Abstract

Sebagian besar masyarakat di Desa Waru, Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo memiliki sisa lahan pekarangan rumah akan tetapi lahan tersebut kurang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberi kesadaran kepada masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dan pengetahuan tentang Tanaman Obat bagi kesehatan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk optimalisasi lahan pekarangan sebagai taman TOGA. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Waru Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kesadaran dari masyarakat Desa Waru Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo dalam pemanfaatan pekarangan untuk dijadikan percontohan serta mengetahui cara pemanfaatan TOGA dan mulai untuk melakukan penanaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga

Abstract

Dragon fruit plants are one of the horticultural products that are included in international commodities. Since entering the mid-2000s, dragon fruit has multiplied in various regions in Indonesia. Dragon fruit is one of the commodities whose prospects are increasing in the market. The increasing demand and consumption of dragon fruit cause the need for ways to increase productivity in several production centers. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of dragon fruit farming. The research was conducted in the Organic Village of Beji Village, Wonogiri Regency, with a descriptive method. The data analysis used were farming costs, revenue, income, and feasibility. Organic dragon fruit farming costs with a land area 1000m2 in the first year amounted to Rp.17,470,000, in the second year, amounted to Rp. 4,660,000, and in the third year, amounted to Rp. 3,370,000. Organic dragon fruit farming revenue with a land area 1000m2 in the first year amounted to Rp. 2,304,000, in the second year, amounted to Rp. 11,520,000, and in the third year, amounted to Rp. 10,800,000. The income level of organic dragon fruit farming with a land area of 1000m2 in the first year amounted to Rp. 15,166,000, in the second year amounted to Rp. 6,860,000, and in the third year, it amounted to 7,430,000. The feasibility of organic dragon fruit farming with a land area of 1000m2 in the first year amounted to -0.87, in the second year amounted to 1.48, and in the third year amounted to 2.20. Abstract

In supporting the government's progress and future development, it is necessary to make the agricultural sector-based industry Small and Medium Enterprises the leading sector in the development of a region. Wonogiri Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java that has enough potential to develop Small and Medium Enterprise agroindustry. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the internal and external factor environment in the Agroindustry Small and Medium Enterprise Leading Cluster and 2) to select alternative strategies for business actors using the methods used in the IFE and EFE Matrices, SWOT Analysis, and QSPM. The results of the study are 1) the strategies used are market penetration strategies, market development, and product development, and 2) the selected strategy is market development. Strategies that can be used in market development in cashew clusters are 1) utilization of information technology, 2) expanding the network/marketplace, 3) revitalization of cashew crops, and 3) training of human resources to increase productivity. Abstract

This research aims to develop a performance assessment method to obtain the priority order of regional superior clusters to support the economy in Wonogiri Regency. Priority selection is based on the weight of the selection criteria and by showing indicators for each criterion and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. There are 3 main criteria for assessing the performance of regional superior clusters, namely regional economic development, product competitiveness and employment. The research results show that with the AHP method the weights are obtained in order of regional economic development (0.623), competitiveness (0.2196) and workforce (0.157). The results of the regional superior cluster selection are Cashew Cluster (0.381), Sweet Potato Cluster (0.136), Processed Food Cluster (0.133), Wood Cluster (0.130), Medicinal Plant Cluster (0.120) and Horticulture Cluster (0.009). Keywords: Regional Excellence Clusters, Criteria, AHP INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu metode penilaian kinerja untuk mendapatkan urutan prioritas dari klaster unggulan daerah guna mendukung perekonomian di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Pemilihan prioritas berdasarkan bobot dari kriteria pemilihan dan dengan memperlihatkan indicator dari setiap kriteria dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Ada 3 kriteria utama untuk menilai kinerja dari klaster unggulan daerah yaitu pengembangan ekonomi wilayah, daya saing produk dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode AHP diperoleh bobot dengan urutan pengembangan ekonomi wilayah (0,623), daya saing (0,2196) dan tenaga kerja (0,157). Adapun hasil pemilihan klaster unggulan daerah yaitu Klaster Mete (0,381), Klaster Ubi (0,136), Klaster Makanan Olahan (0,133), Klaster Kayu (0, 130), Klaster Tanaman Obat (0,120) dan Klaster Hortikultura (0,009) Kata kunci : Klaster Unggulan Daerah, Kriteria, AHP

Abstract

Regional superior products have high economic value and competitiveness, and absorb a large number of workers, which are produced with technical feasibility, community and institutional talent. The formation of superior MSME products in the Agro industry sector will contribute to regional development and economy. This research aims to determine priority factors for developing micro and small businesses and selecting priorities for micro, small and medium scale industries. The data used in this research are data from questionnaires and interviews. The tools used in the research are the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and MPE (Exponential Research Method) methods. The research results show that the criteria for superior products in Sukoharjo Regency are economic contribution, regional economic base sectors, market availability, facilities and infrastructure and technology. The priority superior product values ​​in Sukoharjo Regency are herbal medicine UKM (370,983,664), mushroom UKM (370,983,664), rattan UKM (241,967,328). The priority superior products to be developed are superior products from herbal medicine SMEs. It is hoped that superior products from herbal medicine SMEs will be able to contribute to the economy of Sukoharjo Regency and be able to compete in the global market

Abstract

Sampah rumah tangga merupakan salah satu penyumbang sampah kepada lingkungan. Penanggulangan sampah dapat kita mulai dari skala rumah tangga dengan memisahkan sampah organik dan anorganik. Sampah dapur sangat bermanfaat bisa digunakan seperti sayur dan buah atau makanan yang sudah membusuk. Sampah tersebut diolah menjadi pupuk. Pengelolaan sampah merupakan permasalahan yang umum dialami Masyarakat. Dampak limbah rumah tangga dapat mempengaruhi terhadap pencemaran lingkungan. Dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga adanya hambatan yang sering terjadi kurangnya tingkat kepeduliaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan kepada sosialisasi pada penanganan limbah rumah tangga dengan metode pengomposan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Bendo, Kabupaten Boyolali. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah dapat memberikan informasi tentang limbah rumah tangga organik dan anorganik menjadi pupuk kompos. Abstract

Cluster development to improve performance based on regional commodity specialties by providing recommendations to stakeholders. The cassava cluster is one of the clusters in Wonogiri Regency. This study aims to analyze alternative strategies to be applied to the cassava cluster. The analysis methods used are Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE), External Factors Evaluation (EFE), SWOT analysis, and QSPM. The results of the study show that the IFE analysis is 2.980, while the EFE analysis is 2.512. The cassava cluster is in an aggressive position. The managerial implications of the alternative strategies are market expansion, business development, and productivity improvement. The QSPM results show that the total Attractive Strategy for the market expansion strategy is 4.760, the business development strategy is 5.773, and the productivity improvement strategy is 4.585. In the QSPM matrix, the selected strategy is the one with the highest score, so the chosen strategy is the cluster development strategy. The strategy can be implemented by business actors participating in training related to the cultivation of high-quality cassava and post-harvest processing of cassava. Cassava diversification can be done by processing cassava into mocaf flour or packaging it semi-cooked as frozen cassava. Keywords: Marketing, Cluster, Cassava, SWOT
