Abstract

This research aims to design a fuzzy Mamdani-based prediction system to assist in stock management decision-making for masks at UD MASKER MURAH JOGJA. The system will provide recommendations for mask brands with the highest sales and revenue. The fuzzy Mamdani method is considered effective in addressing subjectivity and providing highly precise mask stock predictions. This research will also consider profit variables as additional attributes to enhance prediction accuracy. The prediction system will help UD MASKER MURAH JOGJA make informed decisions in mask stock management, with the goal of maximizing profits and overcoming subjectivity. The results obtained from the fuzzy Mamdani method will reduce subjectivity, and the developed web system will function as intended.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) website at the Alma Ata University library using the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm as the book title search method. The research method used is quantitative, with a focus on understanding the user interaction with the developed OPAC website. Data is collected through testing to evaluate user interactions with the website. The testing is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of user interactions with the website, with the test results analyzed qualitatively to understand the performance and user satisfaction with the OPAC module. The contribution of this research lies in the development of library information systems, especially in improving accessibility and effectiveness of book title searches for users. It is hoped that by using the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm, the OPAC module website can provide accurate search results and enhance the user experience in searching for books at the Alma Ata University library in Yogyakarta

Abstract

In human resource management, employee performance is one of the most important elements and must receive full attention from an organization. This is because employee performance is a determinant in achieving organizational goals efficiently and effectively. Therefore, every organization always strives to improve the performance of its employees in order to get the best employees according to the agency. This research develops a Decision Support System (SPK) for selecting the best employees using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at the Education, Youth and Sports Office (Dikpora) of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The purpose of the research is to create an efficient and objective system in employee evaluation and selection. The SAW method was chosen for its simplicity and effectiveness in handling multi-criteria decisions. Employee performance is assessed based on criteria such as attendance, skills, teamwork, and loyalty, with weights according to their level of importance. This system is built with web technology using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter framework. The results of this system can be accessed easily by users, providing transparency in the assessment process. Based on the results of the calculation, the employee with alternative A1 and obtained a score of 0.925% on behalf of (Albertus Dedi Susilo) became the first rank of the best employee.

Abstract

This study aims to design a monitoring system for soil moisture, air humidity, and air temperature in a cocoa seedling farm using a microcontroller-based Internet of Things (IoT). The system was implemented at Efendi Farm, which houses 20,000 cocoa seedlings. Monitoring is conducted using soil moisture sensors and DHT22 sensors for temperature and humidity, with data displayed on an LCD and sent to an Android application via Firebase. The system also includes notifications via buzzer and Telegram, as well as data logging using Google Spreadsheet. The results indicate that the system effectively monitors environmental conditions in real-time and efficiently.

Abstract

Tutoring institutions for elementary school levels have been proliferating in Pekalongan City due to the large number of elementary school students, totaling 18,356 students spread across 103 schools. Finding the right tutoring center that meets specific needs can sometimes be challenging. This study aims to assist with this by developing a decision support system. Using the Promethee method, which offers a more detailed evaluation of multiple criteria, the system is expected to provide a suitable decision support solution. This research produces a web-based decision support system that parents can use to find a tutoring center that meets their desired criteria.

Abstract

In managing the supply of wood raw materials at CV. Jati Sari is still carried out based on the personal experience of business entity owners. Because it is based on personal experience without carrying out in-depth analysis or forecasting, it will create a risk of excess or shortage of stock, making stock management inefficient. The software development method used is the Waterfall method. Double Exponential Smoothing is implemented in this research as a forecasting prediction calculation method. This research produces a prediction system that can produce output in the form of a predicted amount of wood needed as inventory or stock in the warehouse in cubic meters. For manual calculations, the DES method has a prediction calculation result for the 21st period of 4.8 m3. Based on the system testing using black box and white box testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the prediction system for procurement of wood raw material stock using the website-based Double Exponential Smoothing method has succeeded well in solving the problem of predicting the amount of wood raw material stock for the next period at CV. Jati Sari.

Abstract

The health center that has the highest prevalence of stunting in Sleman Regency is the Minggir health center at 13.15%. The results of interviews with nutrition officers for toddlers at the Minggir Health Center showed that there were still toddlers with poor nutritional status. In addition, the nutrition service system for toddlers has not functioned properly.  Because such suboptimal performance will, it is easier to create a system that can handle or minimize such problems. Thus, building a decision support system can be a solution to the problem that occurs. The SAW method is one of the methods used and the system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and  laravel framework. The research resulted in the creation of a website that can determine the nutritional status of stunted toddlers at the Minggir Health Center Posyandu. This system is designed according to the needs based on the criteria that have been set by the nutrition officer. In the application test, the preference values and nutritional status results obtained from calculations using the system were in accordance with the results of manual calculations with Excel and the nutritional status determination system was as expected.

Abstract

Many pregnant women still neglect the importance of nutrition during pregnancy, which leads to inadequate nutrient intake and increases the risk of complications such as miscarriage, low birth weight, premature birth, or infant mortality. At Gamping 1 Health Center in 2024, out of 1,793 pregnant women examined, approximately 3.35% or 60 individuals suffered from Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) and 4.96% or 89 individuals experienced anemia. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) because it is one of the approaches that can break down complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy. Practically, this system can help pregnant women meet their daily nutritional needs optimally and support healthcare workers in providing data-based education. Thus, this DSS is expected to contribute to reducing the rates of CED and anemia among pregnant women.

Abstract

Dental equipment plays a crucial role in supporting the quality of service at the Dental Clinic. At the Pratama Wiwit Clinic, equipment selection is still done manually without systematic analysis, making it prone to procurement errors and budget waste. The main research question is how the Mamdani Fuzzy Method can help determine the best dental equipment based on criteria such as price, brand, warranty, supplier, and equipment degradation. The research method includes data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by fuzzification, rule formation, fuzzy inference, and defuzzification. Test results show the system provides accurate recommendations with the highest fuzzy value of 0.85 for a device prioritized for procurement. This system has been proven to improve the objectivity and efficiency of the procurement process and can be adopted by other dental clinics to minimize waste and ensure the availability of equipment as needed.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan media sosial telah mendorong peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya perawatan kulit. Namun, tingginya biaya konsultasi dokter spesialis kulit (Rp100.000-250.000/sesi), banyaknya informasi tidak tervalidasi di internet, serta kompleksitas pemilihan produk skincare yang tepat menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web untuk menentukan jenis kulit wajah dan memberikan rekomendasi skincare yang akurat dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam melakukan pembobotan kriteria dan perangkingan alternatif secara sistematis untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang objektif. Rule-Based System diimplementasikan untuk memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan aturan if-then yang dapat ditelusuri logika pengambilan keputusannya. Pengembangan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan framework Laravel, database MySQL, dan basis pengetahuan dari dokter spesialis kulit. Sistem mengklasifikasikan lima jenis kulit (normal, berminyak, kering, sensitif, kombinasi) berdasarkan 25 karakteristik dengan pembobotan SAW, kemudian Rule-Based System memberikan rekomendasi ingredients dan produk sesuai jenis kulit terdeteksi. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% untuk semua fitur sistem. Sistem berhasil memberikan alternatif konsultasi yang terjangkau, membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi akurat tentang jenis kulit dan rekomendasi perawatan yang tepat.
