Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu unsur penting yang menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi makhluk hidup, terutama air yang hegienis dan memiliki kualitas yang baik. Kabupaten Tanah Laut, sumber air bersih dipasok dari Perusahan Daearah Air Minum (PDAM). Air diambil dari sungai atau menggunakan air permukaan yang tingkat kebersihan airnya tergantung pada keadaan air sungai. Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan, operator PDAM mendeteksi kekeruhan dan keasaman pada instalasi  pengolahan  air dengan menggunakan PH meter dan turbidity meter, dimana pencatatan nilai perubahan kekeruhan dan tingkat keasaman air dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan mengambil dan menguji sampel secara berulang setiap 2 jam sekali. Dalam hal ini, pendeteksian air dapat digantikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pendeteksi kualitas air menggunakan turbidity sensor dan arduino berbasis web mobile. Aplikasi ini dapat mengambil data PH dan NTU melalui arduino kemudian dikirimkan ke sistem yang dapat diakses melalui komputer maupun smartphone. Apabila PH air terdeteksi normal dan jernih, maka secara otomatis saklar akan mengalirkan air ke bak instalasi pengolahan air (IPA), namun jika PH air terdeteksi tidak normal dan sangat keruh, maka secara otomatis saklar akan mengalirkan air ke bak pembuangan dan saklar PH air normal dan jernih akan tertutup.

Abstract

Keberadaan Undang-undang hak cipta masih belum menyadarkan masyarakat untuk menggunakan software secara legal. Hal ini terlihat masih tingginya pengguna software illegal di Indonesia, terutama perusahaan. Sosialisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan software legal juga kurang efektif dikarenakan kewajiban membayar yang dirasa memberatkan bagi masyarakat. Solusi lain yang ditawarkan adalah pengenalan software sejenis yang tidak berbayar. Untuk software pengolah kata, pengolah data, dan presentasi yang digunakan oleh perkantoran, dapat digantikan oleh WPS Office. WPS Office merupakan software tidak berbayar yang paling kompatibel eksistensi filenya dengan Microsoft Office, sehingga cocok untuk dijadikan materi pelatihan bagi perwakilan perkantoran Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Pelatihan ini telah dilaksanakan dan menunjukkan bahwa peserta antusias menerapkan WPS Office sebagai alternatif administrasi perkantoran.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Tanah Laut merupakan salah satu instansi yang telah menerapkan sistem terkomputerisasi baik dari segi pengarsipan dokumen, keuangan dan aset kecuali absensi pegawai. Pengambilan data kehadiran (absensi) dilakukan secara manual dengan tanda tangan pada buku absen. Rekapitulasi kehadiran dan pelaporan absensi pegawai juga dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, kelemahan dari absensi manual dapat menyebabkan terjadi kecurangan yang mungkin dilakukan antar pegawai seperti titip absen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknologi QR Code berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah absensi tersebut. QR Code merupakan kode yang mampu menyimpan dan memberikan data dengan respon yang cepat, dimana  data tersebut disimpan dalam database melalui sebuah web. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dengan DFD, pengimplementasian menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memberikan solusi agar memudahkan pegawai dalam mengelola absen, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai serta dapat menghitung rekapitulasi absensi secara akurat.

Abstract

Budidaya jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata) masih rentan terkena penyakit tanaman dan serangan hama. Pengetahuan terbatas yang dimiliki oleh petani untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini berdampak pada hasil produktivitas jagung manis yang tidak maksimal, bahkan cenderung menghasilkan kerugian bagi para petani. Pembuatan sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit jagung manis menggunakan runut maju diperlukan sebagai bantuan untuk para petani mengetahui solusi yang harus dilakukan jika tanaman jagung manis terkena penyakit atau serangan hama. Sistem pakar dengan metode runut maju yang dibuat menggunakan 12 (dua belas) penyakit dan 44 (empat puluh empat) gejala. Berdasarkan hubungan gejala dan penyakit diperoleh 12 (dua) belas aturan. Diagnosa penyakit tanaman jagung dilakukan dengan memasukkan gejala penyakit jagung manis dan melakukan perhitungan persentase terhadap aturan yang bersesuaian. Kemudian dipilih nilai penyakit dengan persentase terbesar. Setelah memperoleh diagnosa penyakit, dilakukan pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix. Hasil pengujian dari 58 data uji menunjukkan tingkat presisi sebesar 94.27 %, tingkat recall sebesar 81.67 % dan tingkat akurasi sebesar 96.84 %.

Abstract

Tanah Laut Regency is a district in South Kalimantan known as a livestock farming hub, particularly for beef cattle farming. The beef cattle population in this regency reached 88,420 heads in 2023. This large number of beef cattle requires greater attention from the local government. The Livestock and Animal Health Office of Tanah Laut Regency has Field Extension Officers (PPL) stationed in every village to monitor and inspect the condition of beef cattle owned by farmers. The issue is that monitoring results are still recorded manually, and farmers lack sufficient knowledge about beef cattle diseases. As a result, diseases are often not detected early, leading to severe conditions and even death. An expert system with forward chaining reasoning is necessary to reduce farmers' dependence on PPL due to their limited knowledge of beef cattle diseases. The expert system was developed based on a knowledge base derived from literature studies and interviews with an expert (one of the PPL officers). Data collected includes 21 diseases and 62 symptoms. The database used for the system consists of six tables. The system's functionality was tested using Blackbox Testing, and all functionalities performed well. The accuracy of the expert system was tested using 10 test data samples, achieving an accuracy rate of 90%.

Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) has the task of managing zakat on a national scale, including zakat. The number of prospective zakat recipients is greater than the availability of zakat funds distributed, which has an impact on the need for a selection process for mustahik. In this research, to assist the mustahik selection process, KNN will be used to classify mustahik candidates who meet the requirements, AHP to obtain consistent weights, and TOPSIS to provide recommendations for the order of mustahik whose zakat will be distributed. The dataset used in the research consisted of 77 data consisting of the criteria for number of dependents, husband's job, wife's job, total income, total expenses, and acceptance status of mustahik candidates. The application of KNN produced 15 data that were declared worthy of being considered mustahik. In the next stage, using AHP, the weights for each criterion were obtained at 12.66%, 9.23%, 10.10%, 45.96% and 22.04%. These weights were used in the TOPSIS decision support system and the results obtained were that the 76th mustahik candidate was the first ranked candidate to be proposed as a mustahik. In this research, a system was also built using KNN and AHP-TOPSIS using the PHP programming language as a recommendation system tool.

Abstract

Correspondence at Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut (Politala) is currently still done manually in the vertical delivery process between work units. This manual process results in inefficiency, especially in monitoring the status of documents such as Staff Review Documents. Staff Review is a document that must be made by the department to the director as a basis for requesting assignment letters, decrees, recommendation letters and the others. These documents often require repeated checking, causing delays in the workflow. In addition, paper-based correspondence archives increase the risk of losing documents and make it difficult to find them again. Therefore, the implementation of the Correspondence Management Information System (SiMantan) is needed to improve the efficiency of the correspondence administration process by providing electronic document management and real-time status monitoring. This information system is built using the waterfall development model and designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of Usecase Diagrams. While the programming language used is the PHP programming language with the Code Ignitor 3 framework and MySQL database. Functional testing of the system is carried out using the black box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) method which shows that all features in the information system function properly according to the expected specifications.

Abstract

The distribution of direct social assistance continues to face several challenges, particularly regarding inaccurate targeting and unequal allocation. One of the main causes of this issue is the lack of transparency in the distribution process, where assistance is often granted to individuals with familial ties to local committee members or even government officials. As a result, the groups most in need frequently do not receive the aid they deserve. This condition is also evident in Tanjung Village, Bajuin Subdistrict, Tanah Laut Regency. The manual process of grouping prospective aid recipients contributes to inaccuracies in targeting, which in turn leads to public dissatisfaction. To address this issue, this study applies the K-Means Clustering method to group potential social assistance recipients using data from 150 individuals and three main attributes: age, occupation, and income. The method clusters the data based on the similarity of characteristics, thus supporting a more equitable and efficient identification process. The evaluation is conducted using the Silhouette Coefficient to assess the quality of clustering. The results indicate that the highest Silhouette Score is achieved at k=2k = 2k=2, with a value of 0.8278, suggesting that dividing the data into two clusters provides the most optimal configuration. The Silhouette Score tends to decrease as the number of clusters increases, confirming that adding more clusters does not necessarily improve the quality of separation.

Abstract

Learning basically aims to foster student activity and creativity through various learning experiences and interactions. Teachers are an important part of the process of improving the quality of education. In addition, the success of the learning process depends on student activity. The world of education needs to improve the quality of students and their performance by using existing facilities, infrastructure and human resources. One way information systems can be used to improve student achievement and quality is by analyzing grades based on students' academic abilities, discipline and way of behaving.The aim of this research is to group students based on academic scores, disciplinary scores and attitude scores using the K-Means Clustering algorithm, so that the cluster results can be used as a reference in improving student scores in the next learning process. In this research, the elbow method was used to determine the optimal number of clusters. Students will be grouped into clusters. Visualization and correlation analysis between value variables is carried out to provide further insight into the distribution of data and the relationship between its values.
