Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether the Work Experience, Job Promotion and Career Development influence Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. X. The type of data that is used consists of primary data and secondary data, obtained by interview, questionnaire distribution and study of library, which the measurement uses Likert scale, and processed with SPSS version 22 program. The sample technique uses non- probability sampling totaling 40 respondents distributed to all employees of PT. X. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing analysis. The research results indicate that: (1) Work Experience there is a significant influence between Work Experience variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X, (2) Position Promotion there is a significant influence between Job Promotion variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X, and (3) Career Development there is a significant influence between Career Development variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to look at the effect of Devidend Payout Ratio, Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rate Against Stock Price Volatility. With a purposive sampling technique, this study took 7 companies as samples of 153 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Regression. The results of the study show that the Devidend Payout Ratio has an effect on Stock Price Volatility, while the Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rate do not affect the Stock Price Volatility. While simultaneously all the independent variables tested showed a significant effect on Stock Price Volatility in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016.

Abstract

Provinsi Kepulauan Riau memiliki potensi UMKM yang besar, namun dengan keadaan geografisnya yang 95% terdiri dari lautan, dengan jumlah pulau berpenghuni hanya 394 dari 1.796 yang tersebar merata menjadikannya disadvantage bagi mereka dalam memasarkan produknya. Oleh karena itu teknologi sistem informasi bisa memberikan solusinya, seperti e-commerce dalam bentuk pemasaran melalui jaringan sosial media. Namun belum ada data yang menggambarkan bentuk jaringan pemasaran online dan efektifitas pemasaran online bagi UMKM di Provinsi Kepri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Jaringan Sosial, untuk melihat implementasi e-commerce dalam bentuk pemasaran dan perdagangan online melalui jaringan sosial. Kami menemukan bahwa: 1. Bentuk pola jaringan marketing dan jual-beli online (e-commerce) oleh UMKM yang terdapat di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau masih terpusat pada kota dan kabupaten yang sudah lebih dahulu berkembang dan memiliki akses yang lebih baik untuk melakukan jual beli online. Baik dalam arti fasilitas mauapun letak geografis dan tingkatan ekonominya; 2. Karakteristik jaringan jual-beli online di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau masih bersifat kedaerahan. Artinya jaringan masih terkumpul pada kota dan kabupaten bersangkutan. Walaupun dijumpai beberapa node juga memiliki jaingan lebih dari satu BJB.; 3. Hubungan antar BJB di kepri masih bersifat sentral, dan belum menyebar.; 4. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung berkembangnya pemasaran online di kepri adalah fasilitas internet yang baik dan adanya standarisasi produk. Saran kami bagi pemerintah daerah adalah agar lebih meningkatkan fasilitas jaringan online dan mensosialisasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan para penggiat UMKM untuk lebih focus pada pemasaran online. Tentu ini memerlukan dukungan dari pihak pemerintah daerah masing-masing.

Abstract

In the business world today is growing rapidly this can be seen competition between companies.PT. Telesindo Shop as the official dealer of Telkomsel always improves the quality and quantity of the company.In this study reasearchers are interest in conducting research at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam which aims to determine whether there is influence or how much influence the work stress, work conflict and physical work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through quentionnairies. Sample in this study were 30 people using full sample methods.The results of the study concluded that work stress, work conflict and physical environment partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously work stress, work conflict and work environment together have influences on employee performance at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam. The most dominant variable is the physical environment. The results of this study imply that work stress, conflict and environment are things that need to be considered to improve employee performance to be better for the realization of company goals.

Abstract

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a way how companies establish sustainable good relationships between companies and customers, communicate with customers, and market to them so as to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to identify the phases in CRM, activities and roles of CRM Information Systems. An understanding of this topic will be a reference in designing and designing an efficient and effective CRM Information System application. CRM Information System has now been developed in the form of a web-based application. This means that the company does not have to buy a server to provide a CRM Information System but can develop it themselves using a CMS (Content Management System) based application. In operational activities, customer data is collected and stored in a database for analysis purposes. The data is then processed and analyzed automatically and in real time into useful information for strategic marketing decisions that are designed according to their respective divisions, be it Sales Force, Customer Service or Marketing.

Abstract

This report focuses on the Indonesian and ASEAN maritime markets. Indonesia's wide network of islands and key location in Southeast Asia have a considerable impact on its transportation system, economy, and trade. The shipping industry contributes significantly to the expansion of the global economy. ASEAN emphasizes the importance of the maritime industry in fostering economic progress and regional integration. Recent discussions at the ASEAN Maritime Forum included environmental concerns, vessel security, cyberattacks on maritime infrastructure, and regional collaboration in relation to maritime transport. Previous research has emphasized the efforts made by nations such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to enhance their maritime sectors. The purpose of this paper is to examine the current situation of the shipping market in Indonesia and other ASEAN nations, as well as the problems and opportunities it brings.
