Abstract

AbstrakRevolusi industri 4.0 secara tidak langsung mengharuskan kemampuan berpikir kritis tingkat tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan penerapan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Metode penelitain yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) melalui 2 siklus pembelajaran. Penelitian merupakan penelitian populasi dengan jumlah 16 orang siswa Teknik Komputer dan jaringan (TKJ) SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan eknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik memperoleh nilai sebesar 62% pada kategori tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 74, nilai tertinggi 88 dan nilai terendah 50. Sementara pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan dengan ketuntasan nilainya sebesar 100%, nilai rata-rata yaitu 79, nilai tertinggi 85, dan nilai terendah 75. Berdasakan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan menggunakan model PBL. AbstractThe industrial revolution 4.0 indirectly requires high-level critical thinking skills. The research aims to improve students' critical thinking skills by applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) through 2 learning cycles. The research is a population study with a total of 16 students of Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. Data collection technique using test and data analysis technique using descriptive. The results obtained in cycle 1 are the students' critical thinking skills scored 62% in the complete category with an average value of 74, the highest value of 88 and the lowest value of 50. While in cycle 2 an increase with 100% completeness is a value, the average value is 79, the highest value is 85, and the lowest value is 75. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that an increase in students' critical thinking skills using the PBL model.

Abstract

Bahan ajar konvensional belum mampu memenuhi tuntutan pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul digital pembelajaran berbasis STEM pada mata kuliah sistem operasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan prosedur ADDIE, dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan yatu; 1) Analisis (analysis), 2) Desain (design), 3) Pengembangan (development), 4) Implementasi (implementation), dan 5) Evaluasi (evaluation). Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil amata kuliah sistem operasi berjumlah 17 orang. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar validasi dan angket praktikalitas dengan teknik analiisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Tahap pengujian kelayakan Modul digital dilakukan dengan cara validasi produk oleh dua orang pakar, yaitu ahli desain dan ahli konten. Hasil penelitian mennjukan bahwa nilai validitas produk dengan kategori sangat valid sedangkan nilai praktikalitas pada kategori Praktis. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul digital Sistem Operasi berbasis STEM sangat valid dan praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Low computational thinking skills cause students to have difficulty solving problems. This study aims to analyze whether there is an increase in students' CT abilities using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning. The research method is an experiment using an experimental group of 30 students and a control class of 32 students. The research instrument uses questionnaires and rubrics to assess students' CT abilities. The results of the T-test analysis used are Equal variances not assumed, which is 0.000 (Sig. (2-tailed)) > 0.05 means There is an increase in student's CT abilities using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning, so There is an increase in student's CT abilities using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning. Thus, there is an increase in the ability of students to think computationally using the STEM-oriented MEA model with conventional learning.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an animated learning video integrating Randai, a traditional performing art rooted in Minangkabau local wisdom, as a culturally responsive learning medium to foster creativity among vocational students. In response to the limited use of innovative and culturally contextualized media in environmental ethics learning, this research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. During the Define stage, a needs analysis was conducted to align the video content with environmental impact materials. In the Design stage, a narrative script based on Randai was created, followed by the development of storyboards and video production using Powtoon. Expert validation was carried out in the Develop stage, and product testing involving vocational students occurred in the Disseminate phase. Research instruments included validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and creativity assessments. Data were analyzed descriptively using percentage calculations. The results show that the developed animation video is considered valid by experts (89%) and highly practical by students (88%). Moreover, it significantly enhances students’ creative thinking skills, particularly in fluency, flexibility, and originality. This study contributes to the field by demonstrating how local cultural heritage can be effectively integrated into digital learning media, supporting the development of 21st-century skills while promoting cultural preservation in vocational education contexts.

Abstract

Background: Renang gaya kupu-kupu adalah gaya renang yang gerakannya terbilang sulit untuk dilakukan. Anak-anak di A&B Swim School Kuala Lumpur Malaysia masih kesulitan untuk berlatih renang gaya kupu-kupu. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melatih/mengajarkan renang gaya kupu-kupu menggunakan alat penunjang seperti pulbouys dan fins. Subjek pengabdian anak-anak di A&B Swim School Kuala Lumpur Malaysia yang terdiri dari 25 orang anak-anak berusia 8-14 tahun. Metode: Metode yang diberikan adalah pelatihan renang gaya kupu-kupu kepada menggunakan pulbouys dan fins sebagai alat bantu latihan teknik gerakan tangan dan kaki, sehingga anak-anak lebih cepat bisa renang gaya kupu-kupu. Dengan  tahapan: 1) Latihan pernafasan renang gaya kupu-kupu di dalam air, 2) Latihan Gerakan kaki gaya kupu-kupu menggunakan fin, 3) Latihan Gerakan tangan menggunakan pulbouys, 4) Latihan koordinasi renang gaya kupu-kupu menggunakan fins. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan PKM ini anak-anak di A&B Swim School Kuala Lumpur Malaysia mampu melakukan renang gaya kupu-kupu dengan Teknik yang benar yang dilatih menggunakan alat bantu pulbouys dan fins. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan renang gaya kupu-kupu yang dilakukan menggunakan pulbouys dan fins ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan gerakan renang gaya kupu-kupu.
