Abstract

The at-tartil method is a guidebook in learning to read al-quran directly (without spelling) and enter or practice the reading of tartil in accordance with the rules of ulumut tajwid and ulumul ghorib This At-tartil book emerged because it was motivated by unrest among the NU Sidoarjo scholars more precisely the NU Syuriah Branch of Sidoarjo, because at the beginning of the 80-90s various kinds of books were studied in the Koran but not accompanied by the teachers skills in operating books the book. This At-Tartil Method uses a drill technique. The type of research that will be used in this study is to use the Posttest Only method. This study involved two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, both of whom received the same learning treatment process in terms of content, purpose and teaching material. Referring to the results of data analysis from the results of the research that has been done, obtained t-count value of 22.0503 and t_table value of 1.684. This means that t count> t table then Ho is rejected; Ha accepted. It can be stated that the experimental group and the control group have significant average differences, with this indicating that the use of the At-Tartil method is effective in the learning of PTKI Tahsin Al-Qur'an students in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

The history of Islamic culture is one of the subjects that emphasizes more on historical stories. Multimedia autoplay is one of the media that helps SKI learning more interesting and innovative, not just to present conventional learning. This is in accordance with the development of the industrial revolution era 4.0. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of learning outcomes of the history of Islamic culture by using multimedia autoplay in class XI Madrasah Aliyah Samarinda City. This type of research used in this research is quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this research were all Madrasah Aliyah, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province and the samples used in this research were two classes from three schools namely MAN 2 Samarinda, MA Terpadu Al Uswah, and MA Al Mujahidin with the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the t test with the prerequisites for normality tests using Kolmogorov Smirnov and homogeneity tests using Levene's. Judging from the average learning outcomes, the results of this research are that using Multimedia Autoplay is greater than the conventional method. Thus the used of Multimedia Autoplay is effective against learning outcomes of the history of Islamic culture in Madrasah Aliyah, Samarinda City.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out the effectiveness of Mathematics learning result by using multimedia auto play of East Kalimantan ethnic. The research is a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of the research is all sixth grade students of SD Fastabiqul Khairat in Samarinda City. The data collection technique is done by simple random sampling. The research sample is 50 students consist of 25 students for experimental and control groups. The instrument used in collecting the data is the test of Mathematics learning result. The prerequisite of data analysis is using Liliefors test for the normality test while for homogenity test is using Fisher test, with a = 0,05 obtained the sample from the normal and homogeneous distribution of population, while the data analysis technique is using t test. The research result is that the using of multimedia auto play of East Kalimantan ethnic is effective in increasing the Mathematics learnning result.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (Library Research), dan obyek penelitian adalah kitab Manhaj As-Sawi karya Habib Zain bin Smith dengan metode observasi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis konten sebagai metode analisisnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam kitab Manhaj As-Sawi terdapat etika pendidik yang harus diterapkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis penulis yang menemukan  bahwa etika yang harus dimiliki pendidik yaitu; etika pendidik kepada diri sendiri (Zuhud dan Tawadhu), etika pendidik kepada peserta didik (adil atau Inshof, Berkata “La Adry” atau “Wallahu A’lam”, Berhati-hati dalam memberi fatwa, dan lemah lembut), etika pendidik kepada teman sejawat dan masyarakat  (Meninggalkan perdebatan, dan Tidak bergaul dengan penguasa). Dari ketiga klasifikasi tersebut sangat relevan diterapkan pada pendidikan Islam masa sekarang.

Abstract

This study investigates the legal framework surrounding unpaid wages and the subsequent efforts of workers to secure their rightful compensation. Companies employ various tactics to avoid fulfilling their wage obligations, such as delaying payments and making unilateral deductions. In response to these practices, workers, as victims of wage non-payment, persist in seeking their due rights even after fulfilling their job responsibilities. One avenue pursued by workers is engaging in mediation with government intermediaries. The study focuses on the legal context shaped by the government to address the issue, particularly through the enactment of Government Act Number 36 of 2021 on Wages. This legislation plays a crucial role in outlining the government's responsibilities and measures to curb non-payment of wages by companies. Government Regulation No. 36 of 2021 on Wages elucidates the government's role in imposing sanctions, including fines, on companies failing to fulfill their wage obligations to workers. The research aims to shed light on the effectiveness and implications of these legal measures in safeguarding the rights of workers and ensuring fair compensation for their labor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang Tinjauan Perbandingan Kewajiban Hukum Perusahaan Alih Daya / Outsourcing dengan Perusahaan Pengguna Jasa Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaturan hukum pelaku usaha perusahaan alih daya / outsourcing dengan pelaksanaan kewajiban hukum pelaku usaha perusahaan pekerja langsung berdasarkan Undang-Undang cipta kerja; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan kewajiban hukum pelaku usaha alih daya / outsourcing dengan pelaksanaan kewajiban hukum pelaku usaha pekerja langsung berdasarkan Undang-Undang cipta kerja; (3) untuk mengetahui bagaimana seharusnya pelaku usaha baik perusahaan alih daya / outsourcing maupun usaha perusahaan pekerja langsung dalam memberikan kewajiban hukum atas segala hal yang berkaitan dengan pekerja berdasarkan Undang-Undang cipta kerja. Kemudian teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori keadilan, teori perlindungan hukum, teori kepastian hukum. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum yang bersifat Yuridis Normatif dengan pertimbangan dan analisis permasalahan hukum terkait Undang-Undang No.11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dan Peraturan Pemerintah No.35 tahun 2021 tentang perjanjian waktu tertentu, alih daya, waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Kemudian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tidak adanya keadilan dan kesetaraan hak antara pekerja langsung perusahaan dan pekerja alih daya / outsourcing yang telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang No.11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dan Peraturan Pemerintah No.35 tahun 2021.

Abstract

Pesantren ialah lembaga pendidikan islam yang sudah teruji sampai saat ini masih survive dengan bermacam dinamikanya, sehingga keberadaannya kini menarik perhatian dunia pendidikan secara umum. Ciri khas yang membedakan pesantren dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya ialah sistem pendidikannya 24 jam yang mampu mendukung terbentuknya pendidikan karakter. Selain itu kurikulum yang digunakan dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pesantren sehingga membuatnya semakin unik, dan karakter kurikulumnya mencakup beberapa point yang saat ini juga diwujudkan dalam kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang ada di dalam pondok pesantren salafiyah dalam membentuk sikap santri melalui kajian-kajian kitab kuningnya. Pendekaatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di pondok pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan, pondok pesantren salafiyah Nurul Muhibbin Grogot, Pondok Pesantren Darurrahman tenggarong dan Pondok pesantren Nurul Amin samarinda. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan, pengasuh bagian pendidikan, asatidz dan perwakilan santri melalui tekhnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu pondok pesantren salafiyah secara esensi telah melakukan komponen-komponen yang ada dalam kurikulum 2013 tanpa disadari secara langsung, dan juga berhasil membentuk sikap santri melalui pemahaman kitab kuning dengan menterjemahkan dan menghubungkannya ke dalam ciri khas pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuka pandangan masyarakat luas bahwa pendidikan di pesantren sangat tepat, lengkap dan dapat sehingga jauh berbeda denganpendidikan formal biasa.
