Abstract

Employee engagement plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance, particularly among the millennial workforce. This study aims to investigate the determinants of employee engagement and its impact on millennial generation employee performance in life insurance companies in DKI Jakarta. The research methodology involves a quantitative approach using structured questionnaires distributed among employees. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between work-life balance, flexible working arrangements, employee engagement, and employee performance. Furthermore, employee engagement is found to mediate the relationship between work-life balance/flexible working arrangement and employee performance. These results underscore the importance of fostering employee engagement and implementing work-life balance and flexible working arrangements to enhance millennial employee performance in life insurance companies. These results emphasize the significance of work-life balance, flexible working arrangements, and employee engagement in enhancing millennial employee performance in life insurance companies in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :  Dengan adanya Digital Marketing diharapkan dapat mendorong perusahaan atau Marketplace dalam mempromosikan usahanya baik dalam segi jasa yang memberikan wadah kepada seller untuk membuat toko secara online dan juga kemudahan yang akan diperoleh konsumen ketika berbelanja di Marketplace tersebut. Tujuan:  Penelitian   bertujuan   untuk   mengetahui   pengaruh   digital   marketing,   kualitas  pelayanan dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen terhadap   loyalitas   konsumen. Metode: Jenis   penelitiaan   ini   menggunakan   penelitian kuantitatif. Data   yang   dikumpulkan   penelitian   ini   menggunakan   kuesioner   atau   memberi beberapa  lembar  pernyataan  untuk  mengumpulkan  data  responden  dengan  jumlah  responden sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil:, Digital marketing berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Digital marketing melalui kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dan Digital marketing dan kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam berbelanja di Market Place. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan penelitian  ini  menunjukkan bahwa Digital marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
