Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan diversifikasi olahan hasil ikan dan pembinaan masyarakat terhadap peningkatan minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deksriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni masyarakat produktif di Desa Randegan Kulon Kecamatan Jatitujuh, Kabupaten Majalengka yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan pembinaan diversifikasi olahan hasil ikan diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Teknologi Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon bekerjasama dengan Penyuluh Perikanan Wilayah Kecamatan Jatitujuh Kabupaten Majalengka. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan diversifikasi olahan hasil ikan dan pembinaan masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada masyarakat di Desa Randegan Kulon Kecamatan Jatitujuh, Kabupaten Majalengka dengan nilai Signifikasi 0,000< 0,05 dan nilai koefisien determinasi yang menyatakan bahwa variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 0,847 atau sama dengan 84,7% dan sisanya sebesar 15,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha perlu dilakukan untuk menggiatkan minat berwirausaha masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Desa Gebang Ilir merupakan desa pesisir yang memiliki potensi wilayah dan produksi garam laut yang cukup besar di Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu sebesar 240 ton/tahun, namun besarnya potensi garam laut yang ada didaerah sekitar belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah sebuah Tim Penggerak PKK di wilayah pesisir Desa Gebang Ilir. Pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan melalui program pokok PKK di Desa Gebang Ilir diantaranya yaitu kesehatan, pendidikan dan keterampilan namun masih dalam lingkup kegiatan masyarakat ekonomi non produktif. Tim pengusul membuat gagasan pelatihan dengan penerapan alat TTG yang bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan, keahlian dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengembangkan inovasi serta meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif melalui produktivitas kelompok usaha Ibu PKK di Desa Gebang Ilir dari pemanfaatan garam laut yang ada di daerah sekitar menjadi produk Tepat Guna. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair NU Klin di Desa Gebang Ilir selain dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam menghasilkan produk kreatif dari garam laut tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dalam berwirausaha. Selain itu mitra dapat mengembangkan diri secara aktif dan kreatif dalam memanfaatkan garam laut yang ada di daerah sekitar sebagai penguatan masyarakat pesisir dalam menyongsong era society 5.0.

Abstract

Fish farming is an effort to utilize the resources around to achieve a common goal in a group, This activity is carried out in order to produce fish in a controlled and profit-oriented container or media. It is hoped that the products produced will be multiplied and abundant. After field observations in Kejuden Village, there is some information that the problems faced by fish farmers due to limited resources such as land and water are the main obstacles in dumbo catfish cultivation and carp farming, especially in areas with high population density such as Kejuden Village.  One of them is the use of biofloc media. In this study, the researcher used a case study research method. is a research procedure that produces descriptive data obtained from informants in the field, The data collection techniques used are interviews, and observations. Based on the results of research in the field, biofloc fish cultivation techniques have been applied such as feeding, probiotic administration and fish pond maintenance, but there are several techniques that are not applied such as water quality measurement, temperature, fish growth monitoring and weight monitoring per fish. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded that there are several stages in the cultivation process, namely the preparation stage, both land preparation, broodstock, spawning, and other facilities that support the catfish cultivation process. The land preparation in question is the preparation of a pond for catfish cultivation. There are various types of mini kola such as earthen ponds, tarpaulin ponds, and cast ponds, or even by using other media that have currently been developed so that the process of cultivating catfish using biofloc requires a lot of great preparation.

Abstract

The potential for capture fisheries production in Cirebon waters produces by-catch (bycatch) of 49% - 58.93% and for low-economic bycatch fish that are not absorbed in the market are not properly utilized. Based on these problems, it is necessary to utilize bycatch fish, especially fish that have a low economy around the waters of Cirebon Regency so that their utilization can be optimized in increasing added value and business income. The aim of this research is to identify the productive role of coastal women in the use of HTS fish in Cirebon Regency and to find out the percentage contribution of coastal women's income in improving the economy of fishing families. The research method uses a descriptive method with survey techniques and the sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique with the target object of this research being coastal women in Gebang, Mundu and Gunung Jati Districts, Cirebon Regency who use HTS fish as a productive activity. The potential of HTS fish in Cirebon Regency has been exploited by coastal women, not only selling it fresh but also using it in various processed products to increase added value. Coastal women in utilizing bycatch fish in Cirebon Regency have a productive role in the fisheries sub-sector with an average length of work of around 7-8 hours/day and an average age in the very productive category (31-50 years). Coastal women who use bycatch fish not only have a productive role but also have a potential role in increasing the contribution of family economic income, namely 50.09%.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture is a strategic approach that combines high productivity with the preservation of natural resources. In this context, agribusiness management plays a key role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural production. The aim of this research is to discuss various agribusiness management strategies that can be implemented to support increased sustainable agricultural productivity. The main focus includes resource management, technology application, business diversification, and farmer capacity development. This type of research is qualitative with the research location in West Java. The research subjects consisted of farmers, agribusiness managers, agricultural extension workers, and agricultural experts who had experience and knowledge in the field of agribusiness. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that optimizing agribusiness management through efficient resource management, application of technology, business diversification, marketing strategies and farmer capacity development can increase productivity and sustainability of the agricultural sector. Support from multiple stakeholders is critical to expanding adoption of these practices. This research recommends increasing farmers' access to technology, training and markets to support the transition to more productive sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Communication is one of the key competencies in the business modern and workplace for young generation. Good communication skills, especially assertive communication, allow individuals to convey ideas, feelings, and needs clearly without violating the rights of others. On the other hand, social media as a digital platform has become the main means of interaction and self-expression for the younger generation. This community service activity is to provide an understanding of assertive communication and the use of social media can contribute to improving students' communication skills in facing business world and the world of work. Participants in this training activity numbered 60 students of SMK Tunas Bangsa West Bandung. After the training material was delivered, there was an increase in participants' understanding and knowledge in the use of social media and assertive communication, after receiving training, participants were more confident in communicating, expressing ideas and being able to accept criticism well. Participants' interest in creating good personal branding on social media became higher, participants' knowledge, and skills in creating a positive digital footprint increased.

Abstract

Cirebon Maritime Vocational High School is one of the vocational schools in the field of fisheries and maritime affairs. According to the results of observations made by researchers, the fundamental problem is that the results of student practice are still limited to fish-based preparations and there is no label on the product packaging. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge and skills of students in innovating the diversification of seafood processed processed frozen at SMK Maritime Cirebon. The research method was carried out by means of participatory training involving 18 students of the Fisheries Product Processing Technology study program for Class XII of Cirebon Maritime Vocational School as many as 18 who would take part in preparation for the skills competency exam. Through innovation activities and diversification of marine products can increase students' knowledge and skills on frozen breaded shrimp processed products. There was an increase in the aspect of knowledge of 42.47% and an increase in the aspect of students' skills regarding the diversification of processed frozen shrimp reaching 68.7% with the criteria of being skilled as many as 11 respondents (61.11%) and the criteria quite skilled as many as 7 respondents (38.89%).

Abstract

Cirebon Maritime Vocational School is located in the Cirebon Coastal Area which is close to the Mundu Fish Landing Site (TPI) Cirebon Regency, where in this area there are by-catch fish (HTS) which have not been well utilized. The aim of this community service is to increase the use of HTS fish, especially low economic fish around the waters of Mundu Cirebon so that their use can be optimized by Partners in increasing the added value of fishery products into innovative Non MSG NU Rasa flavoring products. The training activity method used consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage (counseling, practice or demonstration), evaluation stage and mentoring stage. Training activities on the use of by-caught fish into innovative non-MSG NU Rasa flavoring products at the Cirebon Maritime Vocational School can not only increase the knowledge and skills of partners in producing innovative products by applying appropriate technological tools but can also increase motivation in entrepreneurship as a development of business incubation at the school.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan memainkan peran penting dalam industri perikanan, dengan kontribusi besar terhadap penyediaan protein hewani dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, metode pemberian pakan secara tradisional yang dilakukan secara manual sering kali tidak efisien, mengakibatkan distribusi pakan yang tidak merata dan pertumbuhan ikan yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat pengumpan ikan portabel dengan sistem pelontar bergerak untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Menggunakan metode eksperimental, alat pengumpan ini menggabungkan screw auger, dispenser bermotor, dan mekanisme osilasi yang dikendalikan oleh Arduino Nano ESP32, memastikan distribusi pakan yang tepat dan luas. Parameter kunci seperti desain kontainer pakan, mekanika pengumpanan, dan dinamika pelontar osilasi diidentifikasi dan dioptimalkan. Pengujian menunjukkan akurasi tinggi dalam deteksi level pakan (100%), konsistensi laju pengumpanan (4,98 g/detik), jangkauan penyebaran pakan yang efektif (1,58 meter), dan efisiensi energi (2,8 Wh). Sistem kontrol aplikasi real-time terbukti responsif (0,8 detik), memastikan manajemen pakan yang optimal. Teknologi yang dikembangkan meningkatkan efisiensi pemberian pakan, mengurangi tenaga kerja, mendorong pertumbuhan ikan yang seragam, mengurangi stres, dan mendukung budidaya ikan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian lanjutan akan fokus pada pengujian jangka panjang dalam berbagai kondisi untuk memastikan kinerja dan keandalan yang berkelanjutan.
