Abstract

Peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu peranan yang dominan dalam struktur perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam hal keragaman karakteristik dan kondisi usaha yang berbeda-beda, salah satunya adalah Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK). Meskipun banyak SWK terletak di lokasi strategis dengan fasilitas yang memadai, mereka belum memberikan pendapatan optimal bagi para pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis pengelompokan SWK Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di kota Surabaya Tujuannya adalah untuk mengelompokkan SWK berdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik seperti luas sentra, kapasitas, jumlah pelaku usaha, dan produktivitas menggunakan metode Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC). Setelah melalui tahapan pra-pemrosesan data, penentuan metode cluster terbaik menggunakan korelasi cophenetic, dan validasi jumlah cluster optimal dengan silhouette coefficient, diperoleh hasil pengelompokan yang membagi SWK menjadi 3 cluster berdasarkan pengukuran jarak menggunakan single linkage, average linkage, complete linkage, dan ward linkage. Complete linkage memberikan performa yang baik yakni nilai cophenetic sebesar 0.8734 dan nilai silhouette coefficient sebesar 0.4864. Interpretasi cluster yang didapatkan yakni cluster 1 menunjukkan stabilitas dan aktivitas ekonomi tinggi, cluster 2 mencakup mencakup sentra yang kurang berkembang, dan cluster 3 menunjukkan karakteristik sebagai pusat-pusat usaha yang sangat besar dan berhasil. Hasil pengelompokan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang strategi dan program pengembangan UMKM secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the current digital era, TikTok has emerged as a popular application among internet users. One prominent feature is the TikTok Shop, which allows users to shop directly through the platform. However, on October 4, 2023, TikTok Shop was temporarily suspended by the government due to online trade regulation policies. After reopening on December 12, 2023, various responses from the public emerged in reaction to this phenomenon. This research conducted sentiment analysis on TikTok Shop by observing public responses on Twitter using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes classification method with word weighting using the BM25 and TF-IDF methods. The analysis results showed a majority of positive sentiment regarding TikTok Shop, indicating disapproval of the previous closure policy. In testing with a 10% test sample size, BM25 showed slightly better performance than TF-IDF.

Abstract

Loss is the primary risk associated with any investment. In stock investments, the risk of loss can occur at any time and its magnitude cannot be precisely determined. Improper risk management can negatively impact the investment activities carried out by investors. One way to manage risk effectively and prevent bankruptcy is by estimating the potential future risk. This study aims to predict the risk of loss using the quantitative Value-at-Risk (VaR) model, particularly for stocks listed on IDX Indonesia. VaR has the main advantage of being a simple model that can be applied to various types of financial assets. However, VaR also has a drawback it does not satisfy the subadditivity principle. Therefore, this study also employs the Adjusted-Expected-Shortfall (Adj-ES) model as an improvement to VaR. The VaR and Adj-ES models will be implemented on the stocks AMRT.JK and BBCA.JK. These two stocks are part of the IDX Indonesia 2024 blue chip stocks, with a significant increase in market capitalization. The results show that VaR provides prediction results for the risk of loss in the range of 1.2% - 3.4 for AMRT.JK data, and 1.1 - 3.2% for BBCA.JK data. Referring to the Violation Ratio value, it is known that both VaR and Adj-ES have VR values <1 so it is concluded that the prediction accuracy is very good

Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 is the right time to democratize artificial intelligence in the world. It can be started from education, the target is the level of elementary, middle and high school. But the general curriculum still around in natural science, social science and language science. The challenge is how to introduce artificial intelligence earlier to the student and how to combine its material with the curriculum. “Machine Learning for Kids” is a web-based application which kids can explore artificial intelligence, especially in machine learning field with a fun project. The application provided to create a new project like animal classification. Kids can add a new label, such as mammal, insect, amphibian, bird, fish and etc. They have to add the animal name as an example of training data into each label. After kids added the training data, they can create the machine learning model. The experiment showed the confidence of the machine learning model test with a member of example reached 100%, the label prediction of all example was accurate. While the confidence of machine learning model test with another member of example reached between 14-17%, the label prediction of all example was also accurate. We recommended “Machine Learning for Kids” is one of the best web-based application for kids to explorer machine learning easily.

Abstract

Nutritional status is the study of food and is related to health. Nutritional status is a benchmark to assess the health development of toddler. The nutritional status of toddler is assessed according to three index, such as body weight to age (BW / A), body height to age (BH / A), body weight to body height (BW / BH). The issue of nutrition is still a major factor in the growth and development of toddler in Indonesia. Public Health Center (Puskesmas) and Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) as public health services work together to control the growth and development of toddler in Indonesia. To help control the growth and development of toddler, we proposed a research to classify the nutritional status of toddler based on anthropometric index. The nutritional status of toddler dataset was formed into a classification model using SVM Hyperparameter Tuning. SVM is a machine learning which the classification model used a hypothesis space in the form of linear functions in a high dimensional feature space. Adjustment of the hyperparameter was involved to reach a model that can optimally solve machine learning problems. We implemented feature selection using Fisher's Discriminant Ratio as a preprocessing stage, which the most important features were body weight (BB) and height (BH). The experimental results showed the classification model using SVM on training and testing data with a ratio of 70:30 reached accuracy of 84%, while SVM Hyperparameter Tuning with parameter of Cost = 100 parameters, Gamma = 0.01, Kernel = RBF reached accuracy of 97%. They represented a significant accuracy difference of 13%.

Abstract

This paper presents data stroke disease that combine exploratory data analysis and machine learning algorithms. Using exploratory data analysis we can found the patterns, anomaly, give assumptions using statistical and graphical method. Otherwise, machine learning algorithm can classify the dataset using model, and we can compare many model. EDA have showed the result if the age of patient was attacked stroke disease between 25 into 62 years old. Machine learning algorithm have showed the highest are Logistic Regression and Stochastic Gradient Descent around 94,61%. Overall, the model of machine learning can provide the best performed and accuracy.

Abstract

The evolution of information technology in Industrial 4.0 and Society 5.0 makes people have to divert buying and selling activities using digital media. A cake cluster (kampung kue) in Surabaya needs a media or application based on information technology for making catalogs that can be published through social media. We offer a solution to make it easier for the sellers by using the Canva Application as a medium for cataloging and marketing the cake through many social media to attract buyers and customers. In carrying out the promotion, it is necessary to prepare the best promote the Indonesian Language, hence we also give the participant to improve the promotion skills. The other result of our training and mentoring approach during community service is a training module publication. This module provides participants with how to use the Canva Application and promotional language. Therefore, marketing and selecting strategies are the main keys in the business of the digital era. Utilizing information technology and social media has proven to have a very positive impact on increasing sales effects. Keywords: Catalog, Canva, Kampung Kue, Promotion Language Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menjadikan masyarakat harus mengalihkan kegiatan jual beli melalui media digital. Salah satu komunitas di Kota Surabaya yaitu Kampung Kue membutuhkan media pembuatan katalog yang bisa dipublikasikan melalui media sosial. Solusi yang bisa kami tawarkan untuk memudahkan Ibu-Ibu penjual kue adalah dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi canva sebagai media pembuatan katalog dan memasarkan hasil katalognya melalui banyak media sosial untuk menarik pembeli dan pelanggan. Dalam melakuakan promosi dibutuhkan penyusunan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik, benar dan tepat, agar kualitas promosinya lebih baik, sehingga kami juga melatih keterampilan Ibu-Ibu di Kampung Kue dengan memberikan keterampilan promosi. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan ketertarikan Ibu-Ibu untuk memanfaatkan aplikasi canva sebesar 80% dari total jumlah peserta yang hadir selama dua hari. Salah satu hasil yang diberikan dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah modul pelatihan. Modul ini memberikan tata cara penggunaan aplikasi canva dan Bahasa promosi kepada pengusaha kue. Oleh karena itu, memasarkan dan pemilihan strategi serta media sosial menjadi kunci utama dalam usaha di era digital ini. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan media sosial terbukti sangat berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil penjualan. Kata kunci: Katalog, Canva, Kampung Kue, Bahasa Promosi

Abstract

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems in children that is of global concern, especially in lower-middle-income countries. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stunting is a developmental disorder in children caused by poor nutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. In 2021, the stunting prevalence rate in Mojokerto Regency reached 27.4%. This raises many concerns about reducing stunting rates. The purpose of community service in the form of the Thematic Student Community Service - Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) program is to increase public knowledge about the risks of early marriage as an effort to prevent stunting. The method used is socialization where participants consisted of 37 people between 13 and 20 years of age who were residents of Bandarasri Village. Based on the survey results, the percentage obtained shows a decrease in the number on the indicator "very interested" in early-age marriage from 18.9% to 13.5%. Based on these percentages, it can be concluded that the socialization carried out by KKN students of UPN "Veterans" Jawa Timur had an impact on reducing the risk of early marriage for teenagers in Bandarasri Village,Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency. Keywords—stunting prevention, risk knowledge, early-age marriage, Bandarasri village, MojokertodistrictAbstrak Stunting adalah salah satu permasalahan gizi pada anak yang menjadi perhatian dunia, terutama di negara – negara berpenghasilan menengah ke bawah. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), stunting merupakan gangguan perkembangan pada anak yang disebabkan oleh gizi buruk, infeksi yang berulang, dan simulasi psikososial yang tidak memadai. Pada tahun 2021 angka prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Mojokerto mencapai 27,4%, hal ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang membuat upaya penurunan angka stunting lebih digencarkan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik MBKM Desa Bebas Stunting adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai risiko pernikahan usia dini sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi di mana partisipan terdiri dari 37 orang yang merupakan warga Desa Bandarasri dengan usia mulai dari 13 - 20 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil survei, persentase yang didapat menunjukkan penurunan angka pada indikator “sangat minat” menikah di usia dini dari 18,9% menjadi 13,5%. Berdasarkan persentase tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur cukup berdampak untuk mengurangi risiko pernikahan dini bagi remaja di Desa Bandarasri, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto.Kata kunci—pencegahan stunting, pengetahuan risiko, pernikahan usia dini, Desa Bandarasri, KabupatenMojokerto

Abstract

Edu-ekowisata merupakan salah satu penunjang perekonomian dalam sektor pariwisata. Konsep edu-ekowisata mengedepankan sumber daya yang masih alami. Kampung Kreasi merupakan salah satu lokasi wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Gresik dengan konsep edu-ekowisata. Kampung Kreasi menggunakan bahan limbah atau barang bekas untuk didaur ulang dan dijadikan kerajinan tangan untuk mendapatkan city branding. Artikel ilmiah ini menguraikan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dalam kerangka program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik di Kampung Kreasi. Metode pengabdiannya berupa pembuatan video profil tentang Kampung Kreasi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung sekaligus belajar tentang pemanfaatan sampah di Kampung Kreasi. Atraksi wisata dapat dikembangkan dengan memaksimalkan fasilitas yang ada, memelihara dan memperbaiki berbagai wisata dan fasilitas pelengkapnya, serta menambah sarana dan prasarana yang belum ada melalui kerja sama dengan pemerintah kota dan pihak swasta terkait. Berdasarkan hasil survei lapangan oleh mahasiswa KKN Tematik Kelompok 78, kegiatan yang telah dilakukan berlangsung dengan baik dengan jumlah responden yang menjawab sangat menarik sebanyak 15 orang, yang menjawab menarik berjumlah 14 orang, dan hanya 6 orang yang merasa kegiatannya kurang menarik.

Abstract

Leaf diseases are a serious challenge in the agricultural industry affecting crop quality and yield especially in grapevines. Early recognition and classification of grape leaf diseases is crucial to enable farmers to take appropriate preventive measures in maintaining the health of their crops. The research utilized an innovative approach based on Complex-Valued Neural Network (CVNN) to address the problem. Using Complex-Valued Neural Network (CVNN) this research seeks to identify and classify grape leaf diseases through a series of experiments. A total of 100 images divided into 4 classes namely Black Rot, ESCA, Leaf Blight, and Healthy were collected to train the model. The results show that the trained CVNN model successfully achieved a training accuracy of 100% and a testing accuracy of 97%, demonstrating excellent performance in classifying grape leaf diseases. This states that the proposed approach has great potential to be an effective tool in helping growers manage their vineyards more efficiently and effectively. The developed image processing method is expected to be applied in designing a system to perform image classification of diseases on grape leaves.
