Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) pada perilaku mahasiswa dengan fokus pada media sosial. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan desain cross-sectional, melibatkan 77 mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Nasional Pasim Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online, mengevaluasi aspek FoMO seperti "Need to be long," "Anxiety," "Addiction," dan "Need for Popularity." Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi respons mahasiswa terhadap FoMO. Beberapa menunjukkan pemahaman mendalam terhadap dinamika media sosial, sementara sebagian lain masih mencari validasi melalui konten populer. Mahasiswa yang tidak merasa kesal ketika tidak di-mention cenderung memiliki keseimbangan yang lebih baik antara kehidupan online dan offline. Sebaliknya, mereka yang kesulitan menghentikan diri dari melihat update di media sosial sering mengalami tekanan yang mengganggu keseimbangan hidup. Pembahasan menyoroti pentingnya literasi digital dan manajemen waktu di lingkungan kampus untuk membantu mahasiswa mengelola dampak FoMO. Kesimpulan menekankan perlunya kesadaran akan keseimbangan dalam penggunaan media sosial dan saran implementasi program edukasi untuk mendukung kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa.

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam. Pelatihan pendampingan sertifikasi halal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan UMKM Kota Cimahi dalam memenuhi persyaratan halal, sehingga mampu bersaing di pasar lokal maupun internasional. Pelatihan ini akan membahas pentingnya sertifikasi halal, peran pendampingan dalam proses sertifikasi, serta manfaat yang diperoleh oleh UMKM dari program pelatihan tersebut. Dengan dilaksanakannya pendampingan sertifikasi halal ini para peserta UMKM di Kota Cimahi sangat antusias, peserta dibantu tim pendamping melakukan input data yang kemudian ditindak lanjuti dengan ferivikasi lapangan pada pembuatan produk UMKM yang mendaftar sertifikasi halal. Selain itu tim pendamping melakukan evaluasi agar peserta UMKM dapat mempertahankan standar halal produknya. adanya pendampingan, UMKM dapat mempersiapkan dokumen, proses, dan produk yang sesuai standar halal yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dan lembaga terkait.

Abstract

Salah satu cara mengurangi penumpukan sampah dapat dilakukan dengan pembuatan kerajinan, artikel ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan sampah plastik sebagai kerajinan tangan di Desa Ciburuy Kecamatan Padalarang Bandung Barat. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan langsung memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pemanfaatan sampah untuk menjadi produk yang lebih indah dan berguna serta memberikan dampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Selama proses pelatihan peserta terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir mereka, peserta mampu mengikuti arahan dan mempraktekan secara langsung untuk membuat produk dari bahan sampah plastik. Dalam jangka panjang kegiatan ini dapat membantu mengurangi sampah plastik, menambah pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar tentang manfaat sampah plastik dan dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Pentingnya kegiatan ini untuk dapat diperhatikan oleh berbagai pihak sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Introduction: Physiotherapists are among the health professionals whose productivity and performance significantly impact job happiness. This study examines the relationship between personality factors and job satisfaction among Bandung's physiotherapists. Methods: Using the Cochran formula, a correlational quantitative technique was used to select a sample of 68 physiotherapists. A modified work satisfaction survey was used to gather data, and personality characteristics were evaluated using the Big Five Inventory (BFI) adaption questionnaire. Results: Regression analysis showed no significant relationship (r = -0.026, p > 0.05) between personality traits and work satisfaction among physiotherapists in Bandung. These findings imply that work happiness is not only determined by personality type. Instead, workload, connections with coworkers, management support, and work environment can be more critical. Conclusion: The results emphasize the necessity of an all-encompassing plan to raise healthcare workers' job satisfaction. Healthcare organizations can improve patient care and results in healthcare settings by implementing focused interventions to boost the well-being and productivity of physiotherapists by recognizing the numerous components that contribute to work satisfaction.

Abstract

Communication is one of the key competencies in the business modern and workplace for young generation. Good communication skills, especially assertive communication, allow individuals to convey ideas, feelings, and needs clearly without violating the rights of others. On the other hand, social media as a digital platform has become the main means of interaction and self-expression for the younger generation. This community service activity is to provide an understanding of assertive communication and the use of social media can contribute to improving students' communication skills in facing business world and the world of work. Participants in this training activity numbered 60 students of SMK Tunas Bangsa West Bandung. After the training material was delivered, there was an increase in participants' understanding and knowledge in the use of social media and assertive communication, after receiving training, participants were more confident in communicating, expressing ideas and being able to accept criticism well. Participants' interest in creating good personal branding on social media became higher, participants' knowledge, and skills in creating a positive digital footprint increased.

Abstract

Background: Technological advancements and recent changes in government policy are not yet fully understood by the public. These developments, which are intended to streamline processes across various sectors-including business sustainability-should be accessible and beneficial to all MSME actors. Objective: This community service activity aimed to raise awareness about the importance of business legality and to assist MSMEs in obtaining a Business Identification Number. Method: The activity was conducted over two days in Gadobangkong Village, involving 30 MSME participants. The service team delivered material on government policies related to online-based business legality, followed by hands-on sessions for creating user accounts and registering businesses to obtain NIBs. Results: Participants successfully created user accounts in the Risk-Based Approach Online Single Submission (RBA OSS) system by registering their National Identity Number and WhatsApp number. Those who completed this step proceeded to register their businesses and obtain NIBs. However, two MSME participants were unable to create OSS accounts due to their NIKs not being recognized by the system. This issue was traced to their ID cards not yet being activated as electronic IDs (e-KTP) in the national civil registration system. Conclusion: All training participants engaged actively in the sessions and were able to follow each step of the business registration process-from account creation to successful issuance of the Business Identification Number.

Abstract

This study examines the understanding and concern of MSMEs towards Green Accounting. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were business actors in Cimahi Tengah District, Cimahi City. The results of the study indicate that business actors' understanding situs slot gacor777 of Green Accounting is still lacking, as evidenced by the absence of records in the financial reports made regarding the budget or cost analysis of Green Accounting. The lack of knowledge of business actors is due to the lack of information received from both the government and other institutions. However, business actors already have an awareness of protecting the environment by sorting organic and non-organic waste by separating them in different places. Business actors record the cost of cleaning up waste as additional costs or variable costs, in addition to other forms of awareness that business actors already have by providing social assistance to the community around the place of business where this is part of the concern for the environment that has been carried out by business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study was conducted at PT Vinsen Global Indonesia. The population is 64 employees of PT Vinsen Global Indonesia in Subang, without using a sample. Data collected directly from respondents with a questionnaire. This is explanatory research. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Bivariate Correlation. The results prove that work culture has a significant effect on employee performance (H1), job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance (H2), and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction (H3). Based on these results can it can be interpreted that work culture and employee job satisfaction are important components in order to improve the performance of employees of PT Vinsen Global Indonesia. With a good work culture implemented and employees getting job satisfaction, this is a source of organizational competitive advantage to deal with rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effects of competence, work motivation through work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia. Respondents taken as many as 91 employees, data analysis was carried out quantitatively with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the analysis used was phat analysis, the results of the study showed that competence had a positive impact on employee performance at PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Competence through work discipline has a positive impact on employee performance. Work motivation through work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination of the R2 value are very good, so it can be concluded that competence, work motivation, work discipline have a positive impact on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Beauty Influencer dan Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skintific Pada Pengguna TikTok Shop di Kota Bandung. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode dekripsi dan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden, yang merupakan pengguna TikTok Shop di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beauty influencer dan E-WOM berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen, yaitu beauty influencer dan E-WOM, secara bersama- sama memberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific. Secara parsial, beauty influencer lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan E-WOM. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan E-commerce dan penjualan produk Skintific dalam memanfaatkan Beauty Influencer dan E-WOM untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kepusan pelanggan.
