Abstract

Perkembangan usaha mikro kecil menengah yang sangat pesat seringkali belum diimbangi dengan pengelolaan yang optimal. Konsep pemasaran tradisional (dari mulut ke mulut, penjualan seadanya) masih banyak dipakai. Belum lagi pengelolaan keuangan yang belum dipisahkan antara uang pribadi dan uang usaha. Selain itu, permasalahan umum yang sering menimpa pelaku UMKM adalah tidak adanya pemasaran produk melalui media sosial (Instagram) dan pendampingan untuk pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Mereka sudah bekerja keras memasarkan produk, tetapi hasil yang dicapai tidak sesuai target. Bahkan bila modal usaha habis, mereka berhenti berproduksi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk memasarkan produk melalui media sosial (Instagram) dan pendampingan untuk pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Tujuan dari pendampingan ini untuk membantu mengembangkan usaha tas kain perca di Mangelo, Sooko, Mojokerto. UMKM kain perca ini sangat potensial dikembangkan karena mempunyai diferensiasi yang menonjol. Kain perca yang dirangkai menjadi tas bukan kain perca berukuran kecil, tetapi kain perca yang cukup dipakai untuk membuat satu ukuran tas. Sehingga amat disayangkan kalau usaha ini tidak dikembangkan. Mengingat keterbatasan modal untuk promosi, maka digunakan media sosial Instagram, karena jangkauannya luas dan tidak memakai banyak biaya. Di sisi lain, proses penyusunan laporan keuangan juga harus dioptimalkan agar dapat diketahui secara jelas laporan laba rugi, laporan arus kas, dan neraca penjualan. The rapid development of micro, small and medium enterprises is often not matched by optimal management. The concept of traditional marketing (mouth to mouth sales, improvised sales) is still widely used. Not to mention the financial management that has not been separated between personal money and business money. In addition, a common problem that often afflicts UMKM is the lack of product marketing through social media (Instagram) and assistance for simple financial management. They have worked hard to market the product, but the results achieved are not on target. Even if business capital is used up, they stop producing. Based on explanation above, it is necessary to provide assistance to market products through social media (Instagram) and assistance for simple financial management. The purpose of this assistance is to help develop a patchwork bag business in Mangelo, Sooko, Mojokerto. This patchwork UMKM is very potential to be developed because it has prominent differentiation. The patchwork that is assembled into a bag is not a small patchwork, but rather a patchwork that is used to make one bag size. Therefore, it is unfortunate if this effort is not developed. Given the limited capital for promotion, Instagram social media is used, because of its wide reach and does not cost much. On the other hand, the process of preparing financial statements must also be optimized so that it can clearly know the income statement, cash flow statement, and sales balance.

Abstract

UMKM telah menjadi tonggak terbesar pergerakan roda perekonomian masyarakat yang signifikan dimana pergerakan ini di selaraskan dengan pergerakan era digitalisasi yang semakin merembak dunia perkonomian dan memaksakan para penggerak usaha agar dapat menyesuaikan dengan adanya perkembangan digitalisai ekonomi agar dapat menstabilisasikan usahanya selalu. Penyelarasan tersebut sejalan dengan peraturan yang mengatur jalannya transaksi ekonomi pelaku bisnis yang sayang nya hingga kini belum dapat di terapakan oleh sebagian besar para UMKM di Indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penerapan UMKM Go Online tersebut memerlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan oleh para pendamping yang berkompeten agar dapat menggunakan teknologi-teknologi digital yang ada saat ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan usahanya serta dapat mempermudah jalannya administrasi keuangan yang berbasis Akuntansi UMKM

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education must start at an early age, starting from the introduction stage and then becoming an entrepreneur agent. This is implemented for children to become entrepreneurs mentally and in character. This community service activity (PKM) is carried out to shape the character of children and prepare the next generation to be ready for economic challenges through an early entrepreneurship education workshop in roudlotuljannah-bilingual. Through the learning process, educators implement by integrating entrepreneurship education in each subject. Learning activities outside the classroom such as "Market Day" will certainly make students fun because the purpose of this activity is to train students' entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to selling, students are also required to make books of the buying and selling process. By getting used to students doing buying and selling transactions at the same time as making books, each student will gain direct experience of being a young entrepreneur and it is hoped that it will shape the mindset of students to live as an entrepreneur.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Desa Sidomulyo, KecamatanBangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto menghadapi kendala dalam memasarkan produknya secara optimal, terutama dalam aspek branding, promosi, dan distribusi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi marketing mix, yaitu strategi Product, Price, Place dan Promotion. Metode kegiatan meliputi edukasi kepada 32 pelaku usaha bertempat di bale desa Sidomulyo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran, ditandai dengan perubahan dalam pengemasan produk, peningkatan penggunaan media sosial, serta perbaikan proses layanan pelanggan. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya saing UMKM Desa Sidomulyo di pasar lokal maupun digital.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of liquidity, capital structure, and good corporate governance (GCG) on profitability (return on assets) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. This study aims to provide an empirical overview of internal company factors that influence the financial performance of the food and beverage sector in Indonesia. This research plays a significant role because this sector is one of the strategic areas that demonstrates good resilience to the economy. Therefore, it is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to management in making financial and management decisions. Furthermore, this study aims to develop the literature that examines the impact of good corporate governance on profitability, focusing on the variables of the board of directors, the board of commissioners, and the audit committee as benchmarks for GCG. The sample consisted of 22 companies covering 110 observations. The method applied in this analysis was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that liquidity does not significantly affect ROA, while capital structure and board direction have a significant influence. However, the board of commissioners and the audit committee do not significantly contribute to profitability

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by MTs Al Ikhlas Karangkedawang Sooko Mojokerto to develop the character of its students. With planned and routinely implemented student activities, there is a target for character formation and development. The focus of the study includes (1) The process of planning student activities aimed at character formation and development begins with the initiation of Islamic Religious Education teachers at monthly routine meetings to discuss the activities to be implemented. After mutual agreement, the activities are included as habits with a scheduled routine agenda. (2) Implementation of scheduled routine activities as a school step to develop student character. With the assistance of scheduled teachers, students are required to participate in activities by filling out the attendance list. (3) The impact of scheduled activities on student character. Teachers and parents can see changes in student character for the better after participating in Islamic-themed student activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting direct observations in the field. After the data has been successfully identified, the process of validity, reduction and presentation of data is carried out. Research results (1) Religious activity planning is designed at a monthly meeting initiated by the religious teacher, after mutual agreement the activity is included as a structured school program. (2) Religious activities carried out include; joint prayers carried out by visiting the homes of 9th grade students alternately and congregational Dhuha and Dzuhur prayers followed by reciting the Koran together. (3) The impact on students is the formation of religious character, discipline, responsibility and hard work, and indirectly, student activities that habituate religion will foster honesty, social care, environmental care, independence and friendship.
