Abstract

Kota Banjarmasin yang dikenal sebagai Kota Seribu Sungai terletak di bagian hilir Sungai Martapura yang bermuara di Sungai Barito secara administrasi pemerintahan Kota Banjarmasin memiliki lima kawasan yaitu kawasan Banjarmasin Utara, Banjarmasin Tengah, Banjarmasin Barat, Banjarmasin Timur, dan Banjarmasin Selatan. Dalam rencana tata ruang kota Banjarmasin kawasan Banjarmasin utara merupakan salah satuPusatPelayanan Kota sebagai pusat pertumbuhan utama dan pusat kegiatan wilayah perkotaan, Oleh sebab itu sangat perlu untuk dilakukan Studi Genangan kawasan Banjarmasin Utara untuk menangani genangan di wilayah tersebut. Genangan yang terjadi di Kota Banjarmasin disebabkan oleh air sungai pasang, air hujan maupun hujan yang bersamaan dengan air sungai pasang.Dalam stud igenangan kawasan Banjarmasin Utara dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data survey genangan, penyebab genangan, survey pasang surut sungai, kemudian dilakukan pemetaan genangan. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari studi ini maka perlu dilakukan tahapan-tahapan analisis  berupa : Analisa Hidrologi untuk mengetahi curah hujan rata-rata dan menghitung debit banjir rencana (debit puncak limpasan permukaan) pada DAS, analisa genangan dengan kenaikan elevasi muka air yang di simulasikan dalam peta, dan peta genangan yang diproyeksikan pada peta dibeberapa sub DAS yaitu pada sub DAS Andai, sub DAS Awang, sub DAS Jahri Saleh, sub DAS Kedaung, dan sub DAS Kuin.

Abstract

Since 2014, to reach the poor for increasing financial inclusion, the government of Indonesia has been digitizing social benefits. Recently, local government has also been pushed to build a “Digital Village.” We argue that for such a program to succeed, a good level of financial and digital literacy of the village officials is necessary. We surveyed the village officials in 60 out of 215 Aceh Tamiang to examine their financial, digital, and DFS literacy. We find that the literacy of the village officials, on average, is low. The factors contributing to low financial literacy are age, level of education, and accessibility to financial and digital services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui tentang penyelenggaraan Bimbingan Teknis sebagai upaya peningkatan profesionalme guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. (2) Untuk mengetahui peranan Bimtek sebagai upaya peningkatan prfesionalisme guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan tentang profesinalisme guru kegiatan belajar mengajar terkait dengan penyelenggaraan Bimbingan Teknis di Gugus Inti sekolah binaan Kecamatan Selat Kabupaten Kapuas Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Dari Penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa bimbingan teknis merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan yang merupakan bagian pengembangan staf dalam usaha meningkatkan kemampuan profesional personel sekolah terutama guru dengan cara mengubah sikap, meningkatkan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan. Bimbingan Teknis mempunyai peranan penting bagi upaya peningkatan profesional guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebab menjadikan guru lebih maju, berwawasan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang lebih modern.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the process of supervising human resources in improving the work discipline of civil servants. (Study at the Berkas Kelurahan Office, Teluk Segara Subdistrict, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the Supervision of Human Resources in Improving the Work Discipline of Civil Servants. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The technique used is Accident Cluster Sampling, a collection technique The data in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation.The theory of the stages in supervision according to Kadarman (2001:161), among others, can be concluded: Determination of Implementation Standards (Planning) for the Head of the Village Office in carrying out supervision and work discipline has been implemented and implemented based on the regulations of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus of Government Employees with a Work Agreement, hereinafter abbreviated as PPPK, Determination of Measurement of the Implementation of Leadership Activities in this case Mrs. n all employees from planning to implementation of activities, Comparing the Implementation of Activities with Standards and Analyzing Deviations In the implementation of activities there are problems, especially getting information from superiors suddenly so that there is no preparation at all, the room has a very limited capacity and cannot accommodate more people large, and the condition of covid 19 so that activities are reduced or even eliminated and the Correctional Action taken by the leadership at the File Head Office has never changed the rules regarding employee discipline in entering work. Because these rules are standard and obeyed by all ASN in Indonesia and must be implemented by all employees.

Abstract

Abstract. The importance of the role of youth to face the future, so they must be equipped and prepared with education about entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneur) at the basic education level is to develop independent, creative, leadership and hard work traits. To improve and prepare for this, socialization or counseling was carried out at the Az-Zahra Islamic Boarding School Foundation (SMP Tulung Agung) on Jl. Axis Samarinda -Tenggarong Gg. Langsat RT. 002 Jembayan Village, Jembayan, Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara. The socialization will on 28 March 2022. The purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship and build an entrepreneurial spirit. The method used in this activity is to provide education in the form of counseling about entrepreneurship, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this activity obtained from student response data state that students have known about entrepreneurship more broadly and can instill entrepreneurial spirits and interest in entrepreneurs. Abstrak. Pentingnya peranan pelajar untuk menghadapi masa depan, sehingga harus dibekali dan dipersiapkan edukasi mengenai kewirausahaan. Jiwa kewirausahaan (entrepreneur) pada jenjang pendidikan dasar adalah dengan mengembangkan sifat mandiri, kreatif, kepemimpinan dan kerja keras. Untuk meningkatkan dan mempersiapakan hal tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Az-Zahra (SMP Tulung Agung) di Jl. Poros Samarinda -Tenggarong Gg. Langsat RT. 002 Desa Jembayan, Jembayan, Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara. Sosialisasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Maret 2022. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan dan membangun jiwa entrepreneur. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini ialah dengan memberikan edukasi berupa penyuluhan mengenai kewirausahaan, diskusi serta tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diperoleh dari data respon pelajar menyatakan bahwa para pelajar telah mengetahui tentang entrepreneur lebih luas lagi dan dapat menanamkan jiwa-jiwa entrepreneur serta ketertarikan terhadap entrepreneur.

Abstract

Alih fungsi lahan tanpa perencanaan dapat mengakibatkan banyak masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perubahan tutupan lahan masing-masing fungsi kawasan selama rentang waktu 11 tahun dimulai dari tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2020 di Wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kutai Barat Provinsi Kalimantan Timur pada bulan Februari–Mei 2021, yaitu persiapan penelitian, pelaksanaan penelitian, pengolahan data dan penyajian hasilPenelitian ini menggunakan peta perubahan tutupan lahan wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Barat selama rentang waktu 11 tahun dari tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2020 dan peta fungsi kawasan hutan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana perubahan tutupan lahan masing-masing fungsi kawasan yang terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi perubahan luas areal berhutan seluas 105.439,10 Ha atau sekitar 6,16% atau sekitar 0,56% pertahunnya, yang beralih menjadi areal non hutan sebesar 6,16%, dimana perubahan terbesar terjadi pada hutan lahan kering sekunder sebesar 107.736,89 Ha atau sekitar 6,30 %, hal ini selain disebabkan oleh adanya pemanfaatan dan penggunaan areal hutan menjadi areal non hutan, juga terjadi karena adanya peralihan status kawasan hutan menjadi kawasan non hutan/areal penggunaan lain.

Abstract

 Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming labour markets through automation, job displacement, and the creation of new employment opportunities. This study employs a descriptive and comparative research design to analyze AI's impact across various industries, using statistical trend analysis, comparative sector evaluations, and qualitative NVivo-style interview analysis. Findings indicate that industries such as manufacturing and retail experience high job displacement rates (45% and 35%), whereas healthcare and Education show higher AI-driven job creation (50% and 60%). A major challenge identified is the AI skills gap, where 84% of interview respondents highlighted difficulties in workforce adaptation due to the lack of AI-related training programs. The trend analysis reveals a 55% increase in AI job creation between 2015-2025, but many workers remain unprepared for these new roles. Comparative industry analysis suggests that countries and sectors investing in reskilling initiatives and AI governance policies experience lower AI-induced unemployment rates. Beyond economic concerns, this study highlights AI's psychological and social implications in the workplace, such as job insecurity, workplace surveillance, and mental health challenges. To address these issues, governments and corporations must implement AI workforce reskilling programs, fair labour policies, and ethical AI deployment strategies. The research concludes that proactive AI governance and workforce adaptation strategies are essential for ensuring an inclusive and sustainable labour market transition.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the modern retail sector, particularly hypermarkets in East Kalimantan, influencing consumer behavior by creating anxiety and promoting both hedonic and utilitarian shopping behaviors. This study examines how attitudes toward behavior mediate the relationship between anxiety, utilitarian value, hedonic value, and behavioral intention among hypermarket consumers post-pandemic. The study addresses theoretical and empirical inconsistencies in these relationships. Involving 160 participants selected through systematic random sampling, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0. Seven hypotheses were tested. Findings indicate that only utilitarian value and attitude toward behavior significantly affect behavioral intention. Both hedonic and utilitarian values predict attitudes toward behavior, while anxiety has a negative and insignificant effect on both behavioral intention and attitudes. Post-pandemic, consumers are no longer anxious about shopping at hypermarkets, suggesting a need for improved promotions and services in hypermarkets.

Abstract

The importance of the role of learners in the future, therefore entrepreneurship education must be continued and prepared. Entrepreneurship at the basic education level is designed to develop independent, creative, leadership and hardworking traits. To improve and prepare it, socialization or counseling was carried out at the Al-mujahideen Integrated Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Jl Soekarno-Hatta Km 10, Karang Joang Village, North Balikpapan District, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. The socialization was held on October 16, 2022, consisting of 82 students. The purpose of this socialization is to provide information about entrepreneurship and build an entrepreneurial spirit. The method of this activity is to provide education, discussion and question and answer, and wilcoxon test is also used to find out the comparison before and after the delivery of the material. The results of this activity are expected that students can gain knowledge about entrepreneurship and develop a desire to become entrepreneurs for the future, the results of the Wilcoxon test state that there are significant differences before and after the delivery of the material. So all students have understood more deeply about entrepreneurial knowledge, developed and built a mindset about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study was designed to investigate the relationship between Society 5.0 and the development of entrepreneurial competencies. The research employed a questionnaire-based interview involving 159 dragon fruit farmers in the Indonesian Capital City/Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). The collected questionnaire data were analyzed using moderated regression techniques. The results indicate a correlation between the proposed hypotheses and the findings, demonstrating that digital skills, understanding of information technology (IT), and relevant education significantly influence adaptive attitudes and mental readiness. Furthermore, both adaptive attitudes and mental readiness have a substantial effect on entrepreneurial competence. Digital skills, understanding of IT, and relevant education, when moderated by adaptive attitudes, can enhance entrepreneurial competence. However, mental readiness does not serve as a moderating factor. These findings contribute valuable insights to both academic discourse and practical policies aimed at enhancing farmers' entrepreneurial competencies within the framework of a sustainable Society 5.0.
