Abstract

Guru mempunyai peranan terpenting dalam pengembangan kualitas pendidikan di setiap negara. Mereka adalah master kunci dalam meningkatkan masa depan yang lebih baik untuk masing-masing siswa. Mereka harus menjadi profesional untuk melakukan tugas dan tugas mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan hubungan antara kemampuan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Inggris bersertifikat. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini memperoleh data bahwasannya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan guru dan motivasi pada kinerja guru dengan sig. 2-tailed 0,005 <0,05 dan nilai R Square adalah 0,697 yang berarti secara bersama-sama variabel kemampuan dan motivasi guru memberikan kontribusi 69,7% pada kinerja guru. Kata kunci: kemampuan guru, motivasi, kinerja guru

Abstract

Penelitian dan pegembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara mengembangkan media interaktif berbasis powerpoint yang berguna pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas III MI Esa Nusa Islamic School Kabupaten Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui kualitas media interaktif berdasarkan aspek kevalidan serta aspek kepraktisan ditinjau dari penilaian validator ahli materi, ahli media, ahli Pendidikan dan angket respon peserta didik. Motede pada penelitian ini adalah metode R&D atau Research and Development dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evalution. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan dari ahli materi yaitu 3,7 dan tingkat kevalidan dari ahli media yaitu 3,9 dengan kriteria baik dan layak digunakan. Adapun tingkat kepraktisan penilaian dari ahli Pendidikan yaitu 3,4 atau setuju dan tingkat kepraktisan menurut respon siswa yaitu 3,81 atau sangat setuju. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa media interaktif yang dibuat peneliti layak dan praktis digunakan.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to create an enjoyable learning experience by introducing English songs to children at KB/TK Kasih Ibu 05 in Periuk, Tangerang. During this activity, the instructor used direct and demonstration methods. The activities included obtaining implementation permits, preparing materials and tools, executing the program, and evaluating its effectiveness. The training began by introducing new vocabulary through English videos tailored to the level of KB/TK students. The children watched several English song videos, practiced pronunciation of the vocabulary with appropriate intonation, rhythm, and stress related to the songs, and concluded with singing English songs together with movements. It is hoped that after participating in this activity, the PAUD children will become familiar with English songs and that teachers can utilize simple English songs as a learning resource.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether students who use the Value Clarification Technique model and students who do not use the model vary in their learning results for civics. This study employed a non-equivalent control group design and a quasi-experimental design method. Class IV students at SD Negeri Cengkareng Barat 03 Pagi made up the population of this study. A sample of 56 students were divided into two groups, class IV A and class IV B, with class IV A serving as the control class and class B as the experimental class. Techniques for gathering data that use test questions as the primary data source and focus on learning outcomes. The findings of hypothesis testing using the t test in the control class and experimental class at the conclusion of learning (posttest) yielded tcount = 2.935 with a significance level of 5% (=0.05) and ttable = 2.005, respectively. H0 is rejected because 2.935 > 2.005 (tcount > ttable). According to the findings of the research, adopting the Value Clarification Technique model has an impact on students' learning outcomes in class IV civics courses.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low interest in learning English among elementary school students in English subjects, which is largely caused by the use of conventional teaching materials that are less interactive and interesting. The aim of this research is to develop an interactive e-module based on Heyzine flipbook which is specifically designed to increase student involvement in the English learning process. This research uses the ADDIE model. This model consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The research used test subjects with validity tests from material experts, media experts, one to one trials and small group trials. Based on the results of assessments from experts, namely media experts and material experts, with validation results, namely from material experts assessing learning media at 5, from media experts assessing learning media at 5, teacher assessments assessing learning media at 4.7, and student responses assessing learning media in one to one trials at 4.2 and small-scale trials at 4.47, thus the learning media based on the Heyzine flipbook developed is very good and worthy of being used as English learning media for elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana strategi guru dalam implementasi pembelajaran di kelas inklusif khususnya dalam ruang lingkup TK di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan sifat kejadian yang berlangsung selama pengambilan data dalam bentuk sebuah narasi ilmiah. Sumber data diambil secara langsung dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara serta pengambilan dokumentasi di TK Islam Kinasih di Kota Tangerang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, guru, dan siswa regular dan siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang bersekolah di TK Islam Kinasih  di Kota Tangerang. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa dalam pelaksanaan strategi pengelolaan kelas inklusif di TK Islam Kinasih sudah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik. Guru telah melaksanakan tiga fase komponen baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pengelolaan kelas inklusif baik kepada siswa regular maupun siswa ABK. Kerja sama yang baik antara stake holder, pihak sekolah, instansi Pendidikan, orang tua/wali murid sangat diharapkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi dan perkembangan anak dalam menciptakan situasi belajar yang kondusif.Abstract:  The aim of this research is to analyze the teachers' strategies in implementing teaching and learning process in inclusive classes, especially within the scope of kindergarten level in Tangerang City. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach which describes the nature of events that occurred during data collection in the form of a scientific narrative. The data of this research were taken directly by conducting observations and interviews as well as taking documentation to Kinasih Islamic kindergarten in Tangerang City. The subjects of this research were school principals, teachers, and regular students and students with special needs who attended Kinasih Islamic kindergarten in Tangerang City. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive classroom management strategies at the Kinasih Islamic Kindergarten has been implemented very well. Teachers have implemented three phases in planning, implementing and evaluating inclusive classroom management for both regular and special needs students. Good cooperation between stakeholders, schools, educational institutions, parents/guardians of students is highly expected to maximize children's potential and development in creating a conducive learning situation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of students' writing skills on English subjects using the 'What Missing' method. This study used a quasi-experimental research method with the research design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population subjects in this study were 76th grade students of Kampung Melayu 1 Elementary School 1 Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques using question instruments test essay writing skills To test the pretest hypothesis in this study used the t test, from the results of the t test obtained t count = -0.3 <t table = 2.00. Whereas for testing the posttest hypothesis from the results of the t test it is obtained t count = 6.06> t table = 2.00, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the posttest value of the control class and the experimental class. This can be interpreted that the use of the What’s Missing method is very influential on students' English writing skills.
