Pembangunan perumahan mempunyai kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap emisi karbon pada suatu lingkungan. Pada saat konstruksi, pengadaan dan pemilihan bahan bangunan, lokasi konstruksi, aktivitas pekerja serta perubahan lingkungan merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi besaran emisi karbon. Sedangkan pada saat dioperasionalkan, penggunaan energi, transportasi pengguna, pengelolaan limbah merupakan aspek yang mempengaruhi emisi karbon. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji emisi karbon pada proses konstruksi pembangunan perumahan kluster kecil yang dibangun di seputar permukiman lama yang sudah mapan (settle) dan diindikasikan menghasilkan emisi karbon yang rendah. Pembangunan perumahan ini dilaksanakan secara simultan (serentak) ataupun secara gradual (berjenjang). Juga membandingkan jejak karbon pembangunan perumahan secara berjenjang terhadap pembangunan perumahan secara serentak untuk luas area yang sama.Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei dan kajian literatur serta penghitungan emisi karbon, untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Adapun populasi penelitian adalah perumahan kluster kecil pada beberapa kawasan di Surabaya Timur, dimana kebutuhan perumahan horizontal sangat banyak namun ketersediaan lahan perumahan sangat terbatas. Teknik pemilihan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling.Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata emisi karbon pada konstruksi pembangunan perumahan kluster kecil ini rata-rata masih dibawah ambang batas karbon yang dipersyaratkan untuk keseimbangan lingkungan (314 ppm). Jejak karbon konstruksi pembangunan perumahan secara serentak relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan secara berjenjang, dengan rasio perbandingan emisi karbon rata-rata 2,1 : 1,7 apabila dibandingkan dengan jejak karbon konstruksi terendah yaitu renovasi bangunan.

Munculnya jasa kustom barang-barang fashion semakin menghiasi pertumbuhan industri ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Surabaya yang merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia dengan kegiatan perekonomian yang sangat besar, perkembangan industri ekonomi kreatif juga sangat pesat. Dirancangnya Fasilitas dan Galeri Layanan Produk Kustom di Surabaya merupakan upaya untuk mewadahi kegiatan industri ekonomi kreatif dan sebagai barometer untuk menunjukkan hasil karya para desainer grafis dengan keontentikannya yang tinggi. Penggunaan tema Arsitektur Kontemporer dalam perancangan bangunan ini diharapkan dapat menampilkan suatu karakter atau identitas dari fasilitas dan galeri itu sendiri. Tidak hanya itu Arsitektur Kontemporer juga untuk memadukan antara objek bangunan dengan lingkungan sekitar, sehingga menciptakan suatu kesatuan yang padu antara objek dan juga lingkungan di sekitarnya. Dalam proses analisisnya menggunakan metode deskriptif dan studi kasus. Konsep makro otentik merupakan arahan terhadap karakter arsitektur yang merepresentasikan keaslian karya kreatif. Mikro konsep simbiosis adalah untuk menciptakan keterpaduan bangunan dengan lingkungannya. Mikro konsep bentuk ekspresif adalah untuk membangun persepsi tentang wadah kegiatan kreatif. Mikro konsep ruang tumpang tindih untuk mengakomodasikan fungsi ruang yang fleksibel. Dirancangnya Fasilitas dan Galeri Layanan Produk Kustom di Surabaya ini diharapkan mampu menampung kegiatan desain kustom dan juga merepresentasikan kegiatan desain kustom lewat perancangan sebuah bangunan

Minimnya fasilitas dan tempat turnamen game online guna menampung kegiatan turnamen dan kurangnya tempat turnamen yang menyebabkan penggunaan bangunan umum seperti mall yang bukan selayaknya dipakai untuk kegiatan turnamen, sementara dilihat dari segi lain kurang efektif untuk mewadahi pelaksanaan turnamen. Komunitas dan organisasi juga semakin banyak akibat game online yang membuat perkembangan game semakin pesat dan banyak kompetisi turnamen game muncul serta banyak peminat game online yang ingin mengikuti turnamen. Ajang turnamen yang sering dipakai dan dikembangkan adalah turnamen E-Sport. E-Sport merupakan cabang olahraga yang berbasis electronic atau game, E-Sport tersebut berbasis Mobile. Kota Surabaya adalah kota terbesar di Provinsi Jawa Timur, dimana kota Surabaya memiliki luas sekitar 350,54 km² dengan penduduknya berjumlah 2.941.981 jiwa (2019). Kota Surabaya juga memiliki presentase yang sering meningkat dalam dunia game setiap tahunnya. Angka presentase game online meningkat mulai dari tahun 2014 (45%), 2015-2016 (53,18%), 2017-2019 (54%). Oleh sebab itu perlu dibuatkan desain bangunan turnamen yang dapat menampung dan memfasilitasi kegiatan ajang turnamen E-Sport. Menggunakan Tema Arsitektur Futuristik dengan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi turnamen dan juga membangun bangunan yang lebih mengutamakan teknologi dimasa depan, karena Arsitektur Futuristik juga memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dengan cara menggunakan bahan seperti beton, baja, dan alumunium sebagai bahan bangunannya.

Abstract. Mojoroto Village, Kediri City has great potential in the field of herbal plant development, namely by utilizing the yard of the house but has not optimized the existing arrangement. Planning and designing a herbal plant preservation center in Mojoroto, Kediri City, is a special land to accommodate various types of herbal plants so that the wider community can get to know and learn how to cultivate, and research well and correctly. The research method in this design is using qualitative methods. While secondary data include literature studies. Heinz Frick's theory with the theme of Environmentally Friendly Architecture is applied to aspects of land order, form and space that include harmony between humans and nature. The selection of environmentally sound architectural themes has an attachment to the surrounding nature. With the concept of macro nature and the concept of micro, directed land flow is applied in the form off a sequential arrangement of space with one another according to its activities. The city of Madiun is currently experiencing an increase in population with various backgrounds. Based on the description of the problem, a long-term plan is needed to anticipate the population's need for housing. There is a problem that is in the spotlight, namely residents who build homes on the slum land of the Bong Cino Cemetery area and have occupied the area for tens of years with the nature of activities that are contrary to the norm. In the problems that have been described, it is necessary to plan and design flats for residents in the Bong Cino Cemetery area by applying a behavioral architectural theme to be able to communicate with users through sensing the buildings that affect human psychology. The types of research conducted are field studies and literature studies. In collecting data using interview methods, observation methods, documentary methods, and literature methods as well as the types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. From the discussion of the problems, it can be concluded that designing the low-cost flat building, namely focusing on land management by applying the concept of macro-defensible space which is applied to land planning, produces a role in the mechanism of action prevention for environmental protection and is expected to be of assistance and benefit to the community and to be able to overcome problems in the Bong Cino Tomb area.

Planetarium as educational tourism is a building that presents star shows in a unique dome building, with a museum and observation area as additional facilities. In Indonesia itself, several planetariums are spread across several regions, from simple ones, to planetary with real-time star observation facilities.At the Planetary Center, visitors are like being in an imaginary space that develops various other facilities such as education, interactive museums, and collaborative projects. The design aims to describe the boundaries, uniqueness and beauty of outer space and its planets.Apart from facilities, the shape and facade of the building also have an important role in attracting interest and maintaining people's enthusiasm for returning visits. With a Futuristic Architecture theme approach, the Planetary Center takes the idea of Pale Blue Dot as the macro concept and Planet Earth as the micro concept of the building. Because the idea for the concept itself originates from space, the Pale Blue Dot concept becomes an important point on the building facade as the identity of the Planetary Center.

A library and fine arts educational facility is an educational place to gain knowledge and introduce fine arts. Through observations, the researcher identified issues in Surabaya's libraries, such as the monotonous building structures and unattractive spatial atmosphere. Meanwhile, fine arts facilities lack resources for making art, so the integration of a library and fine arts education facility is necessary in one location. In this building, visitors can not only gain knowledge about art but also increase their creativity by learning while making works of art with artists. It serves as a solution to increase the reading interest index and introduce works of art more widely.The application of a contemporary architectural theme is based on the expressive characteristics of educational and artistic buildings, following current contemporary characteristics. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach depicts the experiences in the field, which were then analyzed using parameters of the function and feasibility of educational and artistic buildings.The design of the library and fine arts education facility applies the contemporary architecture theme to the macro concept of recreational education to provide a special attraction to visitors.The shape design uses an attractive micro concept by giving the building an identity through variations of curved lines, geometric shapes inspired by a book, and bright color combinations derived from mosaic paintings.

creative economy becomes one of priorities which is feasible to develop because the strength of creativeeconomy does not depend on the exploitation of natural resources instead of human resources. Art works,architecture, technology innovation, animation, and other creative products are derived from creativeideas of human thoughts. These phenomena have encouraged people’s enthusiasm to create innovationand require support from Creative Economy Agency which is specifically responsible for monitoring andguiding the creative economy.The Central Building of Creative Economy Agency is planned and designedin Surabaya as an effort to provide facilities for developing the Office of Creative Economy Agency.The facilities are designed in such a way so as to support Surabaya as the metropolitan city which isenvironmentally friendly and interesting for business doers particularly start-up business. Designing the buildingarchitecture is carried out through a series of phases beginning from project identification, precedent study,design program, concept, and development. The approach of Out of the Box theme is used as the point ofview which is different from the usual in terms of land order, shape, and space configuration. So as to producebuildings Is carried out by continuing and changing or transforming the office building from the standardized andrigid characters into flexible and relaxed office without altering the culture of behavior inside. Kota metropolitan menjadi tujuan para pengelola uang dan pelancong, baik yang berasal dari dalam maupun luar negeri, sekedar berkunjung dan melanjutkan pekerjaan. Kemajuan industri perjalanan dan bidang bisnis merupakan salah satu bidang yang terkena dampak perbaikan fondasi kota. Berdasarkan data Lembaga Pengukur Fokus Kota Surabaya pada tahun 2020, tingkat hunian hotel berbintang di Surabaya tergolong tinggi yaitu sebesar 48,69%. Dengan adanya informasi ini, sebagian besar wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Surabaya memilih penginapan karena kenyamanannya. Berdirinya kawasan pusat bisnis (CBD) di Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu tanda kemajuan di dunia usaha., dan spekulasi penginapan kondotel atau apartemen suite saat ini sedang menjadi pusat perhatian, terutama bagi kalangan yang berkecimpung dalam dunia bisnis. condotel juga disebut apartel atau kondominium penginapan. Rancangan desain facade pada condotel di kawasan tropis Lembab untuk mencapai Low Energy Architecture. metode yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dimana analisis lokasi perencanaan memiliki area yang cahaya matahari terletak pada sisi depan dan belakang. Cahaya matahari yang masuk secara berlebih juga tidak bisa memberikan kenyamanan untuk penggunanya. Diarea barat paparan sinar matahari yang berlebih, dari hal tersebut untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan, terbentuklah facade bangunan dengan bentuk dinamis. dan diarea barat, di letakan panel surya, dikarenakan dengan paparan sinar matahari yang berlebih dapat di ubah menjadi energi listrik bagi bangunan dan dapat mengurangi penggunaan listrik pada bangunan. Hasil penelitian berupa desain Facade yang dinamis dengan memperhatikan arah sinar matahari dan area barat facade bangunan di letakan panel surya untuk mengubah sinar matahari yang berlebih menjadi energi listrik
