Objective: Â to determine the effect of the remuneration system on work motivation, job satisfaction and its impact on nurse's performance in the Dr. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Lung Hospital, Cisarua, Bogor.Methods: This article Â methode is a descriptive analysis which use partial data analysis least square. The source of data research by questionaire filled by the government and general services corporation nurses for 97 samples.Results: Â The result of this research has shown a significant influences between remuneration system to motivation, satisfaction services and also performance of nurses. It is proven that the result of Smart application Partial Least Square has shown us all the indicator result >0.6 with correlation value close to 1 and validity test in each indicator give the valid result >0.7.Â Conclusion: Â this hospital keeps continue using the remuneration system in order to give the division of payment services, give the transformation of leadership application program, block the social media situs program, lose the multitasking, optimize the supervision program, optimize the sport program to increase motivation, working and performance satisfaction of nurses.

This research aimed to present the Fuzzy approach in determining the optimal production capacity of the Nugget Production. The Fuzzy Model was developed by using two membership sets; i.e. the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) variable membership set of the production machine and Nugget Demand Forecasting. Nugget demand forecasting uses an exponential smoothing method due to its time-series type of query history data. OEE values were calculated using Availability, Performance and Quality Yield. In the Fuzzy approach, the Forecasting Membership Set uses the Triangular Membership Function type, and the OEE Membership Set uses the Trapezoidal Membership Function type. The fuzzy set model produced can be used as a tool for the company in determining the value of the Optimal Capacity production so that demands can be fulfilled and the product stocks decrease.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Employee Engagement, Quality of Work Life on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable of PT. Communication This type of research is quantitative. The source of this research data is primary data that comes from the sample, namely the employees of PT. communication. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling which was distributed to all employees as many as 97 respondents. This study uses the path analysis method (path analysis) which is obtained using the Smart PLS application. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement, and Quality of Work Life have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction. And Employee Engagement, Quality of Work Life, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Organizational Commitment, and it can be concluded that the Satisfaction variable as an intervening variable can mediate Employee Engagement, and Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. at PT. communication.

Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. Meanwhile, the dominant factor toward quality of nursing services was caring with Odds Ratio 3.947. Caring, nurse competence, inpatient facilities, knowledge and costs related to the quality of nursing services, is expected to dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara can maintain and develop for the better.

Pneumonia is an acute infection and a picture of the lungs (alveoli), pneumonia in toddlers is characterized by symptoms of coughing so hard to breathe. The purpose of this study is health education with audiovisual media and books for parents with pneumonia toddlers, this research is a quasi-experiment, with non-equivalent without control group design pretest-posttest, there were 30 respondents in total, divided into 3 groups, 10 respondents were given health education using audiovisual media, 10 respondents used booklet media and 10 respondents were given audiovisual media and booklets. The tool used data for demographic data, questionnaire data to find out parents, and questionnaire to measure the attitude of parents. The results showed that there was a significant influence on knowledge, behavior, and behavior in caring for toddlers with pneumonia before and after it was done using audiovisual media, booklets at the level of knowledge p-value (0.0005), attitude value p-value (0.0005), and p-value behavior ( 0.0005), the use of Audiovisual intervals can be used when adequate health services, another alternative is the use of booklet media that can be used because it is easier and easier everywhere

Ineffective communication is one of the factors that can endanger patient safety. One of the effectivecommunication methods in nursing is operant. This study identified the effect of effective communicationtraining with the ISOBAR and SBAR methods on the knowledge and quality of nurse handover. This researchwith a quasi-experimental design involved 20 nurses who were divided into two groups, namely ISOBAR andSBAR. Questionnaires and observation forms in data collection, and analysis of General Linear Model Repeat Measures (GLM-RM) to measure the effect of effective communication training on operant knowledgeand quality. Effective communication training with the ISOBAR and SBAR methods was effective inincreasing the knowledge of nurses and the quality of the handover (p <0.05). The mean knowledge scoreincreased from 50.76 to 84.61 for the ISOBAR group and 56.16 to 83.85 for the SBAR group. The mean scoreof operand quality also increased from 69.63 to 95.20 in the ISOBAR group and 73 to 92 in the SBAR group.The overall score of knowledge and operant quality in the ISOBAR group was higher than the SBAR group.

Background: Breathing exercise can provide a positive effect for patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), because it can increase development of lung and will increase the consentration of oxygen in the blood so that oxygen need it. Accupresure will stimulate and rebuild the cells in the body are weakened and imporve blood circulation in the body, as to reduce tension and fatigue.Purpose: To determine the effect of breathing exercises and acupressure on the level of fatigue and oxygen saturation of CRF patients.Method: Quasy experiment with 20 participants, instrument is used to fatigue assesment scale (FAS), fatigue and saturation oxygen obsevation sheet. This research is implementated in hemodialysis room at Serang Hospital.Results: There was a significant different of level fatigue before and after breathing exercise (p=0.005), significant different of level fatigue before and after breathing exercise and acupresure (p=0.014), and there significant different of oxygen saturation before and after breathing exercise and before and after breathing exercise and acupresure (p=0.108).Conclusion: Exercise breathing in people with chronic renal failure can alter how tired they feel, and as a result, there is a big difference in how tired they feel before and after exercising while taking deep breaths.

Employee engagement plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance, particularly among the millennial workforce. This study aims to investigate the determinants of employee engagement and its impact on millennial generation employee performance in life insurance companies in DKI Jakarta. The research methodology involves a quantitative approach using structured questionnaires distributed among employees. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between work-life balance, flexible working arrangements, employee engagement, and employee performance. Furthermore, employee engagement is found to mediate the relationship between work-life balance/flexible working arrangement and employee performance. These results underscore the importance of fostering employee engagement and implementing work-life balance and flexible working arrangements to enhance millennial employee performance in life insurance companies. These results emphasize the significance of work-life balance, flexible working arrangements, and employee engagement in enhancing millennial employee performance in life insurance companies in DKI Jakarta.

Latar Belakang : Dengan adanya Digital Marketing diharapkan dapat mendorong perusahaan atau Marketplace dalam mempromosikan usahanya baik dalam segi jasa yang memberikan wadah kepada seller untuk membuat toko secara online dan juga kemudahan yang akan diperoleh konsumen ketika berbelanja di Marketplace tersebut. Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, kualitas pelayanan dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Metode: Jenis penelitiaan ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau memberi beberapa lembar pernyataan untuk mengumpulkan data responden dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil:, Digital marketing berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Digital marketing melalui kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dan Digital marketing dan kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam berbelanja di Market Place. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Digital marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
