Abstract

The aim is to examine the effect of the Integrity on Job Satisfaction and their impact on Commissioner's Performance. Preliminary research shows the poor performance of Commissioner's Performance of the General Election Commission (KPU) of West Java Province, Indonesia. The survey was conducted on 101 respondents consist of commissioner of the General Elections Commission at the district/city level in West Java Province, Indonesia. Data were collected using a questionnaire and data analysis to test the t-test used. The analysis uses partial regression and hypothesis testing using a t-test. All analyzes use statistical tools using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results show that the direction of effects of the Integrity (X) on Employee Competency (Y) is positive. Obtained p-value of 0,000 so that the p-value <? = 0.05. That the total effect of Job Satisfaction (Y) on Commissioner's Performance (Z) is .691 or 69.1%. While the remaining 36.7% is the influence of other factors beyond Job Satisfaction. The results showed that the Integrity plays an important role in realizing Job Satisfaction and providing optimal Commissioner's Performance.

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, technological disruption is increasingly rapid and increasing, causing people to carry out activities from home. This makes companies increase new creations and innovations to survive the competition, so companies use celebrity endorsers as promotional media and increase social media marketing to build brand awareness. This research is quantitative research using a non-probability sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained through distributing Google forms. The measurement scale carried out by researchers used the Bipolar Adjective scale using multiple linear regression techniques which were processed using SPSS 26. The results of this research are that celebrity endorsers and social media marketing have a positive influence with correlation coefficient values of 0.460 and 0.118 on brand awareness. The significance value of celebrity endorsers is 0.000 and the significance value of social media marketing is 0.044, which means less than 0.005, indicating that the influence of celebrity endorsers and social media marketing on brand awareness is acceptable or significant.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the management control system on employee performance at PT. Trimitra Dinamika Consultants . This type of research is quantitative research and the data source is primary data with questionnaires. The sample in this research were employees of PT. Trimitra Dinamika Consultants . The data analysis methods in this research are descriptive statistics, characteristic data, simple validation and regression analysis using a significance level of 5%, and tested using path analysis. The data processing method uses SPSS 23.0 For Windows software. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the management system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Trimitra Dinamika Consultants .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berkualitas dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kapasitas, peningkatan produktivitas, dan inovasi di berbagai sektor strategis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, studi ini mengkaji faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi efektivitas program pemberdayaan SDM, termasuk kebijakan pendidikan, pelatihan vokasi, dan insentif ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 200 responden dari kalangan pekerja, pengusaha, dan penyelenggara pelatihan, serta wawancara mendalam dengan 15 pemangku kepentingan di sektor publik dan swasta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan SDM berkualitas secara signifikan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan peningkatan rata-rata produktivitas sebesar 25% pada peserta program pelatihan terstruktur. Temuan utama mengidentifikasi tiga pilar utama keberhasilan: (1) kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan industri, (2) kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan dan dunia usaha, serta (3) dukungan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap tantangan utama, seperti kesenjangan keterampilan (skills gap) dan rendahnya tingkat adopsi teknologi di kalangan tenaga kerja. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan model integratif pemberdayaan SDM yang menggabungkan aspek teknis, manajerial, dan sosio-kultural. Model ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan daya saing tenaga kerja di era disrupsi teknologi dan ekonomi digital. Rekomendasi kebijakan yang dihasilkan mencakup perlunya penyelarasan antara program pelatihan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja, serta penguatan sistem sertifikasi kompetensi nasional.
