Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian berkelanjutan tentang tata kelola Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah yang intinya secara kualitatif dapat memberikan gambaran tentang permasalahan usaha yang dapat dikelola secara lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan cara mengumpulkan dan merekapitulasi data yang tidak hanya dicatat dalam bentuk angka tetapi dijelaskan secara jelas dan mendalam tentang masalah dan kebutuhan organisasi dalam hal ini Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Bandung dalam mengelola dan mengawasi semua amal bisnis secara efektif, efisien, berkelanjutan, dan tumbuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke berbagai amal usaha Muhammadiyah yang tersebar di 20 kecamatan di Kota Bandung Berdasarkan sistem informasi manajemen yang meliputi profil organisasi, juga profil Pimpinan Cabang dan Badan Amal Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung. Menjadikan Website Muhammadiyah sebagai sumber informasi Perkumpulan . Juga mengatur dan merekam berbagai kegiatan Asosiasi melalui kegiatan Foto dan Video. Pengembangan jaringan bisnis dengan pihak-pihak yang bekerja sama di bidang teknologi informasi, perpustakaan dan media online dalam rangka perluasan dakwah Persyarikatan. Mampu mengoptimalkan sumber daya kader di bidang teknologi informasi dengan komitmen dan profesionalisme dalam memperkuat dan memperluas dakwah Islam.

Abstract

Pencegahan dan pemulihan bencana di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor terpenting. Indonesia sebagai negara rawan bencana tentunya harus mampu melaksanakan penanggulangan bencana dengan baik. Hal ini penting agar kerugian yang timbul akibat bencana tidak menghambat pembangunan dan kemajuan nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian tentang Penanganan Letusan Mitigasi Bencana Alam di Gunung Tangkuban Parahu agar mampu mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi berbagai ancaman bencana, pada intinya secara kualitatif dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. dari masalah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke BPBD Provinsi Jawa Barat, dan wilayah lokasi kemungkinan terkena erupsi Gunung Tangkuban Parahu yang menjadi objek penelitian oleh peneliti sendiri dibantu oleh anggota peneliti, serta mengumpulkan data / informasi yang berkaitan dengan bahan penelitian. Selain itu pengumpulan data juga dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur untuk menjaring informasi yang tidak dapat diperoleh melalui observasi. Salah satu upaya pemerintah daerah di bidang pencegahan dan kesiapsiagaan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat adalah mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi berbagai ancaman bencana. Manajemen Mitigasi adalah analisis kehidupan yang harus ditinjau secara berkala oleh pembuat kebijakan. Pada prinsipnya komitmen atau kesepakatan dengan stakeholders dalam perencanaan penanggulangan bencana dipetakan secara detail, terstruktur dan komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of work stress, work stress levels, and the negative impact of work stress on employees at the Puskesmas. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing work stress that most often occur are the demands of tasks from superiors to complete the work, health problems, and uncertainty in technology, while the level of work stress that is felt is quite heavy and the impact of work stress is the most dominant. headaches, decreased productivity, and decreased levels of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on changing work patterns from face-to-face to work from home. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work culture on performance. The method in this study uses quantitative. Data processing uses simple regression analysis to process data with the help of SPSS. It is known that the significance value of the work culture variable on performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value is 4.528> 2.022. Thus the first hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an influence of work culture on the performance of Bandung City Population and Civil Registration Service Employees during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana metode pembinaan akhlakul karimah para siswa melalaui kegiatan keagamaan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Gedebage Bandung? (2) Bagaimana evaluasi pembinaan akhlakul karimah para siswa melalui kegiatan keagamaan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Gedebage Bandung? (3) Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlakul karimah para siswa melalui kegiatan keagamaan? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlakul karimah para siswa melalui kegiatan keagamaan, 2. Mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlakul karimah para siswa melalui kegiatan keagamaan, 3. Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlakul karimah para siswa melalui kegiatan keagamaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the F&B Division Of Yogya Sunda Heritage 60 Bandungwhich is a company engaged in retail, food and beverage production. The purpose of thisstudy was to analyse the effect of the work environment on employee performance todetermine the constraints on employee performance and provide solutions to theseconstraints. The method used in this research is to use verification and descriptive researchwith a quantitative approach, and data collection techniques through questionnaires,literature studies, interviews and observations. This method can help to measure the effect ofa variable by using SPSS data processing. The sample of this research is 32 respondents. Theresults of the analysis show that, based on the t-test, there is a significant positive effectbetween the work environment on the performance of the employees of the F&B Division OfYogya Sunda Heritage 60 Bandung indicating that the t value > t table (14,044 > 1,684).Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influencebetween the work environment on employee performance. That is, the higher the workenvironment, the higher the performance. To determine the magnitude of the influence of thework environment on performance, it can be seen in the R Square column. The amount of RJurnal Manajemen DiversifikasiVol. 3. No. 3 (2023)494Square (R2) is 868. So it can be concluded that the work environment can contribute 86.8%to employee performance. And the other 13.2% are still influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi SDM syariah pada BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka Bandung. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 8 karyawan, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan (khususnya Pelatihan GRC) efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi SDM syariah pada tiga level pertama model Kirkpatrick: (1) Level reaksi - peserta menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap materi dan metode pelatihan; (2) Level pembelajaran - terjadi peningkatan pemahaman konsep syariah dan teknis compliance sebesar 35% berdasarkan nilai pre-test dan post-test; (3) Level perilaku - terimplementasinya perubahan perilaku kerja seperti penggunaan checklist compliance dan prosedur verifikasi yang lebih ketat. Faktor pendukung efektivitas meliputi komitmen manajemen, relevansi materi dengan kebutuhan operasional, dan kualitas instruktur, sementara faktor penghambat berupa durasi pelatihan terbatas dan kurangnya mekanisme follow-up terstruktur. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pengembangan sistem evaluasi berkelanjutan, penyusunan program pelatihan yang lebih komprehensif, dan implementasi program mentoring pasca-pelatihan untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas program pengembangan SDM syariah.

Abstract

The aim is to examine the effect of the Integrity on Job Satisfaction and theirimpact on Commissioner's Performance. Preliminary research shows the poor performance of Commissioner's Performance of the General Election Commission (KPU) of West Java Province, Indonesia. The survey was conducted on 101 respondents consist ofcommissioner of the General Elections Commission at the district/city levelin West Java Province, Indonesia. Data were collected using a questionnaire and data analysis to test the t-test used. The analysis uses partial regression and hypothesis testing using a t-test. All analyzes use statistical tools using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results show that the direction of effects of the Integrity (X) on Employee Competency (Y) is positive. Obtained p-value of 0,000 so that the p-value <? = 0.05. That the total effect of Job Satisfaction (Y) on Commissioner's Performance (Z) is .691 or 69.1%. While the remaining 36.7% is the influence of other factors beyond Job Satisfaction. The results showed that the Integrity plays an important role in realizing Job Satisfaction and providing optimal Commissioner's Performance

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, technological disruption is increasingly rapid and increasing, causing people to carry out activities from home. This makes companies increase new creations and innovations to survive the competition, so companies use celebrity endorsers as promotional media and increase social media marketing to build brand awareness. This research is quantitative research using a non-probability sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained through distributing Google forms. The measurement scale carried out by researchers used the Bipolar Adjective scale using multiple linear regression techniques which were processed using SPSS 26. The results of this research are that celebrity endorsers and social media marketing have a positive influence with correlation coefficient values of 0.460 and 0.118 on brand awareness. The significance value of celebrity endorsers is 0.000 and the significance value of social media marketing is 0.044, which means less than 0.005, indicating that the influence of celebrity endorsers and social media marketing on brand awareness is acceptable or significant.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the management control system on employee performance at PT. Trimitra Dinamika Consultants . This type of research is quantitative research and the data source is primary data with questionnaires. The sample in this research were employees of PT. Trimitra Dinamika Consultants . The data analysis methods in this research are descriptive statistics, characteristic data, simple validation and regression analysis using a significance level of 5%, and tested using path analysis. The data processing method uses SPSS 23.0 For Windows software. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the management system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Trimitra Dinamika Consultants .
