Abstract

Pada kemajuan teknologi informasi akan mempengaruhi jalannya, proses bisnis yang modern, sehingga akan mempengaruhi dalam perubahaan produktivitas dan kinerja yang meningkat saat melakukan pekerjaan. Untuk menjalankan proses bisnis yang modern, tak luput dari bantuan perangkat elektronik atau digitalisasi mengenai suatu proses bisnis agar bisa melakukan pekerjaan dengan terorganisir serta mencapai tujuannya. Manajemen proses bisnis yang di lakukan oleh perusahaan akan mempengaruhi dari setiap jalannya proses bisnis, sistem informasi merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam proses bisnis yang berlangsung. Pada permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses bisnis akan mengangu efektivitas bisnis, dalam memecahkan permasalahan dan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas yang diperlukan sistem helpdesk ticketing untuk melaporkan setiap permasalahan yang ada terlebih pada bidang Information, Communication dan Technology. Dalam melakukan pembuatan aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode agile software development, metode tersebut digunakan karena mampu beradaptasi dan fleksibilitas, agile memperhatikan setiap perubahaan yang diinginkan, pada aplikasi helpdesk ticketing juga menggunakan algorithma FIFO (FIRST-IN-FIRST-OUT) yang dimana algorithma berfungsi mengatur permintaan yang masuk pertama akan keluar atau selesai pertama juga. Dengan adanya aplikasi helpdesk ticketing juga dapat monitoring dan controlling setiap pelaporan yang sedang diproses dan mengetahui status ticketing, dalam pengembangan aplikasi helpdesk ticketing berbasis website menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem agile softeware development serta menggunakan algoritma FIFO untuk ticket yang dilaporkan.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of the economy of a country or region, as well as in Indonesia, these SMEs play a very important role in the speed of the people's economy. These SMEs are also very helpful to the state/government in terms of creating new jobs and through SMEs many new work units are created that use new workers who can support household income. Simple bookkeeping is a standard that must be owned by all SME business people. It is often found that small business actors or SME businesses have never recorded all of their business activities. They don't even use a simple bookkeeping example to help manage and regulate all financial traffic. From these problems, this research seeks to find the right solution where researchers plan to make a business bookkeeping application to make it easier for SMEs. One type of UKM that is the object of this research is the Automotive Workshop field. The workshop is one type of business that is needed by the community, because of that computerized bookkeeping is needed. By using the prototype software development method. The results of this research are in the form of the My Bengkel application which will later be equipped with several features ranging from Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Receipts, Inventory to Payables and Accounts Receivable

Abstract

Inventory data collection activities in schools are still manual and the data tracking system is not yet available because the inventory data collection system in schools is not well managed so that it often makes it difficult to search for data on existing items. The inventory data collection system running at SDN 07 Sindang Danau still uses a simple computerized system utilizing standard office (Microsoft Office Excel and Word). This allows for many errors in processing inventory data, and causes inventory data collection managed by SDN 07 Sindang Danau to be less efficient. , As well as resulting in difficulties in searching for data and taking up a relatively long time in preparing reports. To help solve this problem, it is necessary to have a web-based inventory data system using the FAST concept (framework for the application of system thinking) which has 6 stages of scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, decision analysis and physical design.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Mekar Mukti, Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kabupaten Banyuasin, dengan tujuan informasi membangun website profil desa sebagai media dan promosi potensi lokal. Website ini diharapkan menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait pelayanan desa, berita terkini, destinasi wisata, UMKM, dan kegiatan lainnya. Pengembangan website dilakukan menggunakan platform WordPress karena kemudahan dalam pengelolaan dan jangka waktu pengembangannya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melibatkan partisipasi aktif perangkat desa dan masyarakat, sehingga mereka dapat memahami dan mengelola sistem secara mandiri. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya website yang dapat diakses publik dan berfungsi sebagai pusat informasi desa. Website ini juga mampu meningkatkan transparansi pemerintahan desa dan memperluas jangkauan promosi potensi lokal. Meski demikian, masih diperlukan penguatan kapasitas pengelola agar website dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan Desa Mekar Mukti dapat lebih dikenal secara luas dan masyarakat memperoleh akses informasi dengan lebih mudah.   This community service activity was conducted in Mekar Mukti Village, Tanjung Lago Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency, with the aim of developing a village profile website as a medium for disseminating information and promoting local potential. The website is expected to serve as an effective tool for delivering information to the public, including village services, the latest news, tourism destinations, local MSMEs, and other community activities. The website was developed using the WordPress platform due to its ease of use and flexible content management. The implementation method involved active participation from village officials and the community to ensure they could understand and manage the system independently. The result of this program is the successful development of a publicly accessible website that functions as the village’s information center. The website also enhances the transparency of local governance and expands the reach of local promotion efforts. However, further training is needed to strengthen the capacity of village administrators so that the website can be optimized and sustainably managed. Through this website, it is hoped that Mekar Mukti Village will gain broader recognition and that the community will have easier access to important village information.
