Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how group counseling with self-management approaches affects self-identity in students in class VIII D at SMP N 1 Kranggan. This is a quantitative research method. Experimental research is the name given to this type of study. A pre-experimental one group pretest posttest was used in this study's design. SMP N 1 Kranggan Kab. Temanggung in class VIII D hosted the implementation of this study. The participants in this study were eight eighth-grade students from SMP N 1 Kranggan who had a low sense of self-identity. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A posttest was given to 8 students who had a low level of self-identity and were given group counseling treatment using the Self Management technique. The Paired Sample T-test was then used to test the results. The significance results show that 0.123 is greater than 0.05, indicating that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that group counseling with Self Management techniques has an effect on increasing students' self-identity after treatment with Self Management techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of group counseling services with self-control techniques to reduce adolescent smoking behavior. This research is a type of pre-experimental research using the One Group Pretest- Posttest Design using one group of subjects with one type of treatment, namely the experimental group. The population in this study were male students of the Miftahurrohmah Islamic Boarding School, Majaksingi Village, Borobudur, Magelang, totaling 14 people. Many samples in this study were 6 people as the experimental group. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The data analysis method for hypothesis testing in this study for hypothesis testing in this study used a parametric Paired Sample t-test with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that group counseling services with self-control techniques have a positive effect on reducing adolescent smoking behavior. This is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test with a significant (2-tailed) probability of 0.014 < 0.05. And based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is an average score of the questionnaire on the adolescent smoking behavior scale of 28.03% from the pretest results and the posttest results of the adolescent smoking behavior questionnaire.

Abstract

Purpose of the research to find out the effect of social skills training to improve the social relations of the 9th grade students of SMP Plus Ihya'ul Ulum Muntilan.This research is the true experimental research with the pretest posttest control group design method. The subjects of the research is chosen by random sampling method. The collecting data method is using social relations questionnaire. The prerequisite analysis test is consist of normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis is using One Way Anova Parametric Statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS 24.00 windows program. The results of the research indicate that social skills training ia affected toward the student social relations with the evidenced from the parametric One Way Anova. Test of the experimental group with probability signification of 0.005 < 0.05. Based on the analysis and study, there is a difference of the social relations questionnaire average point between the experimental group and the control group amount 10% for the experimental group and 2% for control group. Based on the research result can concluded that there is an effect of the social skills training to increase social relations.

Abstract

Tahapan tumbuhkembang anak terdiri dari masa anak, remaja dan dewasa. Banyak ahli berpendapat bahwa pada masa remaja ini anak akan mengalami berbagai permasalahan. Hal tersebut di sebabkan pada masa ini merupakan tahapan kehidupan yang bersifat peralihan dan tidak tetap. Masa remaja ini sering di warnai dengan berbagai perilaku dan pergaulan yang negatif seperti narkoba, kriminalitas maupun kejahatan seks. Namun pada masa remaja ini juga sangat baik untuk mengembangkan potensi positif yang mereka miliki seperti kemampuan bakat, minat. Dibutuhkan bentuk interaksi dan komunikasi dua arah antara orangtua dan remaja, dengan mengetahui karakteristik remaja serta tugas perkembangannya. Konsep Islam telah mengatur bagaimana mendidik remaja dan mengantisipasi masa atau periode remaja ini agar terhindar dari perilaku menyimpang, sehingga remaja akan tumbuh sesuai tugas-tugasnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between children's perceptions of parental attention and responsibility with adjustment in the Rohmatullah Cokro Islamic Boarding School environment. This research is a type of correlational research that aims to determine the relationship between children's perceptions of parental attention and responsibility in the adjustment of students at the Rohmatullah Cokro Islamic Boarding School. This research was conducted on 30 students of class VIII. The results showed that the child's perception of parental attention and responsibility with adjustment had an effect. This is evidenced by the results of the H1 test using multiple linear, saying the significant value for the effect of children's perceptions on parents' attention (X1) with adjustment (Y) is 0.040 <0.05 and the value of Tcount is 2.159>Ttable 2.051831, the test results H2 using multiple linear says the significant value for the influence of responsibility (X2) with self-adjustment (Y) is 0.032 <0.05 and the Tcount is 2.262>Ttable 2.051831, the results of the H3 test with a significance value for the effect of children's perceptions on parental attention (X1) and responsibility (X2) simultaneously with self-adjustment (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount 10.892 <Ftable 3.34, and determination test is 0.668 / 66.8%. It can be concluded that the relationship between children's perceptions of parental attention and responsibility with adjustment is significantly related.

Abstract

Proses layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah diselenggarakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Setiap siswa memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga guru Bimbingan dan Konseling harus dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa yang dibimbingnya. Beberapa siswa sangat mudah menyampaikan apa yang dirasakan dan dialaminya ketika proses konseling, sebaliknya ada siswa yang sangat sulit menyampaikan permasalahannya. Diperlukan pendekatan dan teknik konseling sehingga guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat memberikan layanan konseling secara tepat. Salah satu pendekatan adalah Expresive Writing yang akan membantu siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Expresive writing merupakan salah satu pendekatan konseling yang yang efektif untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait stess akademik. Pendampingan siswa untuk mereduksi stress akademik melalui expressive writing ini berdampak signifikan, stress akademik yang dialami siswa dapat menurun dari rerata 21,25 (44%) menjadi 15 (31%), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pendampingan melalui kegiatan expressive writing siswa mengalami penurunan stress akademik sebesar 6,25 (13%). Kegiatan expresive writing membantu siswa untuk dapat mengungkapkan perasaannya. Individu yang meluapkan dan menceritakan peristiwa traumatic, stress, ataupun emosinya pada orang lain, cenderung menunjukkan kesehatan yang lebih baik dibandingkan orang yang tidak terbuka kepada orang lain. Begitu pula dalam menulis ekspresif, hal ini dikarenakan ketika individu menulis tentang pengalaman emosional, banyak ditemukan kondisi fisik dan beberapa kondisi lainnya meningkat dengan signifikan.
