel Spreadsheet terhadap 9 campuran senyawa residu pestisida dan hasil optimasi diuji terhadap pemisahan 120 campuran senyawa residu pestisida. Pemisahan optimal yang diperoleh dalam elusi isokratik yaitu pada laju alir (F) = 0,3 mL/menit dan komposisi fase gerak organik φ = 0,40. Namun, kondisi isokratik optimum yang diperoleh tersebut kurang cocok jika digunakan untuk pemisahan terhadap 120 campuran senyawa residu pestisida, karena banyak senyawa terelusi di awal dan pada waktu yang bersamaan.

Abstract

Trade is an important thing in social life. Therefore, regulations are made to support the safety and comfort aspects of both the seller and the buyer. These regulations include the UUML (Legal Metrology Law), the UUPK (Consumer Protection Act), and PP LIP (Government Regulations for Food Advertising Labels). To find out how successful these regulations can be assessed from the public's knowledge of the regulations that have been enacted. How much knowledge of the rules can be obtained from interviews conducted in the community. With interviews, it can be seen how successful the regulations were made both in quantity and quality. From the interviews, it was obtained that 50% of the public already knew and implemented the regulation.

Abstract

Perhitungan estimasi nilai ketidakpastian pada proses kalibrasi gelas ukur, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh pembacaan posisi meniskus cairan dalam gelas ukur. Olehkarena sifatnya yang masih analog, maka pembacaan meniskus sangat bergantung pada kemampuan operator dalam membaca skala gelas ukur. Umumnya, operator mampu membaca skala alat ukur pada batas ½ divisi skala tanpa alat bantu. Akurasi penentuan posisi meniskus dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan sistem vision berbasis kamera, yang menjadi tujuan di dalam studi ini. Pada studi ini, dikembangkan metode olah citra digital untuk membaca volume cairan di dalam gelas ukur kapasitas 50 mL dengan resolusi 1 mL. Sebagai objek penelitian, digunakan citra sintetis dan sampel gelas ukur yang memiliki garis skala berwarna biru muda, cukup kontras dengan warna meniskus yang abu-abu. Untuk itu pada proses segmentasi, digunakan metode pemisahan warna dalam model citra HSV. Pada simulasi yang menggunakan citra sintetis, dapat ditunjukkan bahwa metode olah citra yang dikembangkan berhasil membaca volume cairan dalam gelas ukur, dengan rentang kesalahan 0,07 mL, yang disebabkan oleh sebagian tinggi meniskus cairan yang tertutup oleh garis skala yang memiliki tebal 8 piksel setara dengan 0,14 mL. Hasil eksperimen juga menunjukkan metode olah citra yang dikembangkan berhasil diterapkan pada sampel gelas ukur.

Abstract

Pemantauan pertumbuhan fisik anak usia batita (bawah tiga tahun) merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan kesehatan dan perkembangan optimal mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan menguji prototipe alat ukur bobot dan tinggi badan berbasis Arduino Uno, yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengukuran yang akurat dan mudah digunakan oleh orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan. Prototipe ini menggunakan sensor load cell untuk mengukur bobot dan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk mengukur tinggi badan. Sensor load cell dikalibrasi menggunakan metode kalibrasi CSIRO, dan sensor ultrasonik dikalibrasi dengan membandingkan hasil pengukurannya terhadap pengukuran menggunakan mistar baja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe alat ukur bobot dan tinggi badan berbasis Arduino Uno ini dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan efisien untuk pemantauan kesehatan anak usia batita, mendukung orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan dalam memastikan perkembangan anak yang sehat dan optimal. Kemudahan penggunaan dan akurasinya menjadikan alat ini sebagai perangkat yang berharga baik di rumah maupun di klinik.mistar baja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe alat ukur bobot dan tinggi badan berbasis Arduino Uno ini dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan efisien untuk pemantauan kesehatan anak usia batita, mendukung orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan dalam memastikan perkembangan anak yang sehat dan optimal

Abstract

The Legal Metrology Unit (UML) is a unit that carries out metrological activities in the Regency/City. UML has a vital role in achieving a well-measured market. These metrological activities include calibration and re-calibration and metrological supervision activities. One of UML's efforts to support these activities is to maintain the working standards it has, in this case, reference weights. In addition to purchasing existing measuring instruments with four sensors at once being very expensive, prototyping is the leading choice because it can be developed according to needs. This study created a prototype for monitoring the room conditions of the reference weight storage cabinet. This prototype uses four sensors integrated with a microcontroller to measure temperature simultaneously. The testing process for the prototype began with testing the temperature sensor with a standard thermocouple and water bath. Furthermore, the prototype will be tested with a standard thermohygrometer measuring instrument. The test results of the prototype for accuracy have a range of 94%-98%, precision of 97%-98%, and an error of 2%-4%. Meanwhile, the results of the measurement uncertainty of the prototype for the morning are by the provisions in the range of 0.37 °C-0.46 °C, and in the afternoon, they do not comply with the requirements, namely in the range of 0.38°C-0.61 °C.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal dan dinamika sosial budaya yang ada di Kampung Naga dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pendekatan partisipatif, observasi mendalam, dan wawancara terstruktur untuk memahami dan mengetahui fungsi budaya, norma, nilai, dan praktik sosial di Kampung Naga. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, kajian literatur dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik sistematik dan coding dengan pengumpulan data melalui hasil wawancara, reduksi data, penyajian data, validasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lembaga adat Kampung Naga berperan vital dalam memelihara keharmonisan sosial dan ritus budaya. Adat dan tradisi kampung naga memegang peran penting dalam mengatur hubungan sosial dan nilai nilai yang dijunjung tinggi. Kampung Naga terkenal dengan adat dan tradisi yang masih lestari yang mengatur hubungan sosial dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Ekonomi desa berorientasi pada pertanian dan kerajinan bambu, dengan beberapa warga mencari penghasilan di luar. Kampung Naga berhadapan dengan tantangan globalisasi dan berupaya menyeimbangkan pemeliharaan tradisi dengan adaptasi perubahan. Arsitektur tradisional desa mencerminkan upaya pelestarian identitas budaya.

Abstract

Ethnopharmacological research is an approach to exploring the local knowledge of specific communities regarding the use of medicinal plants. This article discusses the use of cinnamon (Cinnamomum) as an effective alternative medicine in several regions in Indonesia. The method used is data collection through searching for literature published in scientific research articles and journals. A literature search was conducted using search engines posted on several sites, such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Based on the review conducted, it can be concluded that the Cinnamomum genus is widely used by various ethnic groups in Indonesia as a natural ingredient to help control blood glucose levels and is used as an alternative supplement for diabetes mellitus sufferers. Among the species from the Cinnamomum genus that have the potential to help prevent blood glucose levels are Cinnamomum burmanii, Cinnamomum verum, Cinnamomum tamala, and Cinnamomum zeylanicum.

Abstract

Despite increasing recognition of Indigenous knowledge systems, the role of informal adult learning within customary communities remains under-theorized in mainstream adult education discourse. There is limited understanding of how traditional practices, beliefs, and community structures shape learning processes outside formal institutions. This study investigates the role of informal adult learning in Kampung Adat Banceuy, a Sundanese customary village in West Java, Indonesia. The research focuses on how learning is embedded in four interconnected domains: customary leadership, ritual practice, selective acculturation, and community-based tourism. These domains form a cohesive learning ecology through which cultural knowledge, social roles, and ethical values are transmitted and adapted across generations. Using an ethnographic methodology, the study involved participant observation, semi-structured interviews with 36 informants, and analysis of cultural documents. Data were examined through thematic coding and interpretive analysis to capture the nuanced, situated processes of learning as enacted in everyday life. Findings show that informal adult learning in Banceuy is relational, embodied, and performative. Tourism, in particular, functions as a reflexive learning environment where adults develop narrative, logistical, and intercultural competencies while negotiating cultural meaning and ethical boundaries. Rather than being a site of commodification, tourism becomes a space of identity work and adaptive pedagogy. These insights challenge conventional hierarchies of formal education and affirm the centrality of Indigenous learning systems in sustaining cultural resilience. The study offers implications for policy and theory, emphasizing the need to support culturally embedded, community-driven models of adult education.

Abstract

Implementing the curriculum, widyaiswara, and facilities are the main pillars in realizing the training process for metrological training participants in achieving the expected learning outcomes. Although the facilities can be considered adequate, the variables affecting improving the quality of learning outcomes of the metrology training participants need to be determined. The purpose of this study was to review the effect of curriculum implementation, widyaiswara, and facilities on the quality of learning outcomes for metrology training participants. This research method used a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis was performed using linear regression test and T-test. The study’s results stated that the T-test on the variables of curriculum implementation, widyaiswara, and facilities, as well as their combination on learning outcomes, resulted in a significance value of less than 0.05 at the 95% confidence level. This study concluded that implementing curriculum, widyaiswara competencies, facilities, and a combination of the three positively and significantly impact the quality of metrological training participants’ learning outcomes.
