Abstract

The use of the Estudy application in e-learning by students of the Faculty of Engineering must be carried out due to the demands of circumstances that require studying from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the acceptance of e-study application technology by Engineering faculty students during online learning is carried out. This type of research is quantitative by surveying students. The model used for analyzing technology acceptance is that proposed by Davis. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire that was distributed to students via the Google form link which was distributed online. The sample in this study amounted to 128 people. The data analysis technique used is a correlation. The study results showed that engineering faculty students showed positive attitudes and behaviors in using the Estudy application as an educational platform in e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus the use of the e-study application during the Covid-19 pandemic by utilizing the Estudy application by engineering faculty students had a positive effect on learning from home in the form of e-learning. Future e-study applications can be used as e-learning media by students in lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much the correlation between dividend policy, company size, and profitability is partially and simultaneously on debt policy. The data processed amounted to 161 companies. Data collection techniques through documentation study with secondary data accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy is not partially correlated significantly to debt policy, while company size and profitability are significantly correlated to debt policy. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.748 with a value of 74.8%. While the remaining 25.2% by factors in external variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja di Puskesmas Rasimah Ahmad Kota Bukittinggi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan populasi 44 pegawai. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu yang menyoroti pentingnya kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Selain itu, disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi manajemen dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Demand and supply are two fundamental concepts in economics that determine market equilibrium. In modern markets, the dynamics of demand and supply are not only influenced by classical factors such as prices of goods and consumer income, but also by external factors such as technological developments, changes in consumption trends, government policies, and global economic conditions. Digitalization and e-commerce have changed people's consumption patterns, allowing for increased demand for technology-based goods and services. In addition, social factors, such as changes in lifestyle and consumer preferences, also influence demand patterns. From the supply side, production innovation, supply chain efficiency, and the availability of raw materials are the main factors that determine the amount of goods offered on the market. Economic instability, such as inflation and recession, also affects people's purchasing power and companies' production strategies. Government intervention, through fiscal and monetary policies, has a significant impact on the stability of demand and supply in a country. By understanding the factors that influence these dynamics, business actors and policy makers can make more informed decisions in responding to market changes. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the aspects of demand and supply is very important in ensuring sustainable economic balance in the modern era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui stres Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Sijunjung. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sijunjung. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dimana terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap stres kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan stres kerja kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Stres Kerja Memediasi Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Stres kerja tidak memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Stres kerja tidak memediasi beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Permintaan dan penawaran merupakan konsep inti dalam ekonomi mikro yang menjelaskan interaksi antara konsumen dan produsen di pasar. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai konsep, teori, dan temuan empiris terkait permintaan dan penawaran dari perspektif ekonomi konvensional, ekonomi Islam, serta pendekatan modern berbasis teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur deskriptif-kualitatif dengan analisis tematik terhadap sumber data sekunder dari buku teks, jurnal ilmiah terindeks, dan laporan resmi selama kurun waktu 2014–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun prinsip dasar permintaan dan penawaran bersifat universal, terdapat perbedaan mendasar dalam orientasi dan nilai yang diusung oleh kedua pendekatan ekonomi tersebut. Kemajuan teknologi turut memperkaya model permintaan dan penawaran dengan alat analisis data dan algoritma cerdas, memungkinkan respons pasar yang lebih adaptif dan efisien. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan publik dalam menjaga keseimbangan pasar dan merespons dinamika ekonomi global. Temuan ini memberikan landasan konseptual yang komprehensif bagi akademisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di pasar modern.

Abstract

This study provides a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on strategies to address the challenges of monopoly market structures in the digital era. The study follows the PRISMA guidelines and collects articles published between 2015 and 2025 from Scopus and Google Scholar databases. Through a rigorous selection process, eleven of the most relevant articles were chosen for further evaluation. The study finds that monopoly markets in the digital era face complex issues due to the tension between antitrust regulations and the need for innovation; overly strict antitrust policies may hinder the innovation incentives of dominant firms. With the growth of the digital platform economy, these dynamics become increasingly complicated by the emergence of “data monopolies,” which dominate markets through the use of algorithms and information. Using VOSviewer, we conducted a bibliometric analysis and identified four main research clusters: regulatory model development, management strategies, digital market dynamics, and sectoral applications. The study demonstrates that effectively managing monopoly markets requires innovative regulatory approaches that not only focus on limiting monopoly power but also encourage collaboration between governments, businesses, and academics in developing evidence-based policies. This research provides both theoretical and practical contributions to market management policymaking that balances economic growth, consumer protection, and the promotion of healthy competition in an increasingly complex digital era.

Abstract

Abstract. Market structure plays a crucial role in shaping firm behavior and business strategies. This article presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach, analyzing studies on market structures, including perfect competition, monopoly, oligopoly, and monopolistic competition, and their implications for corporate strategies. The SLR method involves identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing findings from scholarly journals and related publications published between 2021 and 2025. A qualitative approach is employed to classify themes, patterns, and strategic insights from the reviewed literature. The review reveals that market structure significantly influences pricing decisions, product innovation, marketing, and expansion strategies of firms. This study provides insights for academics and managerial practitioners to comprehensively understand the relationship between market structure and business strategy. Abstrak. Struktur pasar memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan perilaku perusahaan dan strategi bisnis yang diterapkan. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis literatur (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk menganalisis berbagai penelitian terkait struktur pasar, termasuk persaingan sempurna, monopoli, oligopoli, dan persaingan monopolistik, serta implikasinya terhadap strategi perusahaan. Metode SLR dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis temuan penelitian dari jurnal ilmiah dan publikasi terkait antara tahun 2021 – 2025. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi tema, pola, dan insight strategis dari literatur yang dikaji. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa struktur pasar memengaruhi keputusan harga, inovasi produk, pemasaran, dan strategi ekspansi perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi akademisi dan praktisi manajerial dalam memahami hubungan antara struktur pasar dan strategi bisnis secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, serta sarana dan prasarana terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Sumatera Barat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 dari 74 pegawai, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0.1.6 berbasis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan sarana dan prasarana tidak. Lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, demikian pula kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas. Namun, secara mediasi, hanya disiplin kerja yang terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas melalui kepuasan kerja, sementara lingkungan kerja serta sarana dan prasarana tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which work experience, work environment, and workload affect employee productivity through work discipline at the BMCKTR (Bina Marga, Cipta Karya, and Tata Ruang) Office of West Sumatera Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative design. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 76 employees selected using non-probability sampling with random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results indicate that: Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, Workload has a positive but insignificant effect on Work Discipline, Work Experience has a positive but insignificant effect on Productivity, and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Productivity. Workload has a positive but insignificant effect on Productivity, while Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Productivity. On the other hand, Work Discipline can mediate the relationship between Work Experience and Work Environment on Productivity, but Work Discipline cannot mediate the relationship between Workload and Productivity.
